2 First Mission
The light blinded David as the area around him warped. David was unconscious as he lay on the grass, only waking up when the System spoke.
"David has been transported to 1773. Quest will be provided to David in order to strengthen overall." Spoke the same voice as before but with a more feminine tone.
"What? Why is it 1773 and where am I? Why is your voice more girly, too?" Asked David.
"The era has been randomly chosen as well as the starting location. The current location of David is 'Rocky Mountains'. System voice has changed in order to suit David's inclination." Responded the feminine voice.
"Why did you just suddenly send me here instead of giving me time to prepare myself? And what are the quest?" Questioned David.
"David was immediately transported as soul had limited time and was near dispersing. Quest are missions provides to David that are required to be fulfilled and grant rewards after completion of task. Penalties will also be given if task is not completed." Answered the system.
"I understand most of information. What do I call you by though?" Asked David.
"David may call me by whichever name feels adequate." Said the system indifferently.
"I guess...I'll call you 'Eva' then, since it has a nice ring." Joked David.
"Very well. First mission will now be given appropriate to situation." Said Eva, not noticing David's bad joke.

'Making a makeshift house or finding a cave doesn't seem too hard, but what are the rewards?' Thought David.
"What are the rewards, Eva? And tell me what the penalties are." David asked Eva.
"FUK is currency used to purchase items within system store. The roulette ticket is a ticket needed in order to spin the roulette. The roulette has a variety of items ranging from common items to precious items. The Skill can also be described as magic, but nothing is required for activation; the skill is 'Status' which allows David to view another's Skills and various forms of strengths in numerical form. And the set of common clothes is a clothing set commonly available during the current era. The penalties are -20,000 FUK: which will place David into debt and all FUK gained will go towards paying debt; and an increase in price of items within store: all prices will be increased by 10%." Said Eva.
"Is 30,000 FUK a lot? What can I buy with FUK?" Asked David.
"30,000 FUK can be considered a large amount of wealth. A basic iron sword is 500 FUK while a pair of shoes is 50 FUK. Anything can be bought with FUK: from materials to ready made weapons to kid's toys." Eva said to David.
'Haha, this'll be pretty simple then. I've already lived 70 years and died once so what's a little weather to me. And finding a cave should be easy. If I remember correctly, the battles and fights regarding the U.S. won't start till 1774, so Im a year early before the 13 colonies revolt. I don't have great memory and didn't care about history, but I would at least remember something like this.' Confidently thought David before stepping forward.
As David stepped forward an intense pain rose from David's right leg.
"Hahaha!" David laughed out loud and dropped to the floor and started rolling, but even his jaw hurt when he laughed and the adrenaline kept coming.
"What the hell? Why is my leg hurting so badly?" Screamed David at Eva in his head.
"Body has been newly created so an adaption period is needed in order to have soul and body in union." Spoke Eva while ignoring David's invisible glare towards her.
"How long will it take to adapt? And shouldn't I get more rewards for all this trouble?" Said David while still rolling on the floor.
"Adaption period has already been accounted for and the adaption time should take from nearly 1 month to 6 months and additional rewards will be given. Any missions gained during your adaption period will give an additional reward of 20,000 FUKS as a remittance for the inconvenience."
"Tch, I deserve more but I won't annoy you over that since Im 'handsome'." Said David in annoyance, but speaking as if confirming his handsomeness.
The leg pain had already subsided as David ended his maniacal laughing and drop-and-roll move. David got on his knees before pressing the ground with his hands to help life him up, but as soon as he tried to stand up, his arm started suffering and his legs gave out before continuing his crazy laughter.
