2 Proposal

As Abel followed the burly man(he didn't bother to learn his name) towards the captain's lodge he checked the crewmembers curiously. After he hasn't spotted Coby he asked the slimy man at front.

''Hey, have you got any apprentices?''

''No, this crew was formed just recently. Why, you are interested in the position?'' The slimy pirate answered with a mocking undertone. Abel was alredy used to these 2 so he ignored his tone and started thinking.

'Coby was already working for 2 years when Luffy arrived on Alvida's ship. Also he said the crew was formed recently. So I should be away from canon more than 2 years. This is good, I have time to grow strong before canon starts and world turn upside down.'

Unknowingly they arrived at the Captain's lodge while Abel was thinking. As they entered Abel saw Alvida who was very similar looking to the anime, so he wasn't very surprised and didn't focus on her looks. 'Scan'

'Scan complete.'

After scanning was done Abel felt a lot better. Nearly all of his stats were above her. Only his strength was lower but it was only 1 stat difference. His agility and endurance were 2 times of her. Based on this stats he felt confident that he could take on Alvida 1v1. Also he realized that Alvida was only 19. İn the canon she was in her mid 20's, which means he was at least a safe 5 years away from canon. Abel thought about the possible routes he could take with her and decided in a matter of seconds. Before the athmosphere could turn awkward Abel started speaking.

''Hello, I heard a fairy named Alvida has saved me from misfortune with her grace. Truly, the rumors does not make justice to your beauty, not only in east blue, I have never seen someone as beautiful as you in my entire life.'' Abel started bullshiting freely with an easygoing smile on his handsome face.

The burly man was watching from the side all this moment waiting for his reaction. When he saw Abel speaking with such an earnest tone and sincere smile his jaw dropped to the floor. He expected him to be shocked,frightened or disgusted but he never expected he would act as if he met a fairy. He felt extremely amazed. 'I thought I was very good at flattering but this brat is at another level.' Alvida also looked very happy with the flattering.

'' What an honest man. You indeed recognize true beauty. Well, then I decided. I will take you as my husband.'' Alvida declared with a happy tone.

Abel was dumbfounded but he relaxed afterwards, well this makes it easier to implement my plan. He acted as if he was overwhelmed by happiness.

'' To be able to marry a beauty like you, I am indeed the luckiest person in this world. I... I just hope I will be worthy of you.'' Abel was spouting nonsense without shame and he was not pressured by her proposal at all.

The burly man who was waiting to gloat was dumbfounded. ' This guy... how can he accept marrying with Alvida so easily. İs he acting... or is there something wrong with his brain? Where did that cold and noble temperemant go?' Not only this guy, all the other crewmates looked at the situation with awe. They could not understand if he was acting or not. His expression, voice everything was perfect.

Abel was naturally not willing to marry with Alvida. But after considering for a while he thought not fighting with Alvida was much better. First of all even if his stats were higher than her, both Abel and Alvida were relatively normal people. Abel couldn't use his lunarian bloodline for the time being, he didn't know haki and his body was not overwhelmingly strong. He was still vulnerable to bullets and swords. Aside from Alvida there were 20-30 pirates with guns. He was not afraid facing with Alvida 1v1 but he didn't want to fight with the whole crew without any reason. His second reason was that, even though Alvida's intentions were dubious, it was a fact that she saved him from death. İf he fight with her after that he would feel like an ungrateful bastard. Third and the most important reason was that, he needed a ship and a crew to travel to various islands and sign-in. İf she could convince Alvida to let him visit some islands in east blue before their marriage he could reap the profits and ditch her afterwards. Of course Abel wouldn't hesitate to fight with her at all, if she was unreasonable. But that had some risks and was not really practical and also he would possibly get attention from marines as well, which was also risky considering his race. After Abel flattered Alvida generously he get to the main point.

'' I want to personally invite my friends to our wedding. İt will be the happiest day of my life, so I want them to witness it as well!'' Abel spoke with great conviction in his voice.

Alvida was moved and didn't refuse.

'' Of course, the more the better! Wherever they are let's go and invite them personally. '' She beamed towards Abel.

The burly pirate and others were looking at the spectacle with pale faces. This guy... really courted their captain and now they were going to marry. İt has only been few hours from the time they meet. The burly guy couldn't even think straith anymore. ' What the f*ck is going on!?'
