Chapter 4 - Officially the 5th Hokage
Morning arrived, as I walked to see my current appearance, I have long red hair, a sharingan, A scar on my left eye, an innocent face that hides my awesome self, with simple black clothes, and jeans. Looking at Naruto, who is sleeping peacefully. I smiled, and opened the window, blowing my hair.
"I should tie my hair, it's too long and I'm too lazy to cut my hair." I muttered while the hokage's face was fully displayed in front of me.
Soon, a cry was heard behind me as Naruto woken up from his sleep, pulling him up close to my face and smiling. Earning me a happy smile of Naruto and a cute giggle. I laughed and walked outside to see an anbu waiting next to the door. It's Kakashi and he seems to hesitate to knock on the door. I might've scared them last night when I instantly arrived in front of Danzo and defeated him with ease.
"Hokage sama, you need to come with me and size you up for your cloak." Kakashi said.
"I see. Lead the way" I said and ordered another anbu to feed Naruto. Of course, before threatening her that if there's even one bit of injury from Naruto, I will kill her. Which makes her frantically nod and disappear with Naruto in her arms.
Walking throughout Konoha. We finally arrived at a tailor shop where all the Hokages get their cloaks sewed. Kakashi walks faster and tells the owner who I am which makes the owner fearfully look at me and this must be because of my sharingan rotating. Well, we won't know till I kill him to get his memory which I won't do because I don't want to sew my own cloaks as it is a hassle. I rather spend my time with Naruto than sew my own clothes.
"Welcome, 5th Hokage sama. Please stand and stay still till I finish sizing up" The owner said while preparing his tools. I nodded at him and told him to hurry up while he complied and fastened his work.
Finishing with the work, I walked towards the hokage tower to prepare my Inauguration of becoming a Hokage which I already know how it will go. Since I have the memories of Minato who's a former Hokage.
The news was also released that I will become the new hokage and that the Inauguration will be held 5 days later. So for the next five days, I trained my speech for preparation while also taking care of Naruto, playing and letting my shadow clones do the paperworks.I also separated my schedules, like etiquette training, speech, Diamyo meeting and many more with my clones.
5 days later, I walked forward and looked downward to see many people looking at me with questioning and baffled gazes. Which is quite reasonable since I just popped out of nowhere and became a Hokage like that. Some gazes are in envy, some uninterested and many more.
Seeing those gazes, I grinned and let out a bit of my chakra flow out to inflict my dominance on these peoples.
"Citizens of Konoha, The Greatest and Most Powerful Shinobi Village throughout the Whole Nation. I, The 5th Hokage will do all his best to the betterment of our Village. It's unfortunate that the 4th Hokage died young with his wife following him, but. They left their Legacy to me and to take care of the kid, they entrusted me. Now, I'll introduce to you, Citizens of Konoha. The son of the 4th Hokage and his Wife, the Jinchuriki. Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze. I know that the name of Namikaze will bring great danger to our Heroes son but as long as I am here. There's no need to worry about his safety as the 4th Hokage and his Wife appointed me as his adopted father." I said while showing baby Naruto to them, who shouted in vigour upon seeing their beloved son of the 4th Hokage.
"This might be my first time at Konoha and many of you do not know me. I will now formally introduce myself. My name is Akuma Uchiha Uzumaki. The grandson of Madara Uchiha and I know how you hate Madara because of his defection, but don't worry as I will become better than my Grandfather and make Konoha better and stronger than before" I said, making up my background. And what's better than being the grandson of the most hated and dangerous Shinobi ever.
From the background I revealed they gasp in shock and fear while the Uchiha clan rejoices because their Clansmen became a Hokage even though I am a mix in my background I made up being an Uzumaki and Uchiha.
"Now that my introduction is complete. This Inauguration is finished." I muttered as loud cheers erupted even though my speech was short and awkward. Who cares if your hokage is a mixture of the strongest clan in the whole shinobi nation.

Walking with Naruto in my arms. We arrive at the office room to see many clones working on the paperworks left and right.
"Good job guys for doing the work, arranged the papers and dismissed" I said with a smile on my face. All of the clones pop up one after another after they finish arranging the papers.
"Hokage sama, here's another paperworks you need to see and sign," Shikaku said, handing me 20+ of papers at my desk.
"What do you take me for, Shikaku? A signing machine? Is the council incompetent enough that I need to do their works for free while they sit in their couches eating and getting fat by themselves? I want you to bring the councils in this office right now, Civilians and Shinobi alike!" I shouted as Shikaku nodded and immediately ran to call all of them.
Soon, many thumping sounds were heard getting closer and closer, until the doors opened and Homura, Koharu, and Hiruzen arrived, while Hiruzen replaced Danzo as he is dead now.
"You three, why can't you do your own work and give me this paperworks to work on for myself. You know what, I will give you two choices, retire or die. I don't want any incompetent in my upcoming years of me being the hokage. So what choices do you choose, I'm fine with anything you pick" This is an easy choice cause I mean, I would rather choose retirement than death since I can still work as an instructor at the Academy.
I know that the councils are used to give advice and as such but why did they increase more of my paperworks when they can deal with it themselves. Only the important ones will be given to me. But this, this is another incompetent type of councils who only knows to complain and don't do their own. Might as well kill them and get their experiences of governing the councils.
Hearing the two choices makes them grit their teeth but can't do anything as they are not strong enough while Hiruzen is quite useful, so I might forgive him...not.
"I'll resign, Hokage sama. I want to spend my remaining life with my son" Hiruzen said with a sigh while leaving with a heavy heart.
The two also follow Hiruzen by resigning and try to live with their sons and daughters.
"Shikaku, I want you to put a notice of recruitment about managing different types of work, like those who have experience in the entertainment industry, military, economy and many more. Also, only the competent one can be recruited" I said while Shikaku nodded and wrote a notice of the recruitments.

5 Years have passed since then, and Naruto became 5 years old. I trained Naruto to the fullest with him being an Uzumaki. He has a large quantity of chakra while his chakra elements are Wind and Water.
I trained him how to control his chakra better because it will get harder and harder when he becomes an adult because of his chakra being too big. I also train him to use other elements such as earth, fire and lightning even though it's not his forte.
Well, from the previous years. I acquired the Uchiha, and Hyuga kekkei genkai. I also travel around the world getting kekkei genkais like Ice release, Boil release, and Lava release. I also acquired the Jutsus of Yamanaka, Aburame, and Nara clan
Also, there's this guy I've sense following around me which I captured and killed, earning me a senju bloodline and the memories about this Juubi that they are trying to release by using the chakra of the tailed beasts. Of course, my objectives of coming here like killing are lessened because I was taking care of Naruto and I also don't want a mindless killing if it didn't benefit me.

My MS was unlocked when Naruto got hurt by a stone when he was running around while the EMS was unlocked when I acquired the Senju bloodline. My left eye's ability is Time Rewind, it can rewind time infinitely and the reason why I unlocked this is because I want to go back in time just to save Naruto from getting hurt. Yeah, that's how protective I am towards Naruto. Got a problem with that? Huh!? While the right eye's ability is Unbreakable Barrier. As the name says it all. A similar reason and since I don't want Naruto to get hurt, This ability was created. It will coat around your body and can be used for 30 minutes and can't be harmed in any way.
Now onto the next object I have in mind, That is to summon that juubi and absorb him but sadly, I don't want to go hunting as I was too lazy to do it. Also, I know the hidden base of the Akatsuki. The criminal organization that is S rank in the Bingo book.
Well, I don't have time to play with them as I rather spend my time here at Konoha while killing those pesky spies from the other villages. Konoha's progress is at a fast pace because the council is finally competent enough to give their work full attention and only give me something important that they are not authorized to sign without my approval.
Walking through the bustling streets with Naruto on my shoulders. We walked towards a ramen shop called Ichiraku Ramen. This is run by a guy named Teuchi with his daughter, Ayame.
"Teuchi san, the regular please. Naruto, what do you want to eat?" I asked Naruto who is salivating when looking at the ramen.
"All types of ramen, Dad." Naruto excitedly said as he watched Teuchi cooking.
"You heard him, Teuchi." I said with a smile. Well, this Teuchi guy is the second guy I'm really close with since he has this peaceful aura, like GodVil. He must be the son of that guy.
"Coming right up, Hokage sama," Teuchi said enthusiastically.

Soon, the table was full of ramens of different types as Naruto devoured it all. While I just eat my ramen in peace.
The Kyuubi that was sealed in me was released because I want to truly control his powers and since I don't want to kill him yet as he has his use and that is to summon the juubi. I finally got to use the full power of the Kyuubi who hatefully glared at me but can't do anything as I just dodge every attack he throws at me and I even punch one of his which broke from the impact my punch caused and that makes him feel fear towards me.
