7 It Started With a Napkin part 1

Dimitri opened his eyes due to the bright sunlight hitting his face. He groaned in annoyance and covered his head with a blanket. He started falling back to sleep however he felt something shift in his bed and enter the blanket. When he opened his eyes, he instantly saw a blonde girl's peaceful sleeping face as she rolled to his side. She must be cold, it's autumn after all and to top it off she's also naked.

Dimitri placed his arms around Ruby and pulled her petite body closer to him to share his warmth with her. He buried his face in her golden hair and sniffed her scent. Her hair smells like flowers and her skin smells like apples plus sweat and semen. He removed her hair from her neck and gazed at the red marks he left on her skin. He smiled remembering their intimate activity last night.

Dimitri and Ruby had been together for almost a year now and the two couldn't be happier with each other. The whole Academy couldn't even believe the news when they started making their relationship public. (Mostly due to Dimitri's public display of affection which no one knew him capable of because he wants to show the whole school who Ruby belongs). Lots of guys are actually fawning over Ruby because of her excellent personality and cute appearance. It was very farfetched and very unpredictable that no one thought that the two would even see each other on equal footing. Dimitri was the bad boy type, the Demon Prince of the school, who does not prefer the company of meek and sweet girls but he unexpectedly started developing feelings towards the blonde girl and it all started because of a pack of napkins.

Flashback

A year ago Dimitri went to the convenient store ordered by his annoying sister, Selena to buy a pack of napkins because she's on her period. He normally would have refused rudely but his sister threatened to reveal his grades to Minerva, their mother, who would surely give him an earful of her annoying swacking, so to save himself from her tortures he complied. In the store there was only one pack left of Selena's desired brand and when he went to grab for it, another hand grabbed it first from beside him making him grab the person's hand instead.

When he turned to confront the person he saw a cute blonde girl with tears about to fall from her bright emerald eyes. For a moment he was petrified, she is very pretty but the sadness in her face nearly broke his heart, which is quite uncharacteristic of him.

"I'm sorry, Dimitri, but can I please have this?" That voice and that cute face it's her! She's Ruby Hildegard the campus crush and the girlfriend of his mortal nemesis, that bastard Aluric. But where is he? He's usually always around her in or out of school to protect her from thugs, who usually harass her because of her astonishing beauty. He also secretly harbors a small affection for her not just because of her beauty but also due to her caring and strong personality. However why is she crying?

"If it's for your girlfriend just please tell her sorry. I'm not really comfortable if this is not the one I use. I'll just pay for everything you want." Ruby pleaded.

"Oh, can you buy yourself? Because you're everything that I want." Dimitri unexpectedly blurted.

A huge blush suddenly came into the girl's face and she was suddenly tongue tied. Is this bad boy really hitting on her right now? "Uhm, well thanks for this now I've got to go. Bye." she suddenly ran off to most likely the counter after placing something in his hand.

"Why did I say that? Now she thinks I'm weird. Not that I have a good reputation from the start but still..." He mumbled to himself.

"We shouldn't be doing this you know? There are CCTVs here. " He heard a familiar feminine voice moan from the other isle. He parted the contents of the shelf to see who was there and saw a white haired elf pushed against the shelf with a blue wearing man dominating her.

"Who cares? It's not like they can really do anything about us." He heard the man say.

Aluric.

The guy was definitely cheating on Ruby. That's probably the reason why she's crying because she saw him making out with the elf. Seriously, she doesn't know about that? That bastard already has a fuck boy face and his whole being reeks of play boy. What a stupid girl Ruby is.

"It's so good that you broke up with that flat chested Goldie locks now you can finally have mountains instead of plateaus." Milen giggled.

"Shut up." The blonde said before kissing her.

They broke up? He left Ruby for that dirty whore? That's like throwing away a perfect gem for a useless pebble. That bastard is not only weak but he's also stupid. If it was him, he would never let Ruby cry (maybe in bed) and he would keep her forever.

"You like it here?" He heard Aluric ask as he probably eat something of the elf, who giggled flirtatiously.

"A whore and a dipshit." He commented. He suddenly noticed the large box on top of the shelf which says detergent powder and he suddenly pushed it off to make it fall on the two cheating skunks. He heard the crashing noise of the box as Milen screamed and Aluric cursed.

Dimitri ran away fast after grabbing a random pack of napkin and went to the counter. He saw Chen pass through the isle he came from and saw Aluric emerge from the other isle with detergent powder on his hair and a furious look on his face. He grabbed Chen'd collar and started screaming at him. Dimitri wasn't able to see what happened next because he rushed to get to the counter.

He suddenly remembered the object that Ruby gave him. He opened his hand and saw a hundred-dollar bill there. "Rich kid. I prefer your number rather than a hundred dollar."

"Why?" He heard someone ask from behind. He turned around and saw Ruby looking at him curiously.

"You're still here?" He wondered.

"I wanted ice cream as well." Ruby answered raising the basket that she is holding. Inside, are the pack of napkins, five tubs of ice cream of different flavors, and some chips.

"How is your waistline so small if you eat that much?" Dimitri gaped at her. Ruby giggled, the sound of her laughter made butterflies flutter in his stomach and his heart beat faster.

"Mom makes me take karate lessons she said it's mandatory now because it's a dangerous world. Oh my god, they have a full bundle of KitKats!" Ruby suddenly exclaimed in excitement.

"I know that we're not really close but, Dimitri can you get this checked while I go grab a couple of KitKats, please?" Ruby pleaded making a cute puppy face that made Dimitri's heart skip a beat.

"Yeah, sure." He answered with a blush.

"Thank you so much! Be right back!" She handed him a credit card before running off to the other isle like an excited child in a candy store.

"She's so cute. Voracious, but cute." He mumbled to himself as he watched her fleeting form.

"Next please." said the cashier. Dimitri removed his gaze from the blonde girl and started placing her items in the counter. He looked around at the other items of the store to pass the time as he mute out the annoying conversation of a nearby duo of girls that seemed to take an interest in him. The cashier lady also directed a flirtatious smile to him as she scanned Ruby's items.

Pathetic. She's not even pretty enough to be worth of his time. If she's as cute as Ruby he might reconsider but sadly for her she looks disgusting. This might be the main reason why he still doesn't have a girlfriend, because he's too picky. So why did he end up choosing Ruby as his crush? Sure she's pretty but there are also other pretty girls in school. She's rich? Nahh, he doesn't need money.

"Its $65, sir." said the cashier handing him a tote bag containing Ruby's items as well as Selena's napkin. He placed his own credit card instead of Ruby's, wanting to pay for her stuff for no apparent reason just because he wants to. Somehow the feeling of being able to provide for the small lady makes his heart warm up.

"Well well well, if it isn't the grumpy old Dimitri." he heard Aluric's stupid voice from behind him.

Dimitri turned around to face him with a disinterested look and glared at him. He smirked in his mind when he saw a bruise forming on the male's cheek and a cut on his lip most likely caused by Chen. "Nice bruise. Who gave you that? I must commend them for a job well done. Although I would much prefer it, if it was caused by my fists." Dimitri mocked, giving him a smirk.

"If you can hit me, that is." retorted Aluric returning his smirk.

"You seem alone today. It's not really a big wonder since no girl would really take you. You're just not the boyfriend type, you know? Girls don't really like you."

"Actually, I came here with my girlfriend." Dimitri lied proudly. His statement made Aluric raise his brows along with Milen who have been spectating the whole exchange quietly.

"Girlfriend? Who is the blind fool-" Aluric started, but was cut off when someone ran to the cashier.
