142 Igdraasilla

"Ted!!

Move ten klicks ahead!

Send the fucking Beast Squad first up to clear any combatants." Luka, the former FSB Agent screamed at his second in command to ask their Special Unit Squad attack.

It meant sending a pairing of a Yautja and Direwolf to hunt any escaping foes in the jungle.

Currently deep in the Congo, Pa'dte, a Yautja was teamed up with a Uh'Strod Clansman called Khas.

The two of them were seated on the backs of their personal Direwolf's that drank from the Universal Sentient Lifeform Essence Spring.

Pa'dte direwolf was named Ya'kra and had a dark red tint fur that brought fear in the eyes of the enemy who only noticed a large wolf bathed in blood.

The Uh'Strod Clansman, Khas had a dark fur direwolf that felt ready to rage in the darkness.

Though the two direwolfs differed from one another, they were quite docile before their Masters.

Both Pa'dte and Khas treated their direwolf's like their own family and couldn't bear to be apart from them.

The Great Warring Clans and Yautja had come to love the beasts within the Space on offer to be tamed but above all, every family asked for their own direwolf because of their loyalty and strength.

Khas direwolf named Elra, was equipped to camouflage body armour that'd help him blend into the forest and jungle without the enemy knowing one bit.

The body armour also contained an energy shield to protect the direwolf's from bullets and sharp object attacks but understand how well the Beast Squads fought.

Luka watched Pa'tde disappear from his eyes and vanished into the forest shrubby and blend in without leaving him able to notice where the Yautja went.

Only looking through special lens of his helmet allowed Luka to notice where the Pa'tde went and how it efficiently killed a pack of guerrilla fighters in a heartbeat.

The ruthlessness of the direwolf especially made Luka and his entire squad fear angering a direwolf by accident, but a small few including Luke hoped for one of their own.

Khas could sense the thirst in their auras that desired a beast to fight beside them like a partner and brethren.

Watching his friend return, Khas noticed Pa'dte sour mood that his blade didn't taste any blood, leaving Khas laughing when he noticed Ya'kra felt very proud of himself.

Taking out 20 armed men in under 30 seconds made Pa'dte wonder if he was there just for a free ride and Ya'kra was actually the one leading the unit between the two of them.

Elra started to chuckle and howl as he saw Ya'kra return with a grin across his sharp jaw.

Khas and Pa'dte couldn't help but laugh at the behaviour of their Direwolves who seemed more excited to fight instead of either rider.

"Both of you can go off and play while we go hunt, but make sure to stay close." Khas said to Elra and Ya'kra as he and Pa'dte hopped off their beasts and let them run off into the jungle.

Luka wanted to interfere and say no to the orders, but he stopped after noticing the deadly glint in Khas eyes.

The former FSB Agent understood the Direwolves were sent away so the real monsters could finally hunt.

He watched the Yautja and Uh'Strod playing rock paper scissors to see who would get first blood.

"Barbarians…" Commented Luka's second in command who'd never seen the Beast Squads in action, even in the Virtual World.

"Unless you don't want to be crush to death by their hands, do not ever… repeat those words.

They are our brethren, even if their style of combat might seem extreme.

Like our Lord… we are all Monsters…" Luka made sure his second in command and the rest of his squad understood their position in the world and Spatial Ark Star World.

The Squad all felt guilty for treating the Beast Squad differently since they joined up with them in the Congo but after witnessing them in action and how they protected them in battle at times, the Squad quickly changed their mindset.

They weren't the only team finding it hard to fight beside the Beast Squad, but they quickly overcame their differences and made some huge strides with their attack and occupation across parts of Africa.

Ansiel Bruiant and Emi Taliris, two Commanders of the Xlartanian forces were helping the Beast Squads crack down human trafficking systems in place.

To their surprise, they found young children, no older than 8 being taken away from their families to be sold off to the rich and power to act as servants or enter the prostitution network.

.

By the time the sun set in the evening, Somalia, Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Sudan, Western Sahara, Mauritania, Nigeria, and Mali had nearly fallen into the hands of the Phantom Security Services.

Certain countries like the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Central African Republic, Cameroon, Chad, and Libya would be controlled by the Phantom Security Services.

All the future leaders Esmond had gathered and trained within the Space and Virtual World were making massive headway.

Amadi Djimon, the future leader of Ethiopia had already founded a new party with educated members and people ready to bring positive change to their nation.

The government in power and a few rebel groups tried to end Amadi and his party but they were all crushed by the Assassins and Templers working in the shadows but also the Phantom Security Services helping to protect the party.

Hayaan Omar Dubad had already moved into office as the President of Somalia and made some sweeping changes that helped Esmond and his businesses make a permanent foothold in the nation.

Because news wasn't leaving the nation about the Phantom Security Services sweeping attack, people only saw the good work they were doing.

Roads were quickly built with infrastructure that set up sewage, clean water, and electricity, but expanding it to the people was difficult.

Some people felt they were being taken advantage of, while some didn't trust the Phantom Security Services.

Eventually the effort made by Hayaan and his political party helped the people realise the Phantom Security Services were here to stay and develop the region.

A new port was being constructed overnight with Construction Drones and Androids making quick work of the project so Esmond's navy could dock.

Any foreigners within the nations the Phantom Security Services were operating in had to be found and moved to a safe place.

Some were being connected with their homelands to be sent back to their nations, while others wanted to remain and see the Phantom Security Services in action.

Eventually it led to free publicity for the Phantom Security Services to display their good work and justice throughout the war-torn regions.

For example, Louis Yamissi of the Central African Republic had already helped his people clean up the streets and bring healthcare to the nation to deal with simple and major issues.

The Capsule Pods quickly established all the necessary buildings for the Phantom Security Services and public services required immediately.

.

Esmond surprisingly gained a lot of money and property throughout Africa when the Phantom Security Services took over war-torn regions.

From within the Spatial Ark Star World, Nedric oversaw all the operatives in action, eliminating any opposition that'd come to face Esmond's future African leaders.

To the Spymaster's surprise, the Assassin and Templar Operatives were better than some of his Imperial Xoplis Operatives.

They were sharper and refined to understand the basics of combat to a mastery level before expanding their skill sets.

Their specialities also helped them make short work of their targets.

The only people that stood above the rest were the First-Generation and Second-Generation Clones who made Nedric understand the true meaning of a Shadow Intelligence.

They Clones moved like the wind and were able to infiltrate zones and buildings that most would find impossible.

In Nigeria, they'd undertaken several missions to capture escaping shady politicians who all got taken out on their ways to the airport.

Made to look like an accident, all the crashes felt genuine even though it was statistically impossible to see such high-ranking politicians die within one night through car crashes.

Their families weren't spared either as they travelled together, but for someone like Nedric it was a cost of war and power.

By the time Esmond awoke on the 3rd of April 2008, his Phantom Security Services had left the U.N Peacekeepers and nations of Africa scrambling to understand what just happened in one day.

Any rebel force or radical group who wanted to harm the Phantom Security Services were eradicated before they could launch a counterattack.

.

But news about Africa came from Carter, whereas the news the world was seeing related to the Aeternus Curatio Group and its explosive introduction to the world.

Some people had already evaluated the group at several billion dollars while others believed it was all talk.

The United States of America even tried their hand at getting in contact with Esmond because people saw potential in the Aeternus Curatio Group.

Especially Barack Obama who wanted the Inter-Spatium Space Exploration Company to help develop missiles for the United States Military, but Esmond had his own plans to help Australia out.

Since it was his homeland, there was a small sense of duty to do something, even if he never served.

He'd made the conscious decision to help Australia since he didn't want them to rely on America or China and be self sufficient enough to be a powerhouse on their own.

Of course, they wouldn't compare to the strength of the Septum Aecors of Terra Kingdom.

Right Esmond wanted to go over and see how the war was going in Africa, but the only reason he chose not to step out the Space was due to Carter.

"It's best you don't go beyond the safety of the Space.

Many different people want to meet you.

Even the offices we set up for the Aeternus Curatio Group can't sustained the amount of enquires being made daily.

We've made some adjustments to deal with the influx of requests and business coming to the Group but for now, rest inside the Space.

Go check out the Chronicle Lake and Gebrion." Carter mainly wanted to save Esmond from knowing his Adelaide home was surrounded by reporters and journalists all wanting an exclusive interview.

Several people we caught jumping the fence and trying to enter the house through the backyard, but the few guards set up in the house already caught them and asked the police to arrest them for trespassing.

.

Taking Carter's advice, Esmond arrived at the Chronicle Elemental Lake and dove straight into the special pool that was made for all Elemental Waters to mix with body easier.

With Rashid and his Hassassin mostly gone out to hunt the rogue cells and bring discipline to their Order once again, Esmond rested comfortably in the warm waters as he opened his pours to absorb the energy.

Unlike other situations where his strength or stats increased, this time his Elemental powers were refining themselves.

Like the spark of his Pure Lightning Element that rested within his Artus Anima Star's core, it hungered for the Pure Lightning Essence Water in the Chronicle Lake that Esmond's body drew in.

It wasn't the only Elemental Spark that was screaming out of hunger, as the lesser refined Elements like Earth, Wind, Ice, Thunder, Blood, and Nature slowly reacted until they reached the Pure state.

Esmond didn't understand what came after the Pure state of his Elemental Affinity, but eventually he realised that he needed the last Element, Metal.

Since he sat in the Chronicle Lake that helped strengthen his Elemental Sparks, Esmond spent a little while experimenting with Nature and Earth element.

He tried to comprehend a spell utilising both Elements together and drew the Elemental Essence of the two elements to help funnel the spells creation.

Soon the Xrian came charging to help Esmond comprehend the foundation of the spell and make it work, before the reaction in Esmond's Artus Anima Star happened.

If the spell worked, Esmond's Artus Anima Star would forge a small spark of the new element.

Within a couple short minutes, Esmond understood a brand-new basic spell he'd created, Level 1 Defensive Metal Body.

The Xrian screamed with joy that they'd created something beyond the physical form of Esmond, which also made the spell of a higher grade.

Though Esmond wasn't aware of that just yet, the Xrian created a Legendary Grade spell that started at Level 1, meaning it could grow and improve.

For now, Esmond's mind was on the new Elemental Spark with a steel shine blossoming within the core of his Artus Anima Star, as the Chronicle Lake produced another source of Essence Water that drew into his body.

Eventually after it had reached the same grade as the other Elemental Sparks, they all glowed their specific colour within the Core of the Artus Anima Star until they shattered into fine dust.

Only then did they rebuild themselves from pure energy left behind and formed slightly tinted diamonds respective of the Elemental Affinity.

In the case of Fire, the Elemental Crystal tinted a bright fiery red and for Thunder it was purple.

Esmond could help but feel a surge of power grow within him and affect his body cells but more importantly the Spatial Ark Star World felt effected.

That's when Esmond heard a mature but graceful and elegant voice call out to him from a couple of steps away.

"… Esmond Manston…"

Opening his eyes Esmond noticed the beautiful lady with a figure that even Gods would envy, and beautiful face that felt like the truth image of the universe.

Her creamy pearl skin and dual-coloured eyes, Light blue and green, her body offered more than just the chest, curves or backside.

With all his lifetimes and immense strength, Esmond's mind waivered for a moment as his eyes made contact with the lady's bejewelled eyes that could see all truths and lies.

If she wanted her eyes could drive someone insane if they looked deep enough, but Esmond understood the lady wouldn't go against her core beliefs unless enraged.

Right now, all Esmond could see was a loving gaze in her eyes towards him.

Though he excepted some attraction, Esmond realised the Spatial Ark Star World might have influenced her emotions.

"Spirit of the World Tree… we finally get to meet each other." Esmond said as he floated out of the pool, only for the World Tree Spirit, who was dressed in an earthy toned lace and silk dress, to rushed to his side and help him with his robe.

'Yep! I fucked something up!' Esmond thought as he watched the Spirit carefully as her eyes observed all of him.

All… of him…

.

Esmond only then realised he hadn't given her a name and decided to do that first before doing anything further.

"Igdraasilla, the name of the First Daughter of the Cosmic Yggdrasil Creation Tree… that will be your name." Esmond watched with his eyes wide open as the Spirit of the World Tree underwent another change and soul connection with him.

'Finally… I understand what 'She' meant… all so long ago…' Esmond though back to an old friend and someone he dearly loved as his connection with the World Tree Spirit went further than he assumed.

According to an Elven friend and someone he loved the first person to name a World Tree Spirit would gain power similar to that of a Demigod or above in rank.

Firstly, those who could ever undertake such an event would be of a high rank anyway, but Esmond explicitly remembered if a male named her the Spirit, a connection on an emotional level would drag them together.

'Ah fuc-'

Esmond didn't have a moment to finish his thought before he found himself grasping a warm body with a large bottom and chest, Esmond's mind couldn't help but feel lost in the soft lips kissing him.

"Please… call me… Igdra." Igdraasilla pleaded as she pulled herself away from Esmond for a moment, only to be swept away by him and instantly shuffled to his bedroom.
