While Esmond continued sorting out the fine details of the cooperation between Ukraine and his businesses, The Spatial Ark Star World was undergoing a thorough census.
Gabriel used her force of A.I Profiles from the A.I World to see the number of species within the Space.
Unsurprisingly, Carter already kept a close watch of the people within the Spatial Ark Star World, especially with more citizens choosing to visit the developing Septum Aecors of Terra Kingdom.
Each of the Great Families of Westeros were so great in number that the families split themselves between the Spatial Ark Star World, Earth, and the Megastructures throughout the Space.
Though they were run by a main Head or Patriarch of the Family, but each major base of the Houses would have its own leader who reported directly to the main.
Currently they were moving themselves onto the Scientific, Military and Exploration Starbase, having already settled on the Halo Ringworld successfully.
They all made a big name for themselves already and seen as vital people to help take up roles in the middle level to high level positions within the government.
In the case of the Septum Aecors of Terra Kingdom, the ruling heads of each island incorporated a mix of different species and people to help develop their own unique culture and history.
Buyan, under the control of House Starc quickly became a cold paradise that utilised the weather to help create a land that showed its regal.
Besides seeing whales, dolphins, penguins and other animals in the region, Buyan became a wonderland of cooperation between futurism, weather, nature, and social culture.
The heart of the Starc House and their philosophy helped the people understand their land and its power to their unique culture.
Buildings, infrastructure, and production all had a sense forewarning and protective measures, like somehow, they prepared for war even it wasn't even at their borders.
Eldan, the current head of the Starc House chose to make Buyan a paradise but not to forget the land they were on or the people around them because they lived in a dangerous region.
This meant most of the buildings wouldn't stretch high into the sky, even though it was fine to do so with the System protection.
At most the buildings went as high as 50 metres but nothing more than that, but this allowed for a unique rooftop connected skyline that had walkways between buildings within cities.
Roads were heated to keep the snow and ice from causing accidents, which was also reduced by the LED road markings that helped drivers during tougher weather conditions.

Wolfmer Azlan, a large archipelago of islands shaped like a wolf and lion from their sides, was controlled by two Great Houses, Arrin and Tullie.
Both cooperated well together to see their land prosper, both in terms of wealth and military efficiency.
Considered one of the nicest places to visit because of the beaches and smaller islands across the archipelago, it quickly also became one of the busiest places to be visited by residents of the Space.
Whereas Wolfmer Azlan was seen as a holiday designation, Nysal the Southern Ocean Island housed many different shipyards and docks.
The fishing industry was strong as was shipbuilding which saw members of the House Grayjoi rushing to learn all about creating the best ships.
They already undertook the project to complete some cruise liners that would travel across the planet with a Kraken spawn safeguarding their travels.
Some of their members studied the Kuat Drive Yard, Starfleet and UNSC database to help them improve their shipyards and building skills, which quickly set them decades if not centuries ahead of everyone else on Earth.
The Grayjois were estatic to see their work come to life and spread across the world along with Captains from their lands to help manage the ships with a full crew if need be.
The island of Argeia in the Indian Ocean had brought along its own unique changes and beauty to the land as the House Argarien (Targaryen) started focusing on the arts with House Tirall (Tyrell) while House Ratheon (Baratheon) likened themselves to hunters and ranchers.
House Mhartel loved the tropic lands of the Aeoricia that they could spread themselves without needing to fear the desert.
Instead, they had to protect themselves against the monsoon season and tropical storms but with the help of the scientists from the Space and those from within the House quickly oversaw the protection of their lands.
Diorado thrived under the management of the Annester (Lannister) Great House which adopted a hybrid unification between the past medieval design with a highly advance style.
Cities were made to appear old and full of history but maintained with the best materials to showcase the might of the family.
The trim of their mansions used gold like it was nothing more than bread in their eyes.
Aeoricia also housed Louis and Felix of Gloomy Shadow Games so they could use the Full Body Dive Gear to enter the Virtual World and make Stellar Wars possible.
The Great House Mhartel built two Estates nearby one another for the two families which felt like palaces to both French families.
Chloe, the 16-year-old sister of Louis felt out of place with the advance educational system of the high schools on Aeoricia, but she quickly caught up and became a star student.
Even Felix children had their own issues when they first arrived but quickly, they fell in love with their new home and the challenge they felt at school.
Jeanne found herself loving the place as well, even though she considered it a heavy risk.
In fact, she preferred her new home over her last since the children improved in their studies by leaps and bound that she even felt jealous of their achievements.

Gabriel tried to increase the production rate of construction happening across the Kingdom but her focus also had to oversee the work on the Citadel and other major Megastructures within the Space.
Everything needed to work properly and according to her Systems, since she'd created a program that worked and could be easily adjusted.
Even then, the work left her utterly annoyed with the workload coming over from Africa that turned out to be a struggle.
Most people had no government documents, so appointment new ones weren't a big deal to them unless they saw some value in them.
The local governments and their staff were scrambling to help those who knew nothing about government order and structure.
They preferred their freedom and lifestyles but after seeing more changes happening in their regions, it became too hard to ignore for most.
Somalia surprised Gabriel because the people quickly adjusted to the new government that were actually working instead of doing nothing.
People saw cities springing up, jobs being offered, and infrastructure being built overnight to provide for the citizens.
As more days passed, the closer Somalia became to being entirely connected.
Carter used his control over the World Tree roots to help improve the lands of Somalia but once Igdra awoke and gained control, she quickly helped set the nation up to turn into a land unlike any other.

Certain counties part of the United Nations started damage control, but it was foolish since it did nothing but open up their laundry to the world.
Media alerted the people of the globe that certain Western countries had siphoned money from the organisation to help their other projects or personal requests within rich resource lands.
This happened quite a lot within Africa, which the Phantom Security Services captured and took into control.
Gabriel had to send teams of Constructions Androids to oversee the rebuilding of the lands within their control, uncaring of the situation around the world.
Ban Ki-moon of South Korea, the Secretary-General of the United Nations couldn't understand how members could take advantage of the organisation in such a way.
This led to the idea of an independent organisation that would prevent members of the U.N from swaying the Security Council.
Though he wanted it to be hidden from the eyes and minds of the Security Council, Ban Ki-moon thought it best to use the Phantom Security Services for now in place of a well-defined and established department within the United Nations.
Kane and Vaazakra used this moment to start their own infiltration into the United Nations which would lay the groundwork for Esmond's long-term plan that now included Igdra's help, which Carter knew was vital after seeing the creating of the Arch Primordial Elves.
The idea was to create human homunculus clones that could act take up positions of power across the globe.
Esmond didn't mind using the Androids, but he felt it was safer to use actual humans even if they were created through Magic.
Carter felt relieved Igdra wasn't informed about the plan or idea just yet, but he also feared that she somehow knew through her Soul-Bond with Esmond.
He wasn't far off, since she'd already started taking DNA she found of humans within the Space and outside.
Dryads, Fairies, Spirits and even a portion of the Arch Primordial Elves were working on the project and nearly finished their project without using the Virtual World to help.
A lab was built underground the World Tree where the mixed species group worked on several hundred homunculus bodies while trying to incorporate other factors into their bodies.
For instance, the Mutant Gene, body implants and augmentations within each homunculus saw some great results and some terrible faults as well.
One homunculus could morph themselves into any person, but the problem became adjusting the body augments and implants to fit with each new body shape.
Another found themselves with peak level genius and smarts only for it to be enhanced further by the implants and augmentations which saw the homunculus joining a research and development department within the Necthea Institute.
They weren't willing for the homunculus to join their project, nor could they allow for anyone else to know beside a few people.
The Arch Primordial Elves scientists at the Necthea Institute protected the homunculus until Tulluan eventually took note of the women excelling in various different fields.
Starfleet personnel asked to transfer her to the Starfleet Academy, but the Elves became insistent she remain.
Tulluan only became alarmed about the situation once an Arch Primordial Elf called the girl 'It', making the Thazukraan feel like the Elves were doing something highly immoral.
By the time he could alert Carter about the situation, Esmond arrived back after finishing his meeting with the Minister of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine and decided to leave the nation.
He messaged Ava as he left the country, even though he knew something was at play, Esmond couldn't be concerned.
They were fighting over scraps of land while the real battle still was coming from the deep space and its sea of constant turmoil.
