11 Chapter 10
Alex sighed and shook his head, not believing how he could have done something so stupid, he could of recalled Joltik into its Pokeball but no he wanted to experience a real fight, and look where that got him, suppose a wild Pokemon came into cave when his Pokemon were both fainted, they could have decided to attack him and he couldn't do anything to protect himself.
Alex shook his the past was the past and he couldn't change it, but he could prepare for the future, but not know even though Croagunks Hp was full and Stamina recovered, but he still had wounds, but luckily those wounds with recover in a relatively short period of time.
In the mean while Alex would use this time think about his future.
A few minutes later
Alex:"Ahh!this headache is getting worse and worse by the minute."
Grow!l Growl!
Alex:"Huh was that my stomach?"
Bark! Bark! Bark! Bark! Bark!
Alex:"What that noise?!"
Alex look at the front of the cave to see a pack of Poochyena with a Mightyena as their leader.
Alex:"Gulp! Uhh can I help you guys?"
They kept walking walking closer and closer to Alex.
"Uhh I have some dead Magikarps in the back if you want."Alex said while throwing out all the Magikarps he had in the back.
The Poochyena stop and started tearing and eating the food, but the Mightyena unfortunately still continued coming forward.
Since it was only one Alex was a little bit confident that he could be it even though it was at a higher level, and could escape while the Poochyenas are still distracted, but he had to act fast.
He sent out Croagunk from its Pokeball, it had heard the commotion and started looking around the area.
Alex:"Alright Croagunk quickly use poision sting!"
Alex:"Croagunk?"
Croagunk stood there, eyes locked with Mightyena none of them taking their eyes from each other.
Alex:"Croagunk this is not the time to be having a stare down."
Croagunk Pov
I was there in my Pokeball, resting when I heard a commotion going on outside, I was soon sent out of my Pokemon and I started to observe the situation, before I saw the number one enemy of my family,
Mightyena.
Croagunk:" Mightyena what are you doing here?"
Mightyena:"Hehehe, is that how you treat your old friends Croagunk? i'm just here to say hi."
Croagunk:"Your no friend of mine , and you aren't welcome here!"
Mightyena:"Hehehe,are you gonna stop me?"
Croagunk:"If I was in good shape I could have easily defeated you."
Mightyena:"And why aren't you in good
shape huh your trainer mistreating you are something?"
Croagunk:"No I just got into a fight with a .... teammate."
Mightyena:"Tsk,Tsk,Tsk excuses,excuses"
Croagunk:"You want to fight, alright all right i'll fight."
Mightyena:"Ha, bring it on!"
Alex's Pov
Alex wasn't in this conversation, since he could talk to Pokemon and he was getting more nervous by the second.
Until he saw that Croagunk started to fight.
Alex:"Croagunk use Posion sting."
Croagunk finally started and did as he was told, however Mightyena suddenly disappeared in a flash of light and appeared behind Croagunk, hitting him.
Alex:"Dammit, it knows quick attack, were screwed."
Croagunk struggled to get up before Croagunk was hit by quick attack over and over again, and Alex couldn't do anything about it, until Croagunk finally fainted.
Mightyena, seeing that Croagunk fainted was preparing to deliver the finishing to kill Croagunk, before suddenly a red beam came out of nowhere and Croagunk suddenly disappeared, Mightyena knowing it was Alex, slowly started walking towards him.
Alex was getting nervous, he had to think of a plan quickly, but he couldn't due to his headache.
Alex:"Not the right time to be getting a headache."
Alex's headache increased further and further,until.

???:"Did you feel the power of that psychic energy?"
???:"Yeah I haven't felt that much psychic energy since Sabrina."
???:"Who do you think its from?"
???:"I don't know, but we should check it out to see if its a threat, agreed."
