11 Chapter 11

After hearing Ivan agree to the spell, Sheila invited him inside to perform the magic. It took her two hours to complete it because she's not super powerful.

Sheila looks at Ivan one last time, "The binding spell is finished. So what kind of magic do you want me to use?"

Ivan looks at her happily. "Since I'm not a witch, I have no idea. Could you give me an aneurysm and make it pop and repeat?"

"Are you kidding me, Ivan? you do know that's the simplest thing a witch can perform right?"

"Duh, of course I realize that, but it's also the best spell for what I need you to do."

"Ok, then let's begin."

Sheila starts to perform the spell on Ivan, and he cries out in pain like never before. As Ivan is on the floor, she decides to stop the attack.

As Ivan was gasping for breath, he asks "Why did you stop the spell."

Sheila looks at him, worried. "Because you were screaming too loud. I don't want my neighbors to call the police." thinking she adds, "how about you come back in a week? I'll make a silencing spell so we can continue."

Ivan could tell that his experiment was working; every second that Sheila used her magic on him, he could tell that the effects were weakening. "Sure, that works for me. How about you give me a call? My phone number is #(631) 773-2325."

Sheila takes out a notebook and writes down his number. "Of course, I'll make sure to give you a call."

The next day

Damon finally starts to put his plan into motion. He looks for Ivan's blood bags so that he can put vervain in all of them. Because that's the only way, he can beat Ivan.

"You wait when you're in a weak state. I'll pay you back for all the pain you've made me suffer." Damon says out loud with a manic look on his face.

At mystic falls high

Ivan was sitting in class when all of a sudden he sneezed, "Dang it, who's talking about me now."

Caroline walks up to him "hey handsome, so there's the town's founders party tonight, and I was wondering would you like to come with me?"

Ivan smiles. "It's about time. I was starting to think you weren't going to ask me. I even went and got a nice suit."

"So is that a yes? Well, you can pick me up from my house at 6:00 pm. Does that work for you."

"My dear Caroline, if it involves you, I would do anything and wouldn't even think twice about it," Ivan says like it's the most obvious thing in the world.

Later that night, Ivan was looking into a mirror. He was in an all-white Ralph Lauren dress suit and a dark pair of dress shoes. "Dang, I look good." Insert the song 'I look good by Kool John' "Well, it's time to go pick up Caroline."

As Ivan heads downstairs, he sees Stefan all dressed up. "Hey, man do you want a ride to Elena's house? I'm going that way anyway."

Stefan turns towards Ivan. "No, I'm good. I'm not ready yet, but I'll see you there." while secretly thinking, 'like hell, I'm going to leave with you, I don't wanna die just yet. And every time I do something to you, I end up on death's door.'

As Ivan arrives at Caroline's house, she walks out, and he is completely hypnotized. She is wearing a lovely whites dress, with a baby blue scarf around her neck. Her hairs braided at the top, and the rest flowed down her shoulders.

Caroline notices Ivan staring at her and blushes. "Well, what do you think? I asked around and found out you picked out a white suit, and I wanted to match you."

"It's a lovely dress, but if anyone else was wearing it, I'm sure they wouldn't look twice as good as you."

"Well, you sure have a silver tongue. But I agree with you no one could pull this dress off like me."

Ivan looks at her one more time then comes up with an idea. "You know what, darling, you look so amazing it would be a shame if I let you go to a boring party. would you like to have a picnic with me?"

"I don't know. I mean, my mom will be mad if I don't show up." Caroline replied, a little nervous.

"Come on, and I promise I'll make it a night you won't forget," Ivan says with a smirk.
