62 Chapter 62: Sign The Contract

"Humph...Stupid. It was you, who destroyed your own reputation. Did Yu Qi ask you to lie to the teacher earlier? You did it yourself. Don't blame someone else for your stupidity." Feng Yue retorted to what Wang Fu Ya said.

Others nodded acknowledging what Feng Yue said. Wang Fu Ya was the one who went to the Staff Room herself and made a fool of herself.

Yu Qi entered Godly Herbs. She saw Grandpa Tang who approached her.

"Do you have a plan today?" Grandpa Tang asked.

"I have a class with you. What happened?"

"Mr Jang called me earlier asking whether is it possible to sign the contract this evening?"

"Oh...He had already finalized the contract. Let's sign it this evening."

"Okay, I will call him now."

Grandpa Tang disappeared into his study room. Yu Qi went to her room and took a bath. After finishing her bath, she heard a knock on her door.

"Yes?"

"Miss Yu Qi, Doctor Tang said to get ready in half an hour." Song Nan conveyed Grandpa Tang's message.

"Okay, I got it. Thank you, Uncle Song."

She began to dress. She wanted to dress formally but she forgot that she did not have formal attire. She just took her school uniform and wore it.

Grandpa Tang drove his car to the location stated by Mr Jang. It turned out it was the bank where she previously opened her account. Grandpa Tang informed the bank officer about their business. They were led to a room. Mr Chu and Mr Jang were already there. They stood up and greeted Grandpa Tang and Yu Qi. Grandpa Tang and Yu Qi greeted them back.

They sat opposite Mr Chu and Mr Jang. Without wasting any time, Mr Jang placed the new contract on the table in front of them.

"Miss Yu Qi, this is the new contract that I revised sooner. Please check it. I already revised the payment term that you requested."

Yu Qi took and read the contract. She was satisfied with this. The sooner she got those lands, the better.

"I think this contract is okay. Can I sign it now?"

"Yes. Please." Mr Jang nodded.

She signed the two copies of the contract and Mr Jang also signed them too. Yu Qi brought out the cheque that she was prepared earlier and gave it to Mr Jang.

"It was my pleasure to do business with you." Mr Jang stood up and shook Yu Qi's hand.

"Me too." Yu Qi bowed a little to him.

Now, the lands belonged to Yu Qi. She would start to develop the land at the nearby mountain first. She wanted to build a Japanese Traditional Hotel known as Ryokan. She also wanted to build an outdoor hot spring. So, the tourists could enjoy nature while in the hot spring.

"Grandfather, do you have contacts with construction contractors? I want to open a tender for them to bid." Yu Qi asked Grandpa Tang when they were already out of the bank.

"Well, I have some but you'd better ask that Old Man Feng. He has more contacts when it comes to the construction." Grandpa Tang said.
