Arc Reactor
John went to the university the next day. He chose mechanical engineering as his major but he doesn't really pay any attention to class, a perk of having 300 IQ. He can easily pass those classes. He also got himself a special pass due to the fact that he is way smarter than most of his professors in his subjects, so naturally, they allowed him to do as he wished after the first two weeks. He was only requested to come back to take exams. In fact, he could drop out and still be successful but his parents wanted to see a diploma.
The first two weeks passed by quickly and he stayed in his mansion all day and night.
"Jarvis help me set up the workshop when I arrive home"
[understood, sir]
He drove back and walked into his basement. He walked towards the shelf at the very far end of the room. Turing an object, it revealed a retina scan. It opened up for him, revealing a concrete wall.

The door opened revealing a thick layer of metal and super concrete. He walked down the circular stairwell and opened another door of metal and super concrete. A large open space the size of a warehouse was revealed.
There were a couple more robots that he built the past week, they were building rooms and soundproofing them. An elevator that stretches into the garage was being built. It was large enough for a car to fit through and enter the place. Another layer below this was also being created.
The workshop was equipped with all the latest manufacturing equipment in the world. John also upgraded the equipment to his minimum standards as higher-tiered equipment would need to be manufactured by himself.
He spent the entire day replicating the creation of an Arc Reactor. For some reason, it just didn't work out for him.
"Redesign the model again" John ordered
A new model was created.
"recalibrate the electrical input and output again"
"Reverse the energy circulation"
"transfer energy to the palladium plate"
...
After an entire two days of not sleeping, he finally created the Arc Reactor.
[Congratulations sir, we have done it]
"How much power can this produce?"
[Only around 6 gigajoules compared to the supposed 8]
"That's more than enough to power the place, create a few more and wire them to the entire underground base"
[Understood, sir]
He walked up the stairs tiredly and fell asleep on the couch.
John woke up several hours later hungry.
"Ugh. how long was I out?" he asked

"Jeez"
He got up and walked towards the kitchen and it was around 5 in the morning.

Within minutes, chopping sounds came from the kitchen.

A frying sound came when he placed a large piece of steak was put onto the pan. As that was cooking, he continued to put some garlic inside. The smell caused him to sneeze but he didn't care and waited.
After eating a large tenderloin, two crabs, and several bowls of rice, he walked back downstairs into the underground base and continued his research. He spent a few months just doing research and development on more advanced technology. He mastered holographic technology and was getting better with the concepts of weapons manufacturing. He also took apart his car as he upgraded the performance by redesigning the engines and transmission. He didn't do any more upgrades as he planned on getting a better car one day.
As the third month came by, the second underground area was finished. It was much bigger in order to suit his purposes of using the place to practice his lightness skill. He decided to use the classic catching Pidgeons in a cage practice from Return of the Condor Heroes 1998, his favorite tv show. He tried it several times and found it harder than it actually seemed in the show.
After spending several weeks only to catch one Pidgeon in the end, he was interrupted by Jarvis.
[Sir, you have a guest]
He walked upstairs and opened the door.
"John" a person who he found familiar hugged him
"Viviane?" he asked in surprise
"It's good to see you again," she said
"It is good to see you too. How have you been?" he asked once they separated
"I missed you," she said as she looked behind him.
Seeing her look inside his house, he stepped aside and let her in "Why don't you come in"
She walked inside and was amazed by the place. It was a small mansion but the interior was beautifully decorated.
"I never knew you had such an artistic taste" she looked at him "Or did you get another girl?"
"Never" John quickly shook his head "I have been stuck in my own home doing my research"
"Really?" She asked suspiciously
"Really" he nodded before diverting the conversation "How did you find me?"
"I also have access to Jarvis remember?" she rolled her eyes
"Right," John said awkwardly.
"Hmph, I can already tell that you don't have another girl over. Jarvis wouldn't lie to me." She said seriously "I have two whole weeks with you as vacation"
She began to walk up the stairs and said "I'll sleep in the same bedroom as you"
"Jarvis continue weapons research but hide the prototypes in my practice room" he ordered quietly as soon as Viviane left the room
[Understood sir]
"John" Viviane called out
"Yes?" John asked
"Come help me with my things"
"Coming" He immediately ran up the stairs as he said that

"Yes" she nodded "I couldn't stop thinking of you when you left"
"Let's make sure to spend the next two weeks together the best we can then" he answered as he took off his clothes.
"ok" she nodded "do it"
Smiling, he kissed her as he went inside her. She gasped for air "It's bigger than last time" she exclaimed
"oops," John said as he caressed her face
"you can continue," she said "don't stop"
"you sure?" he asked
"yes" she nodded
"ok" with that he began thrusting inside her

She came three times before he released his sperm inside her. After each time, he would give her a moment to rest before continuing. Just that one round lasted for nearly an hour and they had three more rounds together, soaking the bed wet.
He stopped as he could feel that she had no strength to continue. After practicing internal energy, he became much stronger. He didn't mind teaching her but he wanted to spend the two weeks with her instead of teaching.
Seeing her lie down weakly after that entire session, he couldn't help but be a bit guilty.
"Does it hurt?" he asked
"What do you think?" she looked at him in anger "You must have done it regularly to be so vigorous.
"I don't," he said helplessly
"Then why is it still so excited" she pointed at his still erect penis.
