45 Battle

Ghost types were just data to the necromorph hivemind. It took them over and turned them into anti air support. Tentacles of dead flesh rose from the forest extending out and diving underground. They ripped any pokégirls hiding from their holes and devoured them. Plant matter was stripped and added to the growing beast. Worst of all it was doing something within its deepest parts.

With his powerful eye he could see a cocoon of some sort was pulsing. Various types of chakra were funneled into the web of necroflesh. He looked over to Marric. "We can't let that thing wake up." Marric yelled and cupped his hands together. Red energy gathered between his hands as the air filled with static. This was a ki blast.

"Star Blaster," a massive beam of red energy shot down from his power armored companion. Tentacles moved to intercept the attack along with walls of necroflesh. The beam swept through wall after wall disintegrating tentacles and striking the cocoon. A massive explosion covered the area in a red blast. Dust obscured the area.

When the dust settled Bastion could clearly see chakra moving towards the cocoon. The cocoon was taken deep underground to escape the blast. Four massive flying necromorphs rose up from the ground. Marric extended his hand and blasted the four but they didn't go

down.

"Chimeramorphs, they are made from asguardian, dragon, and local DNA. They are heavily energy resistant only physical damage can bring them down permanently." Marric said and brought his heavy bolter up. He pulled the trigger and hundreds of shells fell as his bolter discharged. Bastion focused his shoulder mounted heavy bolters on a different target. His mobile suit edged back as they fired.

He was hit from the side and didn't sense it. Bastion cursed, these beings didn't have natural energy to sense. They were blank spots. He knocked it off of him and stood upon the air throwing a haymaker at the beast's dragon face. Spike covered limbs shot out digging into the knee joints of his suit as he connected.

The beast was knocked away and the limbs disconnected before turning into hundred of tiny explosive necromorphs. They climbed up to key places on his suit before exploding. He glanced up to see Marric slashing his sword and destroying the necromorphs around him. They were no match against a ki wielding space marine.

Bastion stood on shaky legs. They damaged many of his systems. Chakra barrier saved him from most of the damage. The heavy bolters on his shoulders were turned to slag.

He turned down to the chimeramorph just getting back up. Bastion sent chakra to the earth and went through hand seals. "Earth release obsidian spears." The earth around the chimeramorph turned into obsidian spears with edges sharp enough to be considered monomolecular. They launched up piercing the beast's wings and shattering on its hard stomach armor. Energy alone couldn't harm these creatures. When added to the world around them, that was a different matter.

Bastion raked his hands down sending his chakra into the air and creating hundreds of air blades. Anything under armored on the beast was cut off. Its eyes were destroyed and if left alone would die. A tentacle rose from the ground and snatched it dragging the beast under.

Bastion turned to the other fight, both of Marric's foes were ripped into ribbons and falling. "Don't relax, we failed our objective. The cocoon is hatching stay sharp. You'll see the fate of those who died." Marric said.

Out of the ground rose a being covered in black tentacles slowly revealing a parody of feminine features. Horns adorned her head and a chunk of a red marker was in her chest. He could see it clearly between two breasts. Multiple eyes covered her head and her skin was black made of necroflesh. Her face spread open revealing thousands of teeth and hyper venom filled tubes shot from within her throat. Worst of all was her eyes, they had intelligence.

"Hah," Marric yelled unleashing a powerful ki blast. It detonated and the area exploded. Bastion felt dark chakra and something else move around the pokemorph and protect her. It leapt up out of the blast tentacles from its back reached out and wrapped around Bastion's mobile suit.

It opened it mouth and spewed hyper venom all over his suit. Cancerous black flesh grew rapidly creating bulbous growths that wiggled into and defiled the inner workings of his armor. Tentacles slithered inside draining chakra and spewing foul liquids that further damaged the interior. They moved to infect the pilot.

Bastion ejected before it could reach him. Just as Marric cut the creature's head in half with his powersword. Bastion's mobile suit fell and exploded as it was ravaged by the growths.

Marric shot at the fleeing creature with his heavy bolter. "Its going to spread from city to city if we don't stop it." Marric yelled Bastion nodded and took a breath.
