She wanted to know about Yu Qi. So, she wanted to try her luck by asking the receptionist at the front desk. 

Only one receptionist was at the front desk. It might be easier to get the information from the receptionist.

"Hello." Cai Liqin smiled.

"Oh, welcome to our hotel. What can I help you?" The receptionist said before looking at the face.

The receptionist thought it was a new customer coming to check it but it was a person who stayed around their lobby for almost four hours. 

Her co-worker who had a shift before her told her that this lady talked to one of their guests. The guest had been picked up by a man when this woman decided to approach them. 

The co-worker watched and accidentally heard their conversation. The co-worker told her that apparently, this woman was the man's ex-girlfriend who wanted to rekindle their relationship after six years.
