49 Beginning of the End

There were no more attacks upon the world by the necromorphs. We five brothers burned what we could with nuclear fire or used psychic dampeners on the rest. Life seemed so peaceful, his son Mao learned to walk and his other children were born. Marco, Rex, Balthazar, Bahamut, Gabe, Malissa, Marius, Sasuke, Lee, Clyde, and Jack. All 11 had black hair and black eyes with the exception of Mao he was the only one born with gold eyes. He was a man now, well 19 but that was still a man in his eyes.

He had done nothing but train for the last 2 years. Shadow clones took care of his children while he was busy in the gravity room. He was stronger than Raditz now, he was sure of it. Still that was little comfort knowing what's to come. Bastion's sensory abilities had risen over the years. He could tell they were coming. They felt like wells of darkness with no end.

To say he was terrified wasn't true. He was excited for the fight. Marric hadn't trained to increase his ki at all. Bastion was on his way to the capital to speak with Marric and demand answers from him. He stepped upon the palace entrance.

This place of government office. Now it was Marric's garage. The space marine had turned it into a place where space marine technology was manufactured. Many of these manufacturing plants have replaced many of the major buildings. There was no need for them anymore. Most people have given up and accepted their doom.

Death, looting, and rapes were common. Tamers have given into their darker natures. Most celestial pokégirls were put in comma's after the anima incident. Most of the psychic type pokegirl's died from the mind destruction. Only the legendaries remain and they have gone deep into underground bunkers of their own making, to wait out the inevitable destruction of the planet. None remain to fight with them. Bastion was able to sequester his pokégirls and children with the legendries.

All he had to do was promise not to reveal the location of their secret bunker. His family would survive no matter what happened to him and that lifted much of the weight off his shoulders.

Bastion stepped forth towards the frigate, where Marric worked to add upgrades. Marric used shadow clones as often, as Bastion did.

"You're here to make demands of me, aren't you?" Marric said. He sighed and continued working. Bastion picked up a wrench and started installing something with him.

"Why aren't you stronger than you were before? Its been two years you should be at least twice as strong." Bastion declared.

"I've been training constantly. I'm as strong as two super saiyans now or roughly, I have a power level of 300,000,000. I could smash those moons with my bare hands. That won't save us." Marric said and turned a bolt.

"Why not, I thought the point of all this training, to win?" Bastion asked.

"They are more powerful than I thought. Majin buu would be a better comparison. They have more numbers than I anticipated. Each individual moon is as strong as a super saiyan." Marric said.

Bastion had increased in power since his last battle with the necromorphs. He was around Nappa now. In his giant form, perhaps Vageta when he lands on namek. That's just in pure physical power.

"I won't give up there is still a few days, Goku reached a power level of 180,000 in just six days. I can do this." Bastion said. Marric shook his head.

"I'll fight with my all but we weren't ready for this. If I had known just 10 years ago, this could have been won." Marric said.
