9 Chapter 009 | The search for the scientist

I've been in Latveria for a few days now, trying to find out more information about the scientist's location.

During this time I was very surprised that I couldn't find any information about the scientist.

He's hiding so well that I can assume that maybe he's one of those mutants and is using his abilities to hide.

Fortunately, while I was looking for information, I was able to find a hiker outside the city who knows where the rebel camp is.

I went to him and asked him if he could take me to the rebel camp because I wanted to join them.

He thought for a few seconds and then said, "You don't look like the Baron's spy, so I'll tell you for a small fee."

I reached into my pocket and handed him $200 in his country currency.

"Now tell me where to find the scientist," I said

"The scientist's name is Victor von Doom," said the Wanderer as he counted the bills.

He drove, drove and said, "I can't tell you where exactly you can find him, but I've heard rumors that are often out and about with a Roma girl named Valerie."

"If you lie to me or tell someone about this conversation, I'll come back and break your bone," I said as I left and made my way to find more information about this Valerie.

Fortunately, I now know that the scientist's name is Victor von Doom and that I just have to find this woman now.

I researched Valerie for a few hours by asking various hikers.

Thanks to them, I know that Valerie is a 17-year-old woman with black hair who is in a Roma migrant camp that is just north.

I also assume that Valerie and Victor are close childhood friends

When I arrived a few hours later, I looked around and saw a lot of armed rebels in the camp.

I tried to get closer to them, so I can speak to Victor, but all their guns on me when they saw me.

"Stop" I heard a voice calling as he walked out of the huge tent.

It must be Victor, I saw a boy my age with brow hair and eyes.

"I'm Victor von Doom and who are you intruder?"
