8 Part 8

"Shit," muttered James, "I knew that girl looked familiar." He would look over to Travis, "What do we do dude? If anyone finds out we'll lose our jobs. Our reputations will be ruined."

"Let me handle it," Travis would then kick James out from his chair, taking her memories into his hands. He would move to the night prior as she laid down and went to bed, he would then take that and connected it to the morning after the assault to make one consecutive video. He would then take the file of the night before and delete it entirely.

It would be moments later when they would take Roza out of the machine and place her in a room within the hospital. Once she was awake she would be greeted by an angry Samora and Officer Anderson.

Anderson would start, "We got your results back and--" She was then interrupted by Samora, "AND YOU LIED! FOURTEEN YEARS DOWN THE DRAIN YOU ASSHOLE!" By the end of the pink haired woman's tanjin her cheeks were blood red, her eyes welled with tears, she couldn't understand why Roza would do such a thing.

"What are you talking about? I know what happened. I'm telling the truth."

"Clearly not," stated Anderson as she shook her head. "Lying about something like rape is punishable up to ten years behind bars Ms. Carwell. I'm afraid you're going to have to come with me."

Samora threw the bag full of Roza's belongings at her. All the slender woman could do was shake her head. She was in disbelief. She knew what had happened to her. She still had the memories, why wouldn't they be shown?

In frustration, Roza would take the bag of her things to the bathroom to get herself together. She would slide her black leggings on before draping her purple tank top over her slender frame, and placing her black zip up hoodie over her shoulders. Her feet would force themselves into her shoes after rolling some socks over them.

Once finished she would walk out to be faced with Officer Anderson. The blonde woman would direct Roza to put her hands behind her back so she could put the stainless steel cuffs on her wrists. Ms. Carwell would then be hauled out of the hospital.

Meanwhile downstairs, James and Travis sat in the cafeteria with some coffee.

"That was close," James would say, alluding to the events of that morning.

"Yeah, you're telling me dude. We could've lost our jobs if it was someone else doing her scanning."

"I know. At least people will know that she really had no recollection… "
