27 Chapter 26 - Friends

{AN: Nothing to say here.}

Blake: "Shallot, you said that we should head to the docks to see what the White Fang is up to right? Why would they be there again?"

Shallot: "It's because they're working with Roman. The ginger is going to want to pull off the biggest dust heist he can but I'm going to be there to screw him over."

Blake rolled her eyes.

Blake: "Are you still mad at him for getting gum on your tail."

Sun: "Is that why you keep your tail wrapped around your waist?"

Shallot: NOOO!!!!"

Blake: "Yes, it is."

Sun: "I can understand."

Blake: "Really?"

Shallot: "It's the equivalent if someone put gum at the root of your hair."

Sun: "Hold on. You know the guy that's robbing the stores around here?"

Shallot: "I grew up with him and another girl when I went out every now and then. The only place I haven't really been is to Vacuo."

Blake: "He also is bitter about Roman because a girl named Neo would come with him and chose to travel with Roman some years ago."

Sun: "How did you even meet him?"

Shallot: "He tried to rob a dust store I was in and I beat him up, stripped him naked, and hung him for 12 hours and waving food in front of him."

Sun's mouth was hanging open listening to this wondering how could Roman ever become friends with someone like that.

Sun: "How did you become friends?"

Blake started laughing.

Blake: "Friends? Him and Roman? Roman doesn't have a choice. He is closer to someone that has to travel with him whenever he says so. I think the term that Shallot uses is a lackey. I've had direct calls where Roman has tried ambushing Shallot plenty of times but has only gotten beaten up and had it recorded.

Roman even knows me at this point because he sometimes would get beat up while I'm calling on the scroll."

Sun was curious now and was thinking that there might be some fun stories here if he sticks around.

Sun: "So you two came to Vale together?"

Blake: "Nope, I had no idea he was coming here."

Blake turned giving Shallot a pouty face.

Blake: "I didn't find out he was coming here until the day I enrolled. I wasn't expecting for him to come to Beacon academy for another year since he's 16."

Shallot: "Wouldn't be much of a surprise otherwise. Plus my first day didn't go as I thought it would."

Blake smirked slightly showing a face that she didn't believe that.

As they were talking and walking they had finally made it to the docks and went to the top with Sun climbing his way up while Shallot princess carried Blake while flying to the top.

Shallot gently put her down and his bags and pulled out the notebook with his events in it. He riped out the pages with the events that he knew and destroyed them with a ki blast in his hand.

Sun finally made it to the top seeing them already up there.

Sun: "How'd you get up here so fast."

Shallot: "I soared like a Nevermore."

Sun: "Your semblance lets you fly?"

Shallot: "Yes."

Sun: "Sweet."

Sun had sat down seeing that it was still day time and that they were going to have to wait a while so he got comfortable and laid on his back to relax while Blake just leaned onto Shallot with him holding her. They then waited for a couple of hours for things to start.

Sun had gone down and Shallot and Blake were napping and Sun had gotten up to leave and had just come back with some fruit in his hand. Shallot opened his eyes seeing Sun and knew it was about time for things to kick off.

Shallot nudged Blake gently so that she could wake up.

Sun: "You guys hungry, I got some food."

Shallot lifted his hand and Sun tossed him an apple while Blake groggily woke up while looking at him.

Blake: "Did you steal that?"

Sun: "Weren't you guys in a cult or something."

Shallot: "Nope, not a cult. At least in a cult, you get good socializing events and free food. Their cheap ass couldn't get enough food to fill up everyone."

Blake giggled thinking about the shocked faces of everyone when Shallot cleaned out all the food that was meant for everyone.

While they were joking the sound of a heli-carrier was heard above them with some winds being pushed in their direction. The heli-carrier landed and some White Fang members came out with Roman walking out shortly after.

Roman: "Hey, what's the holdup. We're not exactly the most inconspicuous bunch of thieves at the moment, soooo why don't you animals try to pick up the pace."

Shallot: "Still acting big as always I see. Today I'm going to kick his butt. Can you make sure that no one gets in my way hun?

Shallot then got up and kissed Blake on the lips before jumping down. He dashed towards the center and appeared behind Roman with a finger gun pointed at his neck while his other arm was wrapped around his neck.

Roman: "Oh ... what the ... oh for f-"

Shallot: "Nobody move. I have a hostage and he's a ginger."

Blake was looking at the events going down and the panic that was showing up on Roman's face. Blake had a smile across her face watching Shallots play.

Blake: "This really does put a smile on my face."

Sun: "Is he going to be fine down there by himself."

Sun asked while turning towards Blake and seeing everyone from the White Fang surrounding Shallot.

Blake: "He'll be fine. I'm more interested in how can Roman still act all high and mighty considering he is almost always bullied by Shallot."

Sun: "He can't be bullying him that much can he?"

Blake looked off as if seeing a flashback

*Flash Back*

Blake was sitting at him watching a scroll in her hands as Shallot was holding his towards himself and showing him giving Roman a wedgie and hung him on top of a fence while another girl was nearby because she didn't want to travel with him.

Another video was Roman sleeping in a pile of hay when he grabbed Roman's hand and placing it in warm water. Roman then peed himself later that night.

Another video of Shallot writing a love letter to Roman with a signature at the bottom that said Neo but when Roman read it he went talking to a girl and she wrote on a board that she sees him as a brother and they are only friends. She wrote on the board that she didn't write that.

*Flash Back End*

Blake: "He may also have had a crush on him and has been picking on him due to that. He has even taught Roman how to fight to give him some hope just so he can crush it.

Sun: "You know what? That's really fucked up. I didn't know he was that cruel."

Blake: "That's not cruel. That's him being pretty nice honestly. He didn't give him any physical injuries that would be permanent or turn him into a vegetable so I think they can be considered friends."

Sun: "I wouldn't want a friend like that."
