Let's get you to the hospital." Continued Li Jie.
"I know that you don't think of me highly because of how rude and heartless I was to Xuan Juan Yu. But I have realized my mistakes now and want to treat him right once we get married.
And it would mean a lot to me if you can give me a chance and trust me with Juan Yu." Xiao Hui's words made Li Jie speechless but what she did next made him completely baffled and scared for his life.
Xiao Hui went ahead and ruffled his hair, pinched both his cheeks and asked him with watery eyes, "Can you do that Brother-in-law?"
He took 2 steps back scaredly, "What are you trying to do? Are you into BIL stuff? I am not. Don't come near me, I am warning you."
Xiao Hui was first shocked by his words and then burst into laughing, "What is in your dumb head? I am just sweetly asking you to believe in me with Juan Yu."
Li Jie refuted, "Then just ask, why are you being touchy and seducing me with those eyes? If Da Ge knew, he'll kill me and then ask my dead body where did I get the gall to touch you."
"Are you that scared of Juan Yu?", Xiao Hui decided to tease him a little. She obviously want to make a good impression on her 4 Brother-in-laws who are the closest to Juan Yu. "Jie, relax. Remember, I hit my head. Just a little bit of pain. Give me some painkiller and it will be fine.", although Xiao Hui felt funny in her heart, she also knew Li Jie's weakness when it comes to treating his family and friends, so she tries to relax him a little.
After making Li Jie calm, Xiao Hui finally succeeded in sending him back. She looked at the time and called her best friend and her personal makeup artist Ruby.
When Ruby received Xiao Hui's call, she was trying to sneak into the wedding. How can she not attend her best friend's wedding. So what if she wasn't invited, she has to see her baby in her wedding gown.

When she heard her phone ring, she quickly picked it up so as to avoid being found out.

Ruby stared at her phone and says, "I really want to choke this bitch to death. She knew I will sneak in and yet she didn't bother to send any help🙄. That's what you get for 15 years of friendship when your best friend founds a husband."
Ruby shook her head in despair but her eyes was happy, so so happy. She gathered all her strength and pushed herself out of the bushes and fell to the ground.
Ruby gets up and looked around to see if someone saw her embarrassing moment but was relieved to found none. But what she didn't know was that this scene was seen by two people from two different balconies. One of them being her best friend Xiao Hui.
Xiao Hui obviously knows that Ruby is sneaking her way in due to her past life and thought it is better to make things right with Ruby sooner than turning their friendship into a mess after today as it did in her past life.
She looked at her best friend sneaking around and couldn't control her laughter, so she went back inside while shaking her head. 'Yes, there was such a time when Ruby was as free as the wind and did whatever she felt right. I have to be careful that she doesn't meet that man in this life.', thought Xiao Hui seriously.
There is really a lot on her plate after this rebirth. 'I should write everything down that I need to watch out for before I forget any important events.'
