Red Sunflower

"Do you wish to know the truths and all that lays in this dormant world?"

"Yes, I.. say this truthfully. I do."

"Well then, place your left hand, cut upon this flower. And speak forth thou desire. For certain I sense a heart destined by the harsh astonishment and false pretense that lay baron on this neigh world. Thy offer is my word, and it lay to your will."

She thought about it for a second. Indeed, looking at the sunflower that lays dormant from a whispering voice that is not attached to this plane. She stared at it, with its corespondent yellow pedals that played a dance around the center where society held false notations of nobility behind the fixture of a world man and his self-gain shadowed as normality to conform to the ideal of goodwill. Then after that thought flew by her, her eyes glanced up with her head gentle in the breeze of a dim moonlit night. She wanted to be honest foremost to the world and her ideal of truth, to see the way things are unveiled from notation of man's view of physicality and display this manner truthfully even so that even God could piece through her heart and see a sincerity words lack the beauty of describing.

As these were her true feelings, and came without thought. She noticed life, and the gentle breeze that came on her face. The warm feeling of a summer night. The peace of nature, not blowing around, but in harmony and not judging. For then she peacefully closed the night for a few seconds and then the sky became brighter for her upon opening, as although the light hasn't changed.

Then in her own serenity, she resolved herself. And placed her left hand unabashedly out, as if their existed no fear. And then slashed across her hand before the yellow flower. Which then seeped in her humanity, began transforming into a dark deep red. And in her voice, she spoke without thought.

"I want wisdom to see truth in this world... And an accompanying companionship to fulfill my own desires. That is all I wish..." She spoke as tears fled down her rose colored cheeks and as blood left her hand.

A few slow drops later the voice came back. "Very well young lady, it is done for you." A sudden flash from reality shook her screen as a quick wave. She harpened a moment catching her left hand clasping around her face gently. As she looked back around the ground to the right of the flower; came a void of blackness whirling. Then as that moment of night preceded in time, a man looking to be in his thirties. Fitted in a black vest and the red attire of an ostentatious person, but not by virtue of the personality he displayed. I then looked up and noticed his long silky flowing black hair, his glistening graceful yellow eyes, and a mask set upon his face. I then was aware that he appeared to be walking up from the ground as if was from stairs, onto the grassy floor elegantly next to the flower. Which reality seemed to warp around him. And as he came grounded, the void left and his present became.

Before she thought of anything, a suddenness of slight pain shot her and she grasped the top of her head for a moment. But then she slowly reopened her eyes and felt in a state of clarity as if the world was not judged by anyone and humans never sinned in the garden. As she felt from that state and drew back to reality in the present, she noticed something odd of her human appearance. For she then saw a difference in her hair color as her long her waved in the wind around her. She born upon woman with blonde hair, now appeared to sway with a bright dark red color.

The man noticed and said, "That color suits you well misses, for after all it was chosen by you."

"I chose this color? Where as before it was a light blonde?"

"Indeed for I only speak in truth, and it was your heart that favored it. For you feel it, the truth I said without my voice present in you reviling what I said."

It might seem strange but, I felt that truth in what he said. For in me it felt ever present and that the color red, though I perceived not the means, meant to me a sharing of deep truth and honesty in display of my hair. For as long as I remember, even in days alone that I have felt snow drops around me. I felt drawn into the ideal of seeking only one thing. The truth in all matters, for I felt it in me at night upon the time before sleep, this sense prescribed by human words. The feeling that, what meaning does a world of humans have if pretensed upon waking hours by the imprint of work and decay. And sincerity given in self attainment, and hope given but not believed leading to the wrongful nature of man for a societal cost.

For I felt looking at this man, not being able to see his mouth that I could tell he was wise and had a personality befitting that of an angel. But indeed I knew he was inversely of that attribute.

"You know why I came here, not?" He spoke. Then followed up as if knowing everything about me.

"Intuition leads you true. You came as age, burdened in your heart from reality. With a unique perspective that burdens from the pain of evasion & dishonesty of this world. As if though your heart could speak the ideals it looks at in the stained glass mirrors from the pew." He said to me straight forth in a gentle, stern voice. Then after a moment he said staring into her, "I might say, I've met not such a character before with your honesty. But none-less I am at your will for the contract." He said in a respectful manor. Tilting down respectfully.

"My terms forth only require sacrifice of equal value be met for service when asked towards your desire. And as for the contract, you met and asked for wisdom to see truth and companionship forth to fulfill your own desire. I stated my request and you have told me the contract to be fulfilled. So now here I am, at your-side, till the end of time itself, milady."

Thus at the manor of his stature she felt laid in honesty as if he had been a loyal servant for a long time, though the journey only just began.

Deep truths shared to change false attitudes of man in a beautiful story.
