Vita Primus BioTech

"You girls have had a lot of fun today." Esmond slyly commented as he entered the lounge room of the V.I.P suite of the Langdom Hotel.

Comfortably seated around the lounge, Amelia, May, Layla, Scarlett, Vaazakra, Gabriel, Rosie, and Isabelle ruffled through the purchases they made.

Echo had already informed Esmond all about the purchases the girls made while he rushed off to his meeting with the Assassin and Templar leadership, as well as his trip over to Astelan.

Even though they ended up spending more than half a billion within half a day, Esmond couldn't care as the amount wasn't much considering the wealth in his control exceeded over $100 billion dollars.

In Esmond, he saw the money spent as a method to ease the anger of the girls for leaving him high and dry once the Formula One event finished.

He could see the A.I Spirit brothers relaxing nearby the bar, as they drank away their sorrows of the day.

When they noticed Esmond's arrival, their dissatisfied and disgusted expressions couldn't be held back any further as they stared Esmond down like prey.

Fortunately, they knew not to strike Esmond once information was relayed to them about the battle on Astelan.

They couldn't believe Esmond had reached such heights without necessarily cultivating any specific method or technique.

None of them could imagine the potential Esmond wielded, but they knew one thing for sure, they had other ways to bother their brother even if they couldn't battle him with their bare hands.

All of them ignored Esmond and went back to their drinks while continuing their small talk, leaving Esmond to the girls who looked ready to shred Esmond alive.

.

"You have some guts rocking up this late Essie…

The Sun even went down while we waited for you to return from your… 'meeting'…" Amelia appeared ready to gouge out Esmond's eyes, though her frightening aura only amplified with May's and Layla's aggressive aura mixing together.

"… You're lucky we knew you weren't fooling around with another girl, otherwise you would be dead meat Mister!" May couldn't hide her inner thoughts concerning Esmond playing around with another women.

Layla nodded in agreement with May, not overly happy with Esmond fooling around.

Though the girls had their own tact agreement that accepted each other as Esmond's partners, they weren't happy to share him with others.

For some reason they believed Esmond would find other women, and it would be near impossible for any of them argue against the decision but even so they wanted Esmond to understand they wouldn't push over so easily to his will.

If Isabelle and the other A.I Spirits hadn't explained to the three women that Esmond and Carter were dealing with problems related to their new businesses and clients, they might have believed he'd gone to see another girl and gotten furious with him once he returned.

Much to their delight, Esmond dived into their laps and apologised for his behaviour.

After some time, grovelling, Esmond convinced the girls to forgive him somewhat, but they weren't apologetic for their actions one bit.

In fact, Layla and Amelia planned to create a small management and consultation firm that would oversee the restaurants, hotels, stores, and buildings while May decided to work on the skyscraper that's eventually become the headquarters of their fashion and boutique brand.

Esmond quite happily listened to the future plans of Layla, Amelia, and May, surprised they already sorted out how they wished to deal with their purchases.

He had already told Echo as they travelled up to the room in the hotel to sort out the purchases and leave them in the hands of the Primal Management Pty Ltd, with his Uncle James capable of handling the properties.

Much to his surprise, Isabelle already tasked Eddie to complete the framework for their own companies.

Esmond would have a share in their businesses but majority of it remained in the hands of the girls.

The girls would be independent and have their own streams of income, separate from his own even though he was happy to provide for them, Esmond hoped Amelia would understand responsibility beyond the scope of education.

May already own plenty of properties in Hong Kong and mainland China, Taiwan, and the rest of Asia so Esmond wasn't ever worried about her when it came to income.

Layla on the other hand lived a very simple life with her mother being the sole provider of the family of two until she turned 16 and started work at a café until she started working as a secretary after high school.

While Esmond had already moved Layla and Julia from the two-bedroom unit to a larger home near his own, he wanted Layla to move out of her mother's shadow and take on her own career path.

Esmond knew Layla was adamant to be his Personal Secretary, so instead he asked her to set him up with a team of secretaries to manage his workload so she could focus on her business plans with Amelia.

She however still insisted to be his Personal Secretary, even though the work would be mostly handled by the assistants, leaving her time to work with Amelia.

Since James hadn't ever involved Amelia in his businesses, Amelia still learnt enough from her father to try her own hand at business, which was one of the main reasons Layla agreed to take on the silent role in their partnership.

Understanding he wouldn't get his way, Esmond gave up trying to get his way and asked about their day, even asking about any presents they bought for him.

.

"Mmph! You're lucky we even cared enough about you to buy something nice for you…" Layla commented sternly as she handed Esmond a Breguet watch.

There were other shopping bags filled with items they'd bought him, but the watch had an engraving below with everyone's initials.

Esmond found it cute and sincere that he wore it right away before spending the rest of the night with the girls until he got a moment away with Isabelle who needed to discuss Stovi.

"The Vaadan Region has finally finished its 'upgrade' of sorts.

Levas and Hari have led the Legion of M-PD-01 Droids, elder Yautja and some of the older members of the Great Warring Clans that wanted to fight the creatures of Stovi.

So far, the forest beyond Vileta became the hunting ground for many Yautja and Warring Clans members, but the ones with Hari and Levas have finished setting up the fencing around the roads and borders of smaller towns.

Carriages have started using these roads and have found no issues where beasts were able to get past the fence.

Same with the smaller towns, but that isn't the best part of it all.

The trains have finally been sorted out and connected the larger towns together to help transport goods and materials, as well as people.

Its greatly helped the people across Vaadan connected, especially with the help of the Mana Electric Energy Stations which has eased life for the citizens of the region.

Even the Landport leading to the Vaadan Region, which Levas named Vaadan Haven for some reason or another and its stuck as well… has started attracting Adventurers, Merchants and even Nobles of the Trika Empire and beyond."

The time dilation allowed those on Stovi to push ahead in the last month and absolutely change the region into a magnificent place that was unlike any other place on the planet.

Just the food alone from the Spatial Ark Star World completely changed the health and wellbeing of the common people.

Even the Adventurers came to love the vegetables and meats available to purchase at the supermarkets that were built.

However, all the changes hadn't come without its own problems as well.

"The Trika Emperor sent an army earlier to take over Vaadan Haven, yet the force of the Droids, Warring Clans and Yautja pushed them back enough to retreat.

We supplied their encampment with food and other goods much to their surprise, and the Emperor's who decided to call back the army.

He has sent word that he wishes to see the region and you, Esmond.

The Emperor isn't coming alone as his entourage of high ranked Nobles will try their hand at gauging the power we wield.

Regardless, you need to prepare yourself to meet them in a few days' time."

Esmond couldn't help but feel annoyed the Emperor wanted to come and bother him now, especially after the region he ignored the most had left his grasp and control.

"He'll probably try and ask for some remuneration for pledge from me.

Similarly, the nobles will try and demand the knowledge of the trains and fences.

*Sigh* Let them come and I'll deal with those fools.

That stupid Emperor needs to understand his end is nearing…" Esmond said, as he thought about leading his armies across the Trika Empire.

"Hold up.

That isn't happening at all.

I didn't tell you this so you can go on a rampage.

From everything I've gathered through the Sicarius Clan network, the Emperor is hoping to create a relationship between us and his Empire.

Don't you dare screw up all my effort and work, Esmond." Isabelle was deadest on establishing ties with the Trika Empire for now.

They knew too little about the world to takeover such a large Empire that could lead to further internal issues and power struggles.

Vaadan Region luckily showed no resistance with the Nobles pledging their allegiance to Esmond and his little Kingdom.

They'd already come to love the modernised region with the railway network that allowed them to come back and forth between Vileta and their homes every day.

Angela, the Baroness of Vileta quickly reformed the education system of the region with the noble ladies helping her with the work.

Swinford, a town that use to be under Viscount Baxter's control quickly became known as the educational capital of the Vaadan Region, loved by all the citizens in the area.

Because education was made free to everyone, children, teens, and young adults rushed to Swinford to further the knowledge in their minds.

Schools were made in each town and small city, but Swinford had the academies that focused on a wide range of classes, skills, and abilities.

Isabelle had wanted Esmond to be at the grand opening for the academies, but he was busy at the time hunting in the deeper regions of the forest beyond Vileta.

Frigus, Rath and Ace were fighting alongside Esmond during those times to further their strength and combat skills as a group when he wasn't busy with university studies.

.

"Yes Ma'am…" Esmond didn't dare defy Isabelle's orders and just asked her to tell him ahead of time when he had to meet the Emperor.

The rest of the night quickly passed as the family spent some time together before dozing off for the night.

They returned to Adelaide around midday after having brunch at one of the new cafes the girls had bought.

Reigos picked them all up from the airport, transforming into a custom large SUV of their Zathra Motors brand.

It's sleek and sharp body frame caused many people to starrily gaze at the vehicle.

One by one the girls were taken home before Reigos drove Esmond to a site nearby Port Adelaide.

They arrived before a few dilapidated warehouses that housed nothing more than sand or were empty.

Eddie purchased these warehouses because they were right next to each other and beside the Port Adelaide River.

When Esmond stepped out of the SUV and stood on an empty street in-between some of the warehouses, Gabriel, Rosie, Archie, and Eddie walked out from the side of a building.

"This will be the location for the Vita Primus BioTech.

Though I've already started and completed a great number of projects within the Virtual Labs, the addition of the Aephaelian Scientists, their academy, and knowledge has already affected the quality of our work since they've arrived.

I've already thought about connecting with the military to help veterans with recovery, especially helping them achieve bionic body parts.

It'd help our awareness out in the world and grant us some favours within the military." Gabriel's passion filled explanation caught Esmond by surprise, but he came to realise Gabriel wanted to help the world.

In her mind, she wanted everything ready by the time Esmond begun the Somalian invasion, which made sense since they could promote their control over the region through healthcare.

.

"We've already submitted the plans to the council however I'm not sure the Port Adelaide City Council will accept the skyscraper design." Rosie said, while Archie backed up her statement by explaining they had greater ideas for the area.

"Some of the buildings nearby are also bought up which will turn into restaurants and shops that will be in conjunction with our business operations and plans.

This includes a few pubs with their own little berth to allow for several smaller boats to dock.

We've asked the council to allow us to expand the berth to allow for larger ships and boats, but I doubt they will listen because the work to create the skyscraper will cause large some traffic congestion in the area."

"We thought about setting up the headquarters for the Primal Management around here as well but since the Adelaide City Council has approved our plans closer to South Terrace in the CBD, the construction on the next tallest building within Adelaide and Australia should begin in the next fortnight." Rosie added, leaving Esmond surprised and ecstatic the council agreed with his plans.

While they hadn't yet agreed with his idea to create a city nearby Port Lincoin, the council of the towns close to the site of the proposed city loved the idea.

Only a few people opposed the decision but once they understood the market value of their homes and properties would increase drastically, many decided to support Esmond's city development plans.

It wasn't the only site proposed for a city since another location roughly between Port Wakefield and Adelaide had already started work on creating a racecourse for the development of the Zathra Motors and Manston Engines.

Because the railway could be connected easier to a site closer to Adelaide, the city council believed in the future the city Esmond wanted to establish would eventually fall under their control, but they had no idea their schemes could never work.

Wealth trumped above everything, as it created power and strength that could make everything possible.
