A New Family and A New Chance

As the man in front of him faded away a new light came in to view. Jonas could hear voices. They were speaking something completely foreign to him. All he could assume was that he was being born. Swiftly he was wrapped in a warm blanket. The new faces in front of him. One he could only assume were his father and mother. Looked at him lovingly. The look filled Jonah's heart to the brim with warmth. But he could also see the traces of interest. The new parent look at their child with the love only a parent could have for a child, but the new baby boy in their arms was silent. Though it appeared happy enough it didn't scream once or even cry. Soon enough they disregarded this simple fact and continued to cradle their new baby. The baby himself looked upon his parents. He looked in wonder at the beauty that was his mother and the handsome man that was his father. His mother had long flowing blonde hair that looked less out of place even after just giving birth. She had An aura about her that made you want to smile as well as stare. The man beside her the father had a similar aura but one that radiated authority too. If both of them were together you could help but smile and instantly cheer up. Then he heard it… his new name. Well as it turned out he kept his name. Jonas thought to himself 'well, aint that convenient?' (A/N-I'm lazy and have a hard time with names) Though hearing his name coming from his new family made him smile. He had a new family and a new life.

Days later

Jonas awoke from a peaceful night of sleep. After being born he was soon shown around his new home. It was a large home that was decorated masterfully, but simply. It was only Jonas and his parents sharing the house. Thinking back on some of his more recent memories Jonas had a few things to test out. Jonas remember the old man saying how he would have a status board in this new world! Thinking to himself 'status!' With a faint flash of blue light his status board displayed in front of him

Looking over his status he realized that what the old man had discussed with him before his birth came true. He had his blessing and he had shadow magic. Though he wasn't happy with the super low stats but then again he is 4 days old. Another fact he learned through this stat border was his last name, Malque. Satisfied by this he knew sooner rather than later he would start practicing 'shadow magic'. He could waiting to see what he could do with it!
