After Molten Gold was integrated with Tinkers' Construct, it endowed the tools with two special characteristics: inscription and duplication. This means you can increase production and obtain an extra enhancement slot.

Tinkers' Construct Alloy Expansion also added a new mineral to MC's Nether called Valyria.
