Yang Chen nodded and looked at his father.
"Dad, we should leave the City! Monsters mostly appear in populated areas! Gather food for us, i will kill any monster that comes near the house" said Yang Chen.
Yang Chen's father nodded his head and rushed to the house.
Yang Chen turned around and saw two Orcs moving toward him.
His face changed when he saw the one in the back.

Yang Chen cursed his bad luck.
To meet an Orc Mage early is something rare! And he met it with an Orc Warrior protecting him in level 1 is even rarer.
Yang Chen raised the kitchen knife and a smile appeared on his face.
"You two will definitely help me to level up!" Said Yang Chen.
The Faster he levels up, the more his survival chance increases.
"The apocalypse has completely changed! I don't know when level 2 monsters will appear"
Yang Chen dashed toward the Orc Mage and ignored the Orc Warrior. He should kill the mage as it can basically be one shot by him now.
The Orc warrior stopped in front of Yang Chen and his axe slashed at Yang Chen.
Yang Chen sneered as his agility has increased by two points after the reward. He easily dodged the axe and passed the Orc Warrior.
The Orc Mage didn't stay still, He retreated as a fireball launched toward Yang Chen.
Yang Chen used the wall beside him and propelled himself toward the Orc Mage.
He avoided the Fireball and caused it to slam into the Orc Warrior.
The Orc Warrior screamed as his body was covered with flames.
Yang Chen has already appeared in front of the Orc Mage and stabbed him in the Head.

He didn't want to waste the opportunity and stabbed the Orc Warrior's neck two times.

"Good!" Yang Chen. He saw His mother and father have come out of the house carrying small sized bags.
"Mom, Dad, we need to find a good shelter for now!" Yang Chen changed his plan.
He will not be able to leave the city safely with his low level. The best thing to do is to find a good shelter until he and his parents become stronger.
Father and Mother looked at each other then nodded. They will follow their son as the three Orc corpses showed his ability.
Yang Chen started thinking about which place he should choose.
"Mom, Dad, don't leave my side!" Said Yang Chen sternly.
Yang Chen and his parents started checking different places. Thankfully, they only met a few Orcs which Yang Chen disposed of them easily.
Yang Chen and his parents reached a Police station which was not that far from their house. Yang Chen saw that the people in the station has been surrounded by four Orcs. Three level 1 Orc Warriors and level 1 Orc Mage.
Yang Chen's father and mother looked at the police station and their faces turned pale.
"Mom, Dad, let's leave!" Said Yang Chen.
"But there are people inside the Police station!" Said his mother.
"Mom, I can't fight these Orcs now!" Said Yang Chen.

Quest description: slay the Orc surrounding the Police station.

"Mom, i am going to save them!" Said Yang Chen.
"Huh?!" Father and mother were stunned by their son sudden change of mind.
Yang Chen looked at the Orcs and his eyes shone with greed.
"Quests are heaven sent opportunity that Shouldn't be wasted!" Said Yang Chen.
"Mom, Dad, stay here"
He lowered his body and walked slowly toward the Orc Mage who was busy sending fireballs toward the Police station.
The police officers saw Yang Chen sneaking behind the Mage and were shocked.
"Does this Young Man have a death wish?! Even our guns didn't do any damage to these monsters!" One of the officers said.
"Yes, we could only barricade the stati....." The Officer couldn't continue his sentence as Yang Chen has grabbed the mage and stabbed him in the neck and cut his whole throat.

Yang Chen looked at the Orcs and then to his surrounding. His eyes fell into a police officer corpse that has a Handgun near it.
Yang Chen's eyes shone with light and dashed toward the Handgun.
The Orc warriors chased Yang Chen. But, Yang Chen was way faster than them! He grabbed the Handgun and said "Equip".

Yang Chen pointed at the Orcs and started shotting them.

The five bullets killed one of the Orcs and severely wounded the second, the third one used his companion as a shield against the Bullets.
Yang Chen received the notification that he has killed the Orc. He threw the gun and grabbed the Knife tightly while saying "Equip".
The Police officers were stunned as they watch Yang Chen fighting the Orc. When they saw him kill one of the Orc by the handgun, they felt that the guns they had were fake. Then, they saw him kill the second Orc using the Knife, they became speechless.
"Is that a kitchen knife?!"
"It seems so"
The police officers watched how Yang Chen started fighting the last Orce. He avoided the Orc axe with astonishing reflexes and counter-attacked by hitting the vital points of the Orc.
In just a Few minutes, Yang Chen has killed the Orc.
