"Little brother, you must not be right in the head, Bastion was an only child." Kekashi said and pulled out a kunai.
"This world has been tainted by your presence little brother. To restore the balance, I must do away with you. I am the countering force of the multiverse." The figure stated before pointing his finger and unleashing a powerful beam of energy. Bastion dodged before it fired and managed to escape most of the damage. An explosion expanded shaking the ground and causing massive waves to shoot up form the valley's river.
Bastion was already on the figure, he knew this guy was stronger. Even so, he refused to die easily. He managed to dodge a soul stealing strike and launched rasengan at the figure only for it to be absorbed. Bastion formed earth chakra into a fist before punching the man in the chest with a chakra infused blow before a shadow clone pulled him out of the way of the man's return. He dashed around the man at insane speeds using chakra control to enhance his strength to insane levels.
Even so, every punch was blocked or absorbed by the man's power. Kekashi appeared with a chidori trying to stab the man's chest. The man dodged placed a hand on Kekashi and sealed away his chakra, before kicking him hard enough to send him to shore.
Bastion tried to counter but the man picked up his speed moving faster than Bastion. "What about you, those renegan didn't come from a vacuum who did you kill to take them?" Bastion yelled and threw a series of kunai to distract the man. While getting some distance. He started running through hand seals. He had one new Justsu he learned from a scroll and altered it. It was unfortunately unfinished.
"Earth style: Quaking wave." Bastion shot out a mass of mud from his mouth that vibrated at extreme speeds. It was pressurized to cut through mountains. It took a whopping 50k chakra to use at his level.
The stranger raised hand and absorbed the jutsu. Two shadow clones launched from the water and drug him under. Bastion leapt high in the air. And went through hand seals. The Quake wave was the original jutsu on the scroll what he had planned was his new jutsu. He shrank the tube of chakra pressurizing the jutsu more and added 10 times the chakra making the jutsu vibrate at far higher speeds.
Birds summoned by the rinnegan shot out of the water, as all of it was rejected by gravitational forces. The stranger looked up untouched by Bastion's efforts. He merely crossed his arms and smiled. His face was covered in scars red hair fell from his hood. This man wasn't Nagoto but he was powerful. If what he said was true, he could be even stronger.
"Earth style: Quaking Beam." Bastion yelled as a colossal mass of earth shot down towards the figure. Only for a golden barrier to appear around him. He casually flew up and he even held Bastion aloft.
"I don't do this to ruin your fun or because I am evil. I preserve the multiverse for the good of all. You're young and inexperienced and I don't hold you accountable for your mistake. But you can't remain here, I hope I am not summoned to the next world you go to. Remember to keep canon sacred." The stranger said. Bastion glared at him, he could sense this man was a descendant of their ancestor. A brother in a way, yet he dared to thrust his hypocrisy on him. He wouldn't remember this man's face, instead he would keep in mind this feeling. They would meet again. "Death Beam," a purple beam shot through Bastion's head. He felt life leave him and he fell as a giant fireball burned his body to ash.
