She takes the water out of the lake and turns it into a giant tidal wave taking out the two watch dogs. They short circuit and fall to the ground Holtan has a better reaction time and avoids the wave.

I jump fifty feet in the air I piece one of his thruster so he will have to make an emergency landing and he crashes into the ground.
