5 Rescue

Shou noticed Mei Shu's shocked face so he asked why she is shocked. Mei Shu just quickly shaked her head and denied it. They two discussed about how to get out from this abyss. But in the end , there wasn't any way. They both continued to stay there and eat the food Shou got with him to continue their lives.

Mei Shu's POV

* It's been one month . The good thing is that Shou got some food and water as he is a traveller or else we'd have been died because of starving. He is sometimes cold but sometimes he is nice and cute . I am really worried about the kingdom . I want to get out of here as soon as possible *

Mei Shu sigh and take a deep breath. Her face is showing that she is sad . So Shou thought that she miss her family and asks her , " Do you miss your family? ".

Mei Shu was surprised to hear that. She becomes sad again . She looks down and nods her head gently. " You know what , people give their lives just for the ones they love. They are happy as long as their beloved ones are happy. Those people are really pitiful. Some people can't even eat three meals a day because they are poor and have no money. Royal families don't have time to make their kingdoms better as wars are going on. Sometimes I wish I wasn't born in this world .... " she says and make a sad smile , " But... at least as long as I am still alive , I can do everything I can for poor citizens and innocent people. "

" You... " , Shou murmur. " Hmm? " Mei Shu asks. " I actually lost my memories ... " , Shou answers, " I couldn't think of anything so I used a fake name."

Mei Shu looks at him with a confused face and then she smiles. " So what .. I will take you back with me and I will take care of you " , she says and smiles , " But we have a tradition. We can't let an outsider go outside once we take him or her into our kingdom. So will you come ? It's your choice " .

" I will come with you . " , Shou answers immediately .

Another month has passed. They still can't get out of the abyss. They don't have any food left for another several days. They only have food for a week . Everyday , they just sleep , make fun of eachother and Mei Shu sometimes tells Shou about her kingdom. " Shou.. we don't have any food left only some . It is enough for a week though. " Mei Shu says to Shou. "

" Okay ," Shou answers. They heard some noises from above suddenly. Mei Shu becomes happy and she wished that they would be her father's men. So she shouted for help. Along with Mei Shu , Shou also shouted together. The people heard them and shouted to them again to make sure there are people inside the abyss. They put down two ropes into the abyss and tied the other ends to a tree. Then a man shouts , " CLIMB UP TO THE TOP BY THE ROPES!! DON'T WORRY!! THESE ROPES ARE STRONG ENOUGH FOR YOU TWO TO CLIMB UP. "

So they two climb up to the top by the ropes .
