Spending Money

The entire guild was in high spirits when they got back. They came back from another worlds and fought off against an evil king, the most important thing was the fact that Lisanna had returned. Which had many people crying as they believed her to be dead

The guild had a party going for lisanna's return and were celebrating like Bryce never before. Mira and Elfman were holding onto her and not letting her go, much to their little sisters glee, who also didn't want them to release her

Lucy was asking around, who exactly was lissana, as she wasn't exactly happy about he fact that she seemed so close to Natsu, Aditya could've sworn her cursing lissana under her breath, but no she wouldn't, she didn't even have feeling for him at this time, did she.....

Aditya was currently sitting. At the bar with the master and Guildart's explaining to hen the events that happened in Edolas

Guildarts: Sound like you had quite the journey kid, I'd love to know what my counterpart is like, by the way where was I in all this?

Aditya: I think you were a frog.....

Guildarts: .....

Master: Hahahahahahaha!!!!

Guildarts places his head down and sighed before taking his drink down all in one go.....'Damn' Aditya thought, he drank that so quickly, 'I guess Cana's skill in drinking alcohol comes from him'

Aditya continue to drink and party with everyone, enjoying himself. It wasn't until a while later that Aditya fell asleep on the counter

When Aditya woke up he noticed that the everyone around him were still passed out and were just laying on the floor. Aditya took a look at the clock on the wall and noticed it was 6am

Dragging himself off from the stool, he got up and slowly walked towards the exit. As he turned his head he noticed the Strauss siblings still holding onto each other, smiling in their sleep. Aditya smiled at this scene before he opened the doors and walked out

Aditya had no plans, he didn't know what to do, he didn't know where to go

'Sigh..... what do I do now..... I have money so I can pretty much buy or go wherever I want, hmmmmmm...'

Taking a few minutes to think to himself he had an idea click in his head. He should buy an apartment, or a house, or a mansion. He had the money, but he hadn't spent it yet, so he decided to put it to good use

Aditya walked towards the towns estate agency, where he saw a middle aged man and the desk

Employee: Hello and welcome to Fiore's number one estate agency, how may I help you today sir

Aditya : Hi I'm looking to a place to stay and was wondering if you had any houses for sale

Employee: Certainly sir, just give me a second and I'll bring over a portfolio of all the available houses for you

Aditya : Thanks

Aditya waited for about 20-30 seconds before the man came over with a pretty thick binder full of houses for Aditya to go through

Employee: Here you go sir, every two pages contain information for 1 house, the first page shows pictures of the exterior with the surrounding area, while the second shows the interior and all of the rooms within

Aditya: Thanks just give me a few minutes to look over them

Employee: Of course sir

The employee let Aditya go through the boo as he went back towards his desk to continue his work, every so often looking upwards to see his customers facial expression

As Aditya was going through the book he was impressed, there were lots of good places available, expensive..... well expensive for some people cough cough Lucy cough cough, but pretty damn cheap for him

Aditya went through the portfolio for another 10 minutes before he found a place that he liked. It was a Villa that had three large rooms, a giant kitchen, a storage room/basement, a pool, a garden with lots of different plants and herbs within, and a small fish pond

The price for this was 4.5 million jewels. Deciding that this was the place that he wanted, Aditya walked up towards the man and placed the book down slowly

Aditya : Excuse me, I've come to a decision on what property I'd like

Employee: Very good sir

Aditya limited to the 'Eastwood Estate' which was.... east of the guild, about 15 minutes away, not too close and not too far

Employee: Thats a very good selection sir, if you would please come with me and we will sort out the paperwork. Also sir, we do house refurbishing, and we also provide furniture, so for a few extra jewels we could make the place look brand new.... Well even newer than it looks

Aditya entered a private room where the male took out a few pieces of paper in a hurry to get this sale. 'Looks like someone's eager' Aditya mused to himself, when he sat down the man placed he papers in front of Aditya and spoke to him about different payment options

Aditya just waved his hand and the money that was needed for the property had magically appeared ont the table, greatly shocking the man, needless to say it was all currently in the storage

Employee: Very good sir.... as I said before we also provide you with furniture and take care of the refurbishing, so for an extra 500,000 jewels everything within can be changed to be brand new, and of the designs you choose

Aditya : Mmmmmm that seems quite long, so how about this, I'll pay an extra 500,000 so that's 1 million more if you decide on the different kind of furniture, which you believe would suite me the best. However I do have a few changes I'd like to make. For the three bedrooms, I'd like one of them as a master bedroom while the other as a guest bedroom, while for the third I would like it to be changed into a study for myself.... also make sure to fill up the pond with some nice fishies

Employee: Excellent sir, I'll have people work on it straight away, all that's left is your signature on these papers

Aditya: Sure

Aditya signed his name and paid the rest of the amount before he shook the mans hand and walked out. As he was walking out the mans colleagues were watching him as they realised he just made a huge sale, and would probably get a promotion

'Ahhhh, what to do next.....'
