Guardian Spirit Empyran

"Guardian… how do our people fair in the… Space Ark?" Maximilianto asked the humanoid Spirit standing across from him.

Dressed in a golden and platinum aura, the Atlaesus Guardian Spirit's regal presence nearly led Maximilianto to make a terrible mistake as an Emperor.

Even a retired one.

He was forbidden to kneel before another, as there wasn't anyone who could content with the authority and status of an Emperor.

Maximilianto already swore to himself that the day he kneeled before another would be the day Esmond took the throne.

With that in mind, Maximilianto kept himself from making a dreadful mistake, even though the Guardian Spirit stood before his eyes.

"They are fine.

Life hasn't been too difficult for the people, as they've come to love and call the Space Ark their new home.

Bloodlines have strengthened along with the people through the offerings of the hidden world.

Our people could hasten their progression, but the True Lord won't allow it, as it could lead to harm and sudden danger.

With time, the people will reach a point where it could be safer to take the leap into the spring of the universal, but for now, they should fight and learn from the various powers within the Space Ark.

If we don't, then the Atlaestreous people will be left behind…"

Maximilianto, Johilem and the other members of the Atlaesus Empire present listened closed, with their eyes and ears focused on the Guardian Spirit.

The warning at the end began to make them all palpitate anxiously, yet Maximilianto had enough strength to push on and ask what went wrong.

"Guardian… could you please elaborate what you mean…"

"… From the moment I existed within the hidden world, I began to sense other Guardian Spirits forming from the influence of their people within the Space Ark.

The Yautja, Thazukraans, Zadrisian, and Great Warring Clans are just some of the species slowly bringing their Guardian Spirits to life."

"I see… but how does that affect our standing within the Space Ark?" Johilem asked, instead of Maximilianto.

"Because Guardian Spirits oversee the people that help create its form, they end up assisting the advancement of the people.

Basic abilities of a Guardian Spirit can mean anything from strengthening the people from their baseline attributes to providing them specific skills.

It can draw on other members of the people supporting the existence of the Guardian Spirit to influence others.

For example, if there was a master craftsman of the Atlaestreous people, then others who would take on a similar career path could gain certain traits and experience through the Guardian Spirit."

Empyran further explained the current differences between the various races in the Space Ark.

Each race had something unique about them that Empyran believed one day could turn into a powerful trait that would spread to every member of their race.

Maximilianto and his aides all started to worry about the future of their people within the Space Ark.

Daniel, who was occupied by the extensive pile of work on his desk, found himself hounded by his father and his aides that became like family over the years.

Johilem raced over to Daniel's side, quickly bypassing the other Imperial Knights to grab a hold of the Regent Imperial Crown Prince.

"Nephew!

There's a serious problem we need to sort out immediately!!"

"… It's always lovely to see you, Uncle…"

Daniel's monotone voice came out as he looked around at the panicked old men that barged into his office.

The Atlaesus Imperial Palace became Daniel's home and office, besides his personal one at the Cabin Manor, so when Maximilianto and his entourage appeared, the entire palace staff went into high alert as they raced around to ensure the guests were provided for.

Daniel asked as the servants rushed into the office with plenty of food and drinks as more people joined the impromptu meeting.

Each person was alerted by their Virtual Profile Intelligences about the sudden meeting and the reason it came to be.

Most of them contained their anxious feeling but by the time they saw their Emperor and Crown Prince, they turned into children whose favourite toy was taken away from them.

But before they even got the chance to plead to Daniel or Maximilianto, the Imperial Knights intervened and told them to be quiet.

The Knights moved fast to make sure the new members of the meeting didn't interrupt the Crown Prince or Emperor with their dramatic pleas and cries.

"I don't know son, but anything that can help our people grow and develop into a greater state is vital.

Now that we've been in the Space Ark for over a month, its about time we make the best use of the facilities, so our authority isn't scatter away into dust."

"*Sigh* Father, the Ministry of Education has come under the purview of Gabriel and her team of VP Intelligences.

Students are studying at the Necthea University, while exploring the Library of Raibeelze and joining certain schools of particular Masters of the Space Ark.

In their remaining spare time, they either race into the Virtual World or go out hunting as Adventurers in the Elemental Dungeons.

A few have started to make the journey over to Stovi and Astelan to study 'abroad'.

Even a few raced off to Mars, Venus, Mercury, and Titan to join the academic institutions on the newly terraformed planets.

We've already seen an increase in effectiveness of information retention since they've been taught by the teachers of the Space Ark.

Its also helped our educators improve their knowledge and skills.

Other than that, I don't know what else to do." Daniel was honestly amazed by the effectiveness of the education level within the Space Ark.

It had the effect of enticing all ages of men and women to expand their knowledge pool and skillsets.

The Trainee Knights of the Atlaesus Empire were also sent to train alongside the other members of the armed forces within the Space Ark.

Even the Imperial Knights went out and developed their skills through the vast facilities across the Space Ark.

Daniel's own unit of Imperial Knights found themselves joining the Battle League of the Second City, that saw them fighting against the species of the Space Ark.

Eskronti, an Imperial Knight who served Daniel, sent his Legion of Apprentice Knights to train through the Educational Military Training Pods and battle in the Dungeons when they weren't studying.

As an Imperial Knight of the Atlaesus Empire, they were required to maintain a Legion of Trainee Knights, who would be guided by their mentorship.

Certain Knights were more hands on with the education of their Trainee Knights, but others sought for the Knights to find their own path.

Eskronti gave his Trainee Knights enough space to learn on their own but with some direction at the very least to make sure the Knights didn't lose themselves.

"If you don't mind… I would love to join this cosy meeting if nobody minds…" A hooded man appeared by the open entrance to Daniel's office.

His appearance with 2 other guards behind him, startled the Imperial Knights who were shocked to see someone suddenly appear before their eyes.

Just as the Imperial Knights moved to grab a hold of the newcomers, Daniel's voice reached their ears, holding the Knights back.

"Nobody shall move!

If they are within the hidden world, then they are friendly and members of the greater family that we've become by entering the Space Ark."

Nobody including the retired Emperor, dared to oppose Daniel, as they all knew their Regent Prince was an avid supporter of the hidden world and its people.

The Regent Prince closely stared over at the entrance to his office, as the hooded man and his companions were brought in and seated.

"Now that you've joined the meeting, regardless of my approval or not, so do tell, who exactly are you?" Daniel asked as he curiously examined the hooded man, who still hadn't presented himself.

This began to annoy Daniel, especially when he'd met the infamous Shadow Lord of the hidden world, Nedric, who never bothered to hide his appearance.

Daniel still remembered Nedric's words when he asked why the Leader of the Shadow Intelligence Agency never bothered to hide himself.

"If I ever allow you to see me, it's mainly due to my mind approving you as a valuable person of interest and connection.

Otherwise, if your ever unfortunate enough to see me, then it means you're already dead…"

This was enough to make Daniel re-evaluate the various powers of the Space Ark that people knew about and what they didn't know.

Daniel assumed the hooded man was one of these hidden masters of the Space Ark but without Esmond or the Celestial A.I Egos around, he had to rely on his personal V.P Intelligence.

"Esmond tends to call me 'Old man' or 'Gramps' but with your father present, and the little runt away, you may call me Rashid, but I've called the Maestro of the hidden Order of Hassassin's.

And I believe to know a solution to your current problem, Regent Imperial Crown Prince, Daniel."

Rashid removed his hood, as did the other Hassassin Guards.

With Anton away and busy dealing with the current problems of foreign espionage in Yemen and across Africa, Aamir found himself inundated with Hassassin management work, leaving Rashid to bring along another two Hassassin Guards to assist.

The Maestro sat comfortably in his seat, though he sensed the Emperor glaring over in his direction.

Though he wasn't able to communicate with the Emperor openly in such a crowded room, Rashid assumed his words drew the ire of the retired leader.
