“Hurry up, you two, we have a reservation.” Jaxon shooed them out of the room so that they could head out for dinner.
“What’s wrong with the food we have at home?” Leon grumbled.
“Will you cook it then?” Jaxon raised a brow.
“That’s not an option.” Darian cut in. “Don’t make him think it is.”
They would be lucky to get away with a burnt kitchen if they left Leon to his own devices in the kitchen.
“You are both stalling again.” Jaxon scolded.
After lots of hurrying and shooing, he finally got the both of them in the car.
God, it was like babysitting a couple toddlers.
He had been pleasantly surprised when he came to check up on them after finishing the book he had been on, just to make sure they hadn’t tried to off each other and found them wrapped around each other.
Something he never thought he’d see in a million years, he doubted they willingly got into that position too but he would take whatever he got.
