2 My first (Second) kill -Chapter 2-

'What the hell do you mean!?'

'So I can turn into it right?!'

[Yeah, you can]

'Alright, change forms to Demon lizard!'

Instantly, My slimy body started enlarging and hardening. Black legs started to form as well as a tail. Then, my torso began forming. Finally, a lizard head popped out along with some of my senses.

Looking around, I saw many crystals and minerals. I also saw a few creatures like huge bats and a few slimes like me. I started walking around trying to get used to four legs when I heard my stomach growl.

'Ugh... I need to get some food...'

[Why don't you eat yourself then?] The System said sarcastically.

'Good Idea!'

[I was being sarcas-]

'Are slimes edible?'

[No and would you just list-] The system got cut off.

'What are slimes even made out of?'

[WOULD YOU JUST SHUT UP!?!!?]

'Jeez fine, what do you want?'

[Ahem, If you even attempt eating yourself, you'll gain the debuff "Intense poison" and will most likely die. And even if you do survive, You'll gain the skill "Taboo" Which has horrible repercussions]

'How bad is the Poison?'

[You know what a Demon Lord is right?]

'I guess'

[Well imagine Thousands of Demon Lords repeatedly slapping you to death... thousands of times]

'Oh...'

[So go kill a Giant bat or something and eat that]

'Fine' I thought as I turned back into a slime. 'Is there a way to see stuff without transforming?'

[Ugh, Would you like to activate Magic sense?]

'Oh, sure!' Instantaneously, the surrounding area became bright and I could make out all of the shapes of the ores, plants and well, everything around me. It was different from sight as I could see all around me. I started "Slime walking Tm" Around until I saw a goblin.

'Ugh, do I really have to eat a goblin?'

[You could just find another monster]

'No! It's my first monster find so I have to eat it!'

[Wow you're an idiot]

'Shut up, while you were insulting me the goblin is about to attack me' I thought as the goblin was about to hit me with a small sword. The sword hit but it just got stuck inside of me. The Goblin was

'Oh? Confused little goblin?'

[You know it can't hear you, right?]

'I know... I just wanted to sound cool...'

The goblin jumped back and growled. I turned into my Demon Lizard form and ran at it.

'Activate Demon lizard breath!' I thought as I didn't know how to activate it on my own yet. I opened my mouth and a black flame-like gas started spewing out. The unlucky goblin was in range and was completely roasted. it looked like burnt meat.

[You still gonna eat that?]

'Yeah...' I responded as I got closer to the burnt goblin. I started devouring the goblin as quickly as possible to try and not taste it.

'Gross...'

[Wow, you actually did it]

'Heh, of course, I di- Oh god that was horrible tasting'

'Wait a minute, does a slime even get hungry?'

[Well no, but your Demon lizard form does get hungry]

'Wait so each form I get is treated as a different entity than my slime form?'

[Yeah, they all require their own needs]

'Well, isn't that a bit stupid?'

[Well you need some kind of weakness, otherwise, you'd be too overpowered]

'I guess...'
