8 Heart skips beat

Mei Shu already guessed this situation because she had same situation when she was a kid too. Her father , the king , can tell about her feelings in a glance and from the way how she talk about someone or other. She first didn't say anything then after a while ..

" You are still the same Father. You are right. He is not only a saviour or a friend to me. I have been together with him alone for almost two months. He is kind although he acts weird sometimes. I can feel that he cares for me. And yes. You might have already guessed. I have developed feelings for him. I never had feelings for any other boys before. He is the first one . I hope you will understand me Father. " , Mei Shu says and bows.

The king takes a deep breath and he sighs . His face shows that he is disappointed with his daughter. But he thought that he should at least support his daughter as a father. " Mei'er , I understand you. But don't forget your position as a Princess of a kingdom. " , he says. Mei Shu lower her head . She feels sad of course. But she again lifts her up and says , " I understand father. I won't forget it. Please excuse me. I will walk around and look at the situation of the kingdom while I was gone. " Mei Shu pays respect to the king and then she leaves the room to walk around the kingdom.

Mei Shu's POV

* Nothing's changed after all . It's a blessing that there wasn't any war while I was missing. But I still think that the reason why there wasn't any battle. Did something happen in the dark kingdom? *

Mei Shu was deep in thought while walking in the streets across the houses and fields. At that moment , she saw Shou in front of her. Shou was playing with the kids. In fact , it was the children playing with Shou. He was just playing along because he didn't want them to cry. Mei Shu stands still and looks at Shou with a smile. She can clearly see that Shou isn't that friendly with kids. His face was clearly showing that he doesn't have any idea what to do. Seeing his face makes Mei Shu want to laugh. In the end , she couldn't hold back herself anymore and she laughs that her stomach starts to hurt. Shou heard her laughing and looks back .

" Yang Yang?? " he says quietly. " sorry " , Mei Shu says and chuckle, " I can clearly see that you aren't good at society. "

Shou become embrassed because of Mei Shu's sentence. He scratches his head and replies to her , " Well , I don't usually talk much with people so.. " .

" I see. Do you wanna go somewhere with me? " Mei Shu asks.

" Sure . But where? Sorry to say but please don't take me to crowded places. " , Shou answers.

" I won't . Let's just go " , saying it , Mei Shu grabs Shou's hand and she takes him along with her . They goes through houses , fields and after walking for a few minutes , Shou noticed that Mei Shu was taking him to a sea. " You are taking me to a sea? " he asks.

" Yeah , that place is really nice you know. I am sure you will like it. " Mei Shu answers and smiles at Shou.

Without even knowing , Shou's heart skips a beat.
