1 Chapter 1
Turning his head towards the approaching truck, his mind went went black. The truck... The Drivers seat was completely vacant!
His body acted like a ragdoll as he was forced off the ground, slamming into a wall of the apartment. His brain seemed to lag not comprehending anything even as the truck barreled into him. He felt nothing, no pain, no feeling along his entire body, everything seemed still.
Usually when someone dies or experiences a life threatening experience their life flashes before their eyes. But for him a shimmering screen with small writing appeared before him. He wasn't able to read the contents of the screen before his head was thrown back and everything went black.

He opened his eyes as he felt himself drifting in an endless amount of space. 'Am I dead' he thought to himself.
He wasn't exactly full of regrets and it wasn't hard to mull over the last few moments of his life. Although he may not regret much there were a few things he was disappointed with. He was 25 years old, he had zero girlfriends, hadn't eaten at least one of everything on the McDonald's menu and of course he was still a virgin.
As he was mulling over his life Tenshi also tried moving his body. His body felt like it was full of or even made up of gas, he could move his body at will but his whole body felt fizzy, like the bubbly feeling when you drink a cold soda.
As he was struggling with his new form Tenshi witnessed the surrounding space around him slowly form tiny blue balls of light. The blue balls of light were hypnotic as he couldn't tear his gaze away from the light show. The particles began fusing until a giant blue blob was formed. The blob was very dim for something made from literal glow sticks.
The blob began shapeshifting into a familiar scene reoccurred before his eyes. The shimmering screen he saw before he died! The shimmering screen was no longer shimmering like it was a weak hologram but now seemed very solid. Now that he could read the screen it listed:

It changed to words about his stats? He had low hunger, well that's a first. He wasn't even feeling slightly hungry, although his throat did feel a little dry. "Luck: C+" what a scam, his luck was obviously E+".
"Wait Wait! What's this about my race being a dinosaur and type a raptor!? Why's my height so short!"
The screen cleared its surface before displaying a bar saying generating host's body 1%. The bar began filling up gradually, continuing until it completed with a 'Body Loaded 100%' then 'Transferring host with partial system'. The last thing he heard before the 'Transferring' was done was "Learn to survive and multiply in strength."

It was like his entire being was zapped with a taser.
[ Ahh! A new body! ]
Twisting his body around Tenshi collapsed on to the floor trying to take in every nook and cranny of his new body.
For one he now has a tail and now he felt like a dinosaur. No, he only felt like that because he had read the system. The system must have done something to him, no way would he be able to use his new body so easily otherwise.
Getting over examining his body Tenshi began exploring his surroundings. He was currently on a sloped hill and around him was grass and flowers, beyond that were trees disguised as titans with their massive and tall trunks.
After a couple of what he assumed to be minutes Tenshi arrived at a large pond. His hunger was nearing the single digits and he probably shouldn't let that happen. Taking a few steps into the water curiously he stared the slightly rippling reflective surface resisting his childish urge to dunk his head into the water.
His head was pretty small, [ Hmmm, despite the system(screen) calling me a raptor I don't look very reptilian. I look rather... kind of cute? ]. Blinking his eyes a few times he continued gazing at his reflection. His body was mainly a very dark gray but no quite black shade. And racing along his semi-smooth body was a fine line of cyan scales that had a very faint glow.
His hand was equipped with three fingers each with a small but sharp claw. He couldn't exactly see his toes but based off of feelings, one toe on each foot was slightly pointed upwards. His body was completely different from a humans, yet it felt so natural. It was definitely the systems fault.
After drinking some fresh water a voice rang in his head notifying him his Hydration was 100%. His smell was beyond human he could tell how far away things were just by smelling the air. Was that a perk of the raptor or a perk of being an anomaly. After all, when he opened his eyes he didn't see much around him besides the open field.
Did the system somehow materialize his body out of thin air? Was an unsuspecting newborn forced out of it's body? Was this body affected by his reincarnation? Did this body have parents?
While questioning his origins, Tenshi caught the whiff of several entities approaching his direction. He leapt away from the water and turned around bracing for an attack. Scanning around him warily he began concentrating on the scent from earlier. A shame that the wind had gave him a heads up, the entities he smelled was a small pack of wolves. A group of four, the leading wolf had a slightly bulkier body while the rest were fairly large.
There was one major difference between the wolves in front of him and the wolves he saw on the internet. They had a slit on the area between their eyes, one of which were opened. A third green eye, as he stared at the eye an unbelievable amount of fear overcame him. He could feel his body freeze up the longer he looked into that eye.
The distance between the pack and him were closing in as they slowed their approach and began circling around him, trapping him. When he was fully encircled the leader, whom had his third eye open closed his eyes. Letting out a low growl, the wolves began rushing him.
With the paralyzing gaze gone Tenshi regained full control of his body. Without any hesitation he lowered his body and dug out a handful of dirt. Quickly throwing it at the closest wolf, momentarily blinding it he was left with a small opening. Running past the momentarily blinded wolf he raced off towards the surrounding trees.
His feet dug into the earth pulling out pieces of dirt behind him. The wolves obviously did not anticipate their pray escaping out of their encirclement but that didn't stop them. Tenshi might be fast but the their leader was faster.
The leader began running as it continued running a blue hue was emitting and trailing behind it's regular eyes. The third eye was still closed, it seemed that whatever skill it had used previously was on cool down. The blue hue only intensified as fur on its body also began began emitting a faint blue hue, as its speed began climbing up the chart.
In a few seconds after using its speed boost skill the leader was running on Tenshi's right. Opening its maw the leader took a large chomp at Tenshi.
Throwing his weight to the left Tenshi narrowly avoiding the fate of losing his tail and perhaps his spine. But he didn't escape completely unscathed, he felt a burning pain along his leg and tail. He caught sight of some blood flying and the bit dangling from the wolfs mouth.
The sight of blood seemed to trigger something deep inside his body perhaps even the soul. His heart began pumping adrenaline and his mind became a slur, all he could think was KILL! KILL! KILL! KILL!
Everything seemed to slow down, he could feel himself lunging forward but a strange feeling washed over him. Something foreign, he began to black out as he could see and feel himself biting and slashing at the flesh bag in front of him.
All he heard in his mind as he blacked out was LVL UP LVL UP LVL UP

Tenshi awoke craving food, smelling blood all around him but not feeling a single scratch on himself. Even his earlier wound was gone, it was like his entire body had been repaired as he could feel himself being slightly stronger.
His body had collapsed from exhaustion earlier, struggling to stand up Tenshi surveyed his surroundings again. The leader had its third eye brutally gauged out and a few of its ribs were exposed. The three 'goons' were dealt with in a similar manner. They had their third eyes ripped apart, scratch marks everywhere along their body. Blood was oozing out of their exposed wounds forming a puddle of blood around them.
Unlike previously the sight of blood hadn't awakened anything in him. A ding resounded in his head notifying of his hunger nearing 0%.

He was already exhausted if his hunger began eating his stamina what would happen? Would he enter a coma until someone or something feeds him? Taking heed of the systems generous warning Tenshi hungrily stared at the wolves bodies.

The flesh was some serious gourmet SH*T Tenshi thought as he hungrily chomped at the nearest body. When he was full he had a neat pile of organs lying next to where the body of the wolf used to be. How should he dispose of the organs. A simple solution came to mind, he dug a hole that could fit himself and shoved the guts down it.
It began to pour when he filled the pit full of guts with dirt, He didn't mind the rain as it was rather soothing being pelted by rain. He still had three other bodies, it would be a shame to let them rot.
[ If there are wolves there are bound to be ravens not to far away. Might as well leave one or two behind. ]
The thick trees were still a long distance away. Dragging the body of one of the goons in his small mouth, he trekked over to the nearest shading. The rain really didn't help as the pelt became heavier.
In his mind he remembered how in his stats he was only lvl 1 like it was some type of game. Perhaps the system was made this way to make it easier for a reincarnate like himself? He didn't need to say anything as his stats page popped up in front of him when he willed it.

Deciding to venture deeper into the Forrest Tenshi decided he would drag the body with him to the end of the world if he had to. Trekking deeper into the forest he felt less exposed with all the shrubbery around him. He wasn't near any noticeable mountains so he would probably struggle to find an empty cave entrance. It would be better to just dig a hole and settle in there was Tenshi's way of thinking.
He worked hard nonstop for 6 hours straight with little breaks in between. His arms and claws were aching he felt like he went beyond what his little body could handle. He felt accomplished even though he really hadn't done anything he dug a tunnel leading to a spacious empty space.
While digging he had noticed how long and flexible his arms were. Were raptor arms always that long?
He dragged himself to the wolf drenched body and dragged the carcass into the tunnels entrance. He then proceeded to ram and ram the wolf's body through the tight hole. The body toppled into the tunnel rolling a couple feet down.
His eyes were perfectly attuned to the darkness inside the tunnel. He snuggled up against the damp body hoping to receive a miracle and dry the body up. As a human he had always tried to sleep in maximum comfort under a warm blanket. If it was summer he would turn on his fan and sleep under the covers. As he drifted off to sleep Tenshi began reliving some of his life's experiences.
Waking up his hunger had dropped to 13% after all his hard work during the night. So he tore off a leg from one of the wolves and indulge himself on some gourmet food.
He didn't actually need to eat an entire wolf to fill his hunger. It was just when he started eating he couldn't stop. His hunger had already reached 100% when he ate two limbs. It was nice eating all he wanted into he couldn't eat any more.
He climbed out of the tunnel looking at his surroundings there where there were signs of animals passing by but none looked or entered the borough. Just to be safe he dragged branches and leaves over to the entrance. He made a bush like object and planted it in front of the tunnel where he made little scratches indicating a way pass the bush.
He set off towards the water where he took a long sip of water before hopping in himself. The water reached his knees, he began walking in circles dropping himself into the water making sure he was somewhat cleaned.
He hopped out dripping wet when he heard an exited shout nearby. He hid in a nearby a bush roughly his size he curled his tail around him keeping low to the ground. His whole body trembled as he feared his end was right around the corner. He heard something that was obviously not some wild animals, it was a humans!
"I'm telling you there was this little beast which took out four grade C wolves!" a man shouted as he passed by Tenshi's viewpoint. He wore a t-shirt with ammunition draped across his chest, he carried two pistols in holsters at his waist and a shotgun in his hands. Judging by his face and body the boy looked only around 19 or so.
An older man walked by and he held a hunting rifle in one hand and smoked a big cigar with the other. The system immediately identified the two entities levels. The younger man's level was 16 while the older man was level 20.
"Well now I believe you son" he said in a gruff voice as he looked around then at the footprint leading to Tenshi's hiding spot.
The man aimed his rifle at Tenshi's hidden head while waving towards the younger man. The young man quickly held his shotgun and readily aimed at the bush as well. Pulling the trigger the rifle let out a loud...
BANG!
