Back to Atlanta!

So, I woke up early, of course not in the same spot... I also try to hide my crimes...

Dale and Jim were already waked up, they tell me where to find food for breakfast and I eat with them. Next Jim is going to do some mechanic with the VR and the Dodge Challenger. I propose my help, he agreed, at first, he thought I will need his help or guide me but quickly found it wrong. I didn't study in my former life just for show! Hell, I could make the cars from the game of Mad Max if I have the materials. So we spend the early morning on the vehicles.

Glenn showed up in the morning, mourning the disabled sport car

"Don't worry, there is a lot of car like this outside" I try to comfort him with the best I can, but I'm not very good at this, but he still smiles.

While doing some mechanic, I was also able to see the camp slowly being lively. Each person with his own task.

While working, screams could be heard. Carl, Sophia, and Jacqui, who had been out walking, run into the camp deeply shaken. Sophia calls out for her mother and the men grab various weapons from the campsite. I just follow them behind them. My weapon? I'm always arm, even will working on the vehicles, I had a weapon. We end up in a clearing, there a dear being eaten by a walker, I look closer and sure enough, crossbow bolts, Daryl is near. Amy & Andrea also follow, just right behind me... How should I react while looking at Andrea? Ignore her? Like nothing happens? It's so confusing.

The men approach the walkers and start beating him with different weapons until Dale arrive and decapitated him with an ax. I facepalm myself seeing this, I know they are rookies but still... It seems that after the breakdown everyone forgets how to deal with dead things...

"What wrong?" ask Andrea, I didn't respond and just walk toward the head. Dale is worried

"This is the first one we've had up here. They never come this far up the mountain," he remarks. "They're running out of food in the city, that's what," Jim offers.

"And if you can't kill them properly, then you will all die... You need to destroy the brain" saying this, I take a weapon from the arm of Glenn and smash the head of the walker.

While they reflect on their mistakes, the bushes nearby rustling and Shane raises his gun protectively.

A man in a sleeveless t-shirt, Daryl Dixon, emerges from the woods carrying a crossbow and hauling over a dozen dead squirrels.

"Fuck!" well yeah, he is angry, he hunts down the dear, guiding him toward the group for convenience but ends up being eaten by a walker. Now it's going to be awkward...

Daryl still upset then head toward the camp looking for Merle...

Shane follows, and he tells Daryl that Merle didn't make it back, Rick takes a deep breath and starts confessing he left Merle handcuffed to the roof as the group surrounds them.

"I'm Rick Grimes" He introduces himself to Daryl but didn't hear it because T-Dog emerges from the forest carrying firewood.

Enraged, Daryl throws the dead squirrels at Rick who ducks as Shane throws Daryl backward.

T-Dog sees Daryl pull a knife and warns Rick and Shane, dropping the logs and joining the scuffle.

Well, let's join as well, Daryl just saw a big shadow coming to him and before he could react he end up in the air struggling, yeah I rush to him fast, get behind and lift him up by the neck, I control my strength otherwise, bye bye.

I disarm him and still lift him up in the air, then Rick like seeing this is natural while the others are shocked by my strength, he put himself in front of Daryl, with a safety distance of course and start talking.

"Look, I just want a calm discussion about Merle. What I did, it's wasn't on a whim" Seeing Daryl calming down, Rick beckons me to release Daryl, so I drop him gently on the ground, he directly takes a few steps away from me and when he looked at me he was a little surprised.

"Your brother does not work and play well with others," Rick tells him, which Daryl seems to understand already. He knows how he his brother is.

T-Dog also explained his part, Daryl order to tell him where they put his brother.

Rick decides to follow him much to the disappointment of his wife, T-Dog also follows and Rick asks Glenn to come with them because he knows well the in and out of the city which he accepts. I also decide to follow them, hearing this Glenn sigh of relief. Of course along the way deciding who go or not go Shane and Rick argue. In short, the conversation was like this.

"You're going to separate us and for what? Saving a douchebag!"

"No one deserves to die like this, even a douchebag"

"We need to stay together in case other walkers approach the camp"

"What we need is guns, and I had a big bag of guns"

Hearing the bag of guns, Shane softens especially when he heard how much Ammunition Rick pack in the bag. There is also a walkie talkie inside the bag which is much better than the CB of the camps.

So once this settle, we start to get ready, Rick and his family had a little chat and after that with T-Dog made a deal for borrowing his bolt-cutters. Me? I drop the content of my bag in the table of the RV; magazines for women and toilet paper. Why I put this on the RV? Simple to save Amy, she dies because she gets out from the toilet of the RV complaining she was out of toilet paper and boom a walker bite her. So with this, if everything happens like the original she should get out from the RV at least a minutes later if not more and not being attack by the walker. It's a very subtle butterfly effect, but it should work.

I also advise Shane to put some warnings around the camp. And with this everyone is ready, the last goodbye, I see Andrea waving at me, yes at me because her eyes only look at me. Well, at least I don't feel left out...

So, me, Rick, T-Dog, Daryl and Glenn drive toward Atlanta...
