Lan wake up and saw the old man was sitting in a hut that was made from some wood and grass.The old man said

"Kid do you think lie around will make you learn that technique"

"What curse did you put in this spell to make me faint just by learning this?"ask Lan

"You are to weak kid even 3 years old child can do better,from now other from practice that you must run 5 km,100 push up,300 squad and 300 sit up for every 5 hours."the old man said with smile

"You think i am a superman 😫😫😫😫,wait what superman its a food?nahhh i just need to follow it anyway"mumble himself.

After a few month practice Lan body become more muscular, sturdy and healthy but Lan realize something

"why my training cant generate aura like a warrior,did i just do training just to build some muscle and attaract some woman😑😑😑,nahh maybe gay will attract to me 😭😭😭."

Then the old man come with some a dead deer in his back for them to eat.Lan asked the old man

"Old man did you give me the right book,i dont feel anything accept being a masochist."

"Kid if you give up just tell me i will sent you down."Said the old man.

He then saw a book that old man give,there are a few new words appear.when Lan read it,in his mind
