5 Dias Institute...

A Farmer's life isn't plain. the amount of hard work and time it takes to grow and maintain crops is exponential. A Farmer ties two cattle with a plough. Ploughing the field with cattle. Placing fertilizers and seeds in cropland. Later vegetation flourishes the farmland. Pesticides are spread around the farmland to prevent pests and diseases.

The Town of Dias had a significant part in my heart. The greenery and avifauna extend through the borders of the town. The Farmers would frequently take their herd for a walk. There were houses built near their plantation and animal husbandry.

At a particular farmer's house a girl named reha scratched his head to find a solution for her problem.

This is the season of farming. My father had planted diverse crops. Every time, I would help my parents with their working activities. Today was the day of harvesting. I started plucking ripened crops from the field. Hard work surging through the blood and profound wisdom in my mind. I finished the work with my parents with a relaxed smile.

I am at the age of 10. I wasn't intelligent or talented but, Knowing my limits early was an early sign of maturity. I am the lone daughter in the family. I studied till seventh grade for further studies I have to go to the capital city. I can live at a relative place for further studies but, If I can get lucky to pass further examination and further courses. In pursuit to achieve something independently but at last there would only be a job of low pay grade. My starting career as an inexperienced would be low and to progress I have to work more. Just, I think that it would be too troublesome.

but, If I proceed with my life then at the age of 21. I would be getting married then, live a life as a housewife carrying children.

The bell rang at the door. I walked towards the door at a quickened pace. There were sounds of anklets playing with every step that took place. Postman was at the door carrying a pamphlet. The pamphlet was a working educational institute situated at the outskirts of Diana village. I further read it with great excitement. It would naturally solve the problem of me and other people who can't break the chains of the world with just hard work.

When I started to form plans to do business at halt. I had taken money to set up a large factory of 7 floors at the barren land in Diana. Halt purchased the barren land of 1000 km. The Diana Institute was built covering 600km.

The remaining land was made as a sports area.

After my retirement, I posted the pamphlet to all colleges and orphanages around the country. It wasn't at the name of halt but diana. The pamphlet only contains information about a work facility built at Diana. It would educate the students about the work and give them incentives. I deactivated my professional sim card to not have many disturbances. calls take place at my personal number regarding any information. I just told them to come to meet me in diana. I also make certain calls with an unknown number to many known people. The news spread about me retiring at an large village.

The IT department of halt was maintaining the recruitment process. to get an admission in Dias. It is done with filling a form with all the details about you and your parents. Education qualification it should be signed by the principal of current attending school.

Majority of people come at diana. there where some reporters and other tubers. I called the security to kick them off. Only my cherished and well known people are inside the institute.

The institute was large with a cool atmosphere. It had a plain round shaped design. The village had plenty of everything for living but sometimes electricity goes out for long periods. to cope with the issue we had installed large solar panels at the top of the building.

Currently a meeting held on 7th floor.

People were enjoying shorts and buffet.

I at the stage announced a speech. " I have built up this institute in order for the students to hone their life skills. It will be a secondary business. The students from the age of 10 to 15 years are admitted. It will be a course of 10 years. The graduate would have the rights of a high position in the halt business. We would be issuing certificates of Dias institute at the end of the course. Further all your questions will be clarified at an later day." They all were on the nerves after my declaration.

Aelia,Lena and my parents were started discussing my future plans at 6 th floor. They were just getting chills down the spine after listening towards my explanation. In hidden within me there was madness.

On the day of 6th June 2051, The Dias institute started recruiting students. A majority of students were coming towards the admission. All students and their parents were halted at the starting entrance of the institute.

There was a stage made towards the entrance. I held the microphone to say," This won't be like any other institutes. It will make you work the hardest. The ten years will be giving teachings and works towards machinery, cloth, cooking, management and technology.

Stell sector:- to make parts of machinery, installation process, working process. repairing process.Knowing the field of machines.

Clothing sector:- to make comfortable, stylish clothing. All the things that can be made with cloth.

Cooking sector:- to make food for all people living in the institute.

Management Sector :- to manage all the institute.

Technology sector:- regarding computers and software.

there would be harsh management. If certain rules are broken there will be punishment. Do something horrible It results in an expulsion. the expelled students can't have any job in halt."

I have appointed some teaching staff. the staff will maintain the children. we enlisted 30000 children from 300000 forms. It was tough and time consuming process. we visited all the enlisted application homes. we further shortlisted the list to 12000 students.

we checked their background thoroughly and asked some life based questions to understand their wisdom. I also want them to make a special note for mature children's. we approved the application of the majority of working class knowledgeable family children and poor educated family children as well as struggling middle class literate family children's. minority children's of my beloved ones. The institute will require major funds in the name of donations therefore some infulential children's as well as children's from business empire families are accepted.

This course is of 8 years with 2 months holidays in summer. It was a private Institute including both business and education. In every sector there were 2400 students. Groups are formed of 10 people regardless of gender. every group will have a leader placed with the votes of other 10 people in the group. diverse projects were to be taken in every sector. self improvement and self recognition were a major moto of the institute.

we started the first day discussing various topic in diverse fields. In every sector there was a 3d screen to play knowledgeable videos. I have specifically called up elderly talented retired people at halt in specific fields. so, that to teach young children's their skills. A security department was placed at the corner of 6 th floor. the security watches the actions of children through cameras situated throughout the sector but, it can't watch the steps of this many individuals to, sort out the problem we have placed children's of management sector to manage in every other sector. one will manage 5 groups. 2320 management sector students were placed to manage 11600 students of other students and remaining 80 students were placed to manage entire institute. the remaining 80 will form a group known as 'informers' they will handle the staff and guests. the informers will also handle errands outside the institute. After every 1 month the managers will move to manage other 5 groups and every captain will give his position to another student in their group.
