Seo Jung felt like the world's biggest failure. No job, no money, no one to turn to. It was as if I was invisible, a ghost drifting aimlessly through the city streets. People would pass me by and not even spare me a second glance.

My world came crashing down once again. Like glass had shattered on the pavement, as I stared up at the starry sky in disbelief. How could it all go wrong, so fast?

As I lay there, shattered and hurting, something inside me shifted. A new voice spoke up, one that was kinder and gentler than the harsh critic that had plagued me for so long. It whispered to me of second chances, of hope and healing. And slowly, I let myself believe that maybe, just maybe, this wasn't the end.

But I knew it was futile as I trudged along the familiar path home. I couldn't help but dwell on all the missed opportunities, the moments where I could have made a different choice and ended up in a better place.

But fate seemed to have other plans for me, as I was abruptly ripped from my thoughts by the sound of screeching tires. Instinctively, I turned to face the source of the noise, only to be met by blinding headlights hurtling towards me.

It was over before I even had time to react. The impact sent me flying and everything went dark.

When I came to, I was disoriented and in a strange place.
