2 Waking Up

When he opened his eyes the first thing that came into his vision was a very pretty woman of around mid-twenties with pretty honey blonde hair with black eyes who was looking at him with such love in her eyes like I was her whole world.

"Look rudy, he is looking at me and he has your beautiful brown eyes," she said to someone over her shoulder. A man came into the view, he was also in his mid-twenties and had dark blonde hair and warm brown eyes. He was looking at me with pride and joy.

"He has your hair and my eyes, he will be the best of both of us," he said while kissing on top of her head.

"Take this potion Mrs. Florean and get some rest, you'll be back on your feet by tomorrow. " said a woman in a yellow robe with a sign that had a wand and bone while putting a glass on the bedside table and leaving after closing the curtain around the bed.

Raj was in shock and his mind refused to work faster than a snail's pace.

'Alright, first thing first, the woman in whose hands I am right now is my mother and the man beside her my father obviously. And I've somehow been given a new life after I had an accident. Now that, that's out of the way I have to find out if I am still on earth.' I close my eyes while thinking.

"Are you still okay with naming him Rubin after my grandfather? " my father said to my mother while taking me into his arms.

"Yes, I wasn't sure before but now after looking at his ruby shaped eyes I think the name is perfect for him," she said to my father while taking me back.

"Where are Frank and Alice rudy, they should be here by now. " my mother said to my father (whose name is apparently some kind of non-abbreviated version of rudy, maybe Rudeus or Rodrik) while putting me beside her and getting comfortable after drinking her potion and putting me to sleep.

"Frank sent me a message and said that something urgent came up and that they'll try to come as soon as they can, " Rudy said to my mother.

"Are they doing something for that order again, even when his godson and her nephew is coming into the world?" she said while half crying and half angry.

"You know they would be here if they could, something important must've come up otherwise they wouldn't have gone," Rudy said while soothing her and caressing her hair on my other side.

'OH MY GOD this can't be a coincidence, if I am not wrong then I am born into The Harry Potter world and Frank Longbottom is my godfather while Alice Longbottom is my mother's sister.

Now I just need some kind of concrete proof before I can do the victory dance' I thought.

"I know, It's just I am worried about them, they have just gotten married and they are risking their lives every day. I am scared that one day I'll not be able to see them again." my mother said while crying.

"Shh... Helen, everything's gonna be alright. You should get some rest and I'll wake you when they come" Rudy said while laying a blanket on her.

'So my mother's name is Helen. Now I just have to wait until someone takes out their wand to perform some magic, then I can be 100 percent sure of where I am" I thought while feeling sleepy.

My mother woke me up after some time and fed me some milk. After a while, as she was playing with me by making funny faces and I was entertaining her by laughing we heard some footsteps from behind the curtain. My father came in from the other side of the curtain with a man and a woman.

"Look Rubin here comes your aunt and your godfather, " Helen said while talking to me.

"Oh my god he is so cute, can I hold him, big sis," said Alice while putting her arms in front of me.

"Alright but be careful," said Helen while giving me to Alice who immediately started cooing me while the other man put an arm around her and looked at me.

"He has your round face Alice but his father's eyes, " said Frank while poking a finger on my cheek.

"Why were you so late, I was getting really worried," Helen said to Alice and frank.

"An urgent mission came up at the order and mad-eye was not available so we had to fill in," said frank.

'Yes, now I can be sure of it, I am definitely in the Harry Potter world because mad-eye is not a common name.' Rubin thought.

I started getting sleepy as the relief of being in a fictional world filled me. The next time I wake up I am gonna start making my plans for what I am going to do and how to achieve that.
