Wedding Affair(2)

Everyone looked at Ming Zhu with disappointed faces, to wish someone a happy life but to betray her is very low. Ming Zhu was shocked about everything that was happening, she never thought that her relationship with Liu Kang would be revealed to the world. From what was shown in the video it had to be taken today when the two had some fun in the wedding room reserved in the hotel. The question was who took the video and played it for the public to see. Looking at Ming Na, she suspected her but ruled it out by seeing the hurt in her eyes.

While she truly loved Liu Kang, there was a reason he needed to marry Ming Na and she couldn't be the reason it didn't happen. Walking toward her cousin she put on a pitiful face, "Cousin, that video is fake. You know that I would never hurt you, and never do something like that with cousin-in-law."

Ming Na flexed her hand from hitting the shameless girl in front of her and continued her crying act. "Ming Zhu, you say it was fake but we all saw your face! How do you explain that?"

"It could have been someone who looks like me, that's all."

Ming Na stopped crying for a moment and gave Ming Zhu a cold glare, "With the same dress and hairstyle?" She asked with a sneer.

After saying that everyone noticed that Ming Zhu looked exactly like the lady in the video, and started to look with anger in their eyes because of her lies.

Ming Zhu was in panic mode, she looked over at Liu Kang in hopes he would say something but even he was lost for words. Ming Na caught her cousin looking at her groom and laughed inside at how foolish she truly had been to care for those two people.

Walking away from the alter she just wanted to get away from the two evil people and find a pure place where she breath fresh air. She was stopped by a hand on her wrist and saw that Liu Kang was looking at her with sad eyes. Breaking out of his grasp she glared at his nerve to stop her from leaving.

"What are you doing?" She asked in a hard voice.

"Don't leave."

Ming Na looked at him with wide eyes and let out a dark chuckle, "Did you expect me to stay? To watch as you two put on a performance to fool and trick me?" She asked.

Liu Kang was in a hard place, he was ordered by his family to marry Ming Na but at one point he feels in love with her younger cousin. He grew up with Ming Na and didn't want to hurt her but he couldn't stop his heart, even though he felt that way he needs to do as his family ordered. He toughed of his heart and kneeled on the ground and held Ming Na's hand.

"Ming Na, what you saw was a huge mistake. I know what I did was wrong but trust me when I say I love you with all my heart, please don't go." He pleaded with all the emotion he could bring forth.

Ming Na took her hand back and wiped it on her dress and looked at Liu Kang with nothing but disgust. She didn't have to say a word because when was done speaking an audio file started to play on the speaker.

"I can't believe you getting married in an hour." The voice which was clearly Ming Zhu said with sadness.

"I know, but you understand I have no choice in this matter." Liu Kang said.

"If only I was the one who was the heiress of my late grandfather's sweets factory, then I would be the one walking down the aisle."

"You don't need to worry so much, I'm only marrying her on paper but I'll no later get a divorce."

Ming Zhu laughed and kissing sound started, "Kang, promise me you give your heart to her and abandon me."

"My sweet dear, I love you and only you and it won't ever change." Liu Kang said ten everything went quiet.

Liu Kang went pale and slumped on the floor, while Ming Zhu was feeling panic and wanted to run but saw no exit. Ming Na was so happy that she had to remind herself to keep her face hurt and sad unless she breaks her act. From her past life, she knew that Liu Kang would say any mushy words and believed that Ming Na would soak it up and forgive his faults.

Now that everyone saw the video and heard their conversation, there was no doubt in their mind that Ming Na was the poor victim. Ming Na did all this work in a span of one hour in hopes to ruin both of their reputations. Since this was a marriage between wealthy families, a lot of high society and press were present.

Ming faced the crowd and showed everyone a face that brave but still sad, "Everyone, I apologized that you had to witness such a sad wedding. Thank you for coming but there won't be any marriage today between the Ming and Liu family."

When she was done she took a calming steady breath, threw her wedding veil on the ground and walked out the ballroom. Ming Na didn't give anyone a second glance, she just wanted to walk away from this horrible day and start anew.
