True to the man's word, Miyoung arrived at the capital by sunset. The streets were still crowded despite the darkness of the sky.

Knowing that it would be difficult for her to pass through atop her horse, Miyoung slips off the stallion's back. Wrapping the reins around her hand, she starts to make her way through the crowd.

She stops for a couple dumplings, and some carrots for her horse. Miyoung also buys a lot of white cloth, and an extra hanbok. After buying all these goods, she stores them in the saddlebag the stable boy had so kindly prepared.

Seeing that the streets had grown less crowded, Miyoung hops on top of her horse, and looks for a place to stay. As she's riding through the streets, she sees the same poster appearing again and again.

[It must be an important matter, if the poster is literally everywhere.]

Curious of what may be on the poster, Miyoung goes over to look at one. Hopping off her stallion, Miyoung reads the poster aloud.

"Looking for young eligible men to join the Hwarang or train to be the bodyguard of the princes."

Miyoung nods, taking the poster off the wall.

[I'll check it out. After all, it's a job right?]

Hopping back onto her horse, Miyoung continues to search for a place to spend the night.

Finally, Miyoung finds an inn where she can house her horse in a stable for the night.

After tying GoSaeng (that troublesome horse of hers) to a post outside the inn, she goes to her room that's been prepared for her.

Closing the door of the room behind her, Miyoung finds a bed prepared as well as a bath. She goes to wash up then collapses on the bed.

Or should we say a rock of a bed. Miyoung immediately sits up after she's slammed her back into the bed, pain shooting up her spain.

[OWWIE! That hurt.]

Miyoung looks at the bed with hatred.

[How am I supposed to sleep on something like that? That's literally a rock. No joke.]

Sighing, she lays back down, trying to get comfortable.

[It's ok,] She tells herself. [Maybe after I get a job, I'll be able to sleep with a nice mattress? Who knows. But, it's all i got right now so. . . yeah. I've got to deal with it. . . sadly.]

Looking at the flickering candles in the room, Miyoung quickly falls asleep as she thinks of what is to come.
