Everyone in the room was out like a light. Chen Xiaobei closed the door gently and hurried over to Li Xiang's.

He used the same method as how Jing Fei unlocked the door, and swung the door open soundlessly!

"Who's that?!" Li Xiang was vigilant and had locked the door.

"It's me! But with a mask! Don't be alarmed!" Chen Xiaobei did not use True Sound but spoke in his own voice.

Li Xiang knew about the mask so he was not surprised.

"Bro Bei, why did you put on the mask?" 

"Duh! The Royal Chef you made a deal with sold you out!"

 Chen Xiaobei then proceeded to explain everything to him.

Li Xiang shuddered at the thought of what might have happened. "Luckily, Bro Bei came in the nick of time! Or I wouldn't even have known how I'd died!"
