18 Sasuke and the Pink Kunoichi

Itachi's face turned pale and he started coughing uncontrollably.

Sasuke was about to accuse Kibo of poisoning his brother when Itachi coughed up a small black piece of contaminated lung tissue.

The viscous and oblong-shaped cancerous flesh hit the ground and made both Sasuke and Itachi jump back, Kibo on the other hand used a piece of bandage to wrap it up.

Handing it to Itachi, Kibo said, "You should probably burn this."

Itachi, who was breathing well for the first time in ages, took the object from his hands before throwing it up and using a fireball Jutsu to eradicate it from this world.

After everything was said and done, Sasuke looked to Itachi with a loving expression and asked, "Your okay now, right?"

Itachi smiled as he placed his hand on his chest before stating, "I didn't feel any pain when I used the Jutsu, so I must be better."

Itachi then bowed to Kibo and said, "Thank you! If not for you, then I'd. . ."

Before Itachi could finish Kibo interrupted, "Like I said before it was no problem. I did this because I wanted to."

Sasuke bowed to Kibo as well before saying, "Thank you for saving my brother."

Kibo laughed and smiled while saying, "You know Sasuke's got a lot of potential. I'm thinking about making a training group, right now, we have four people in our little party. Say Itachi, would you and your brother care to join?"

Kibo was thinking that if he helped Sasuke get stronger, Naruto and his rivalry with him might increase the speeds at which they train.

After talking to Itachi for a bit about the situation, the eyes of the two older brothers began to glow while looking at Sasuke. A shiver went up the child's spine as he saw their expressions.

Kibo moved over to a tree and cut out a few pieces to make two more sets of Chakra Enhancement Accessories for Sasuke and Itachi to wear.

When Sasuke received it he questioned, "Is this the reason that Naruto is so strong?"

Kibo shook his head in disagreement, "Naruto's strong because he never gives up on his training; or anything he puts his mind to for that matter. I just learned how to make these recently, so this is in no way responsible for his strength."

Kibo moved over the lake and looked off into the trees in the distance before he continued speaking, "However, if you join us in our training using those, you might just catch up to him in no time."

Sasuke started to seem interested, he put on the accessories and felt their effects almost immediately.

"Can you climb trees?" Kibo asked.

Sasuke chuckled before he proudly showed off the fact that he could. He looked at Kibo while hanging upside down from a tree branch and said, "Itachi taught me this one a while ago."

Kibo looked at him and smiled before asking, "What about water-treading?"

Sasuke looked surprised as Kibo strolled out onto the lake and stayed afloat.

"No way!" Sasuke shouted as he tried to do the same only to fall in face-first.

"Not so easy, is it?! I've separated a training regiment into sections to help one master Chakra Control. First is tree climbing, then water-treading both cold and hot. Finally, is the waterfall climbing. I have one more exercise but it hasn't been tested yet, walking on clouds. I theorized that if solids and liquids can be used as footholds, then why not gasses, like the air or clouds. It's probably just a billion times more complex."

Itachi seemed surprised. He was deep in thought, he mulled over the idea for a while before saying, "You know I think it might be possible."

Itachi then looked up at a cloud and said, "You're right in thinking of using clouds before stepping on air. Since clouds are a denser form of gas, it would be a good start. But how are you going to get up there?"

Kibo spread his Star Wings as he smiled and responded as he flapped them, "Getting up there isn't a problem. However, as I said before, using Chakra to stand on clouds is millions of times more complex than standing on water. Even I haven't managed to pull it off yet."

Itachi was even more intrigued now. Thinking of walking through the sky someday, Itachi held his hand to his chin and asked, "What will I be doing in this training group?"

Kibo looked at him and answered, "Mostly self-training. You'll be there for guidance, whenever they have questions, just do your best to answer. Then they have to rely on each other if they don't understand and want to figure it out. Helps build trust and teamwork."

Itachi seemed even more interested now. When he pulled out a scroll from his sleeve and tossed it to Sasuke. he said, "I asked the Hokage for a body training technique for you, since you've been asked for one Sasuke."

Kibo noticed that it was a copy of the same Pink Muscle Transformation Technique that he gave Sarutobi.

Kibo then chuckled and said, "Actually, it's that's the same technique that Naruto has already mastered."

Sasuke thought back to Naruto's punch and suddenly found himself brimming with confidence as he thought, "Hah! With this, I'll catch up to that dweeb in no time."

As he read over the technique he saw that it required one to go through quite a bit of pain. His face only paled for a moment before it was replaced with an expression of steeled resolution.

Kibo was about to leave, when thought he spotted a certain pink-haired Kunoichi that was hiding behind a tree in the distance.

Activating his Tengan and confirming his suspicions, a smile crept across Kibos face before he flickered to and back, holding her by the back of her collar like a lost cat.

Itachi was surprised to see how proficient Kibo was with the technique.

It was part of the academy's curriculum, so Itachi knew he had access to it. But he never thought Kibo would have mastered in such a short time.

Sakura was holding a lunch box and shaking like a frightened animal because she didn't know what happened.

"Sakura!?" Sasuke shouted before covering his mouth with his hands.

Kibo's smile grew even wider, "Oh! He knows her name?"

Kibo thought that maybe Sasuke had actually had a thing for her for a while. There were some Naruto short-skits and OVAs to back that idea up as well.

"Maybe it has to do with the changes I made to Konohagakure's timeline, or perhaps she was always his type." Kibo thought this because what happened next made Sasuke look very suspicious.

Sasuke looked around and sighed when he confirmed that whatever he was looking for wasn't there.

"Sakura I'm sorry for throwing away the last Bento you gave me!" Sasuke bowed making everyone stunned.

"If it makes you feel better. I made a Bushin under the railing that caught it. If those fan-girls saw me accepting it. . ." Sasuke shuddered before continuing "Let's just say the last girl decided to quit school."

Itachi seemed shocked. He had no idea girls could be so mean. He had clearly not noticed the girls doing the same thing to him in school.

Kibo couldn't help himself as he suddenly teased Sasuke, "Don't tell you're afraid of some girls!"

Sasuke snapped back "You don't know! Fan Clubs are scary!"

Sakura who was now blushing asked "D. d. d. Did you like it? The food?"

Sasuke replied plainly stating "It tasted a little burnt."

Sakura looked down and a little disappointed in herself when Kibo said "He still ate it."

Her mood immediately perked up as she let out a radiant smile.

Sasuke blushed as Sakura tried to hide the lunch box she brought with her behind her back.

Sasuke then flipped his head off to the side, looking guilty before he sighed and asked, "Is that one for me too?"

She swung her head left and right, trying to refuse.

Sasuke dashed forwards and quickly took it from her.

Sakura placed her hands out in front of her face, peaking through her fingers while looking like she was about to cry from embarrassment.

Sasuke opened the box and saw there were a fewer burn spots then yesterday. He smiled as he ate the sausage, rice, and sunny side up eggs.

After he finished the meal off he handed the Bento Box back before commenting, "A least you're improving!"

She ran behind Itachi, keeping her eyes forehead covered with her hands.

Itachi actually thought her reaction was kind of cute, The older Uchiha then looked back at Sasuke with a funny smile.

"What's with that smile?" Sasuke asked lifting a brow,

"Nothing!" Itachi replied while chuckling under his breath.

Interrupting the moment, Kibo chimed in by saying, "You know Sakura, if you were strong enough, then even those fan-girls wouldn't be able to do a thing to you. Sasuke's learning a body cultivation technique right now. If you learn it with him, not only will you get to spend time with him, you can join him when he comes to train with us. Wouldn't you agree Itachi?"

Sakura looked as if she had an epiphany. She then quickly returned to blushing embarrassment mode.

Itachi laughed and said, "The technique requires either the person to have at least the lowest level of lightning affinity or have a Raiton user perform the technique on them over a series of sessions."

Itachi then looked at Sakura and said, "Sakura do you have an affinity for lightning?"

Sakura looked confused before Itachi pulled out a piece of testing paper, "Put your Chakra into this."

Sakura did as told. As her Chakra flowed onto the paper, Itachi discovered that the Pink-Haired little girl had incredible control over her Chakra.

The paper dampened as the corners turned to stone and crumbled away, "Earth and Water two high-level affinities. Well, I guess Sasuke will just have to use the technique on you!"

Sasuke blushed and shouted, "Nii Chan just what are you trying to make your little brother do!"

Sakura showed another confused expression before Kibo enlightened her, "He would have to deliver small shocks of electricity into your body over a long period of time. Which meant that he would have to touch pretty much everywhere."

Sakura blushed and felt faint, when Itachi said, "I hope you're not expecting me to do it."

Sasuke knew he couldn't win this argument. He quickly began to scramble his brain for a solution before he suddenly shouted, "I can ask Mom to do it!"

Itachi looked like he had all the fun dragged out of him when he replied "Yes I supposed she could."

"Boo! Teasing you two kids is supposed to be fun!" Kibo followed up.

Itachi gave Kibo a funny look before saying, "Aren't you a kid too?"

"Yeah, and? You saying kids can't tease other kids?" Kibo responded with feeling quite nervous inside.

Now that the awkward situation was over, Kibo made one more set of Chakra Accessories. After handing them Sakura, Kibo looked to Itachi and said, "When they learn the Shadow Clone Technique and master their Pink Muscle Transformation Jutsu, come meet us at the Training cave early in the morning. We can send our Shadow Clones to deal with school while training our main bodies at another location."

Itachi agreed with him and the two discussed some specifics before Kibo left with Karin.

Kibo waved goodbye and walked off into the distance.

After Kibo walked Karin home, he dispelled the Jutsu and disappeared in a puff of smoke.

The real Naruto and Kibo were training with Chen. Or rather, more precisely, getting their butts kicked by him.

After Naruto got flung into a tree and bounced off the ground a few times, he stood back up and said, "That was weird."

Chen hit him in the gut sending him flying into another tree as he shouted, "Are you going to be this distracted if one of your shadow clones disperses in combat?"

Chen gave him a dangerous and life-threatening stare before he continued to scold the young Ninja in training, "If so maybe you should just give up and go home! You'd die before you ever become a real Ninja."

Naruto stood up and wiped the blood from his forehead. He then smiled and said, "I never give up."

Chen let out a pleased smile as Kibo tried to sneak in a flying kick.

In response, Chen grabbed his foot and slammed his body into Naruto, sending them both flying.

"What's was so weird?" Kibo said as he stood up.

"Hiashi K.O-ed my Clone while yelling, what are your intentions with my daughter?" Naruto answered before letting out a battle cry and started punching at Roshi.

Kibo started laughing when, Chen, who overheard him, kicked Naruto to the side, and said, "Aren't you a little young for that stuff, kid?"

Naruto looked confused as he rolled across the leaf-covered ground, bounced back up, and asked, "Too young for what?"

Kibo fell to the ground and started laughing even harder. Their master had a bit of blush on his face as he embarrassedly shouted, "Never you mind! Let's get back to training."

The two stood up to further receive their continued beatings, right up until it was time to leave.

The next few weeks seemed to blend together as Naruto and Kibo were desperately training with all their might.

While Naruto and Kibo fought against one another, four people could be seen walking up to the entrance of the training cave. Itachi, Sakura, Sasuke, and Hinata.

"What's he doing here!?" Naruto asked, fuming at Sasuke.

"What's it to ya? Dweeb!" Sasuke replied with his arms crossed and a stuck up attitude.

"Relax Naruto, I thought it would be a good idea to invite your rival. They say good rivals can bring out the best parts in each other's abilities," Kibo intervened.

"He's so~oo not qualified to be my rival!" Naruto said sticking out his young at Sasuke.

"What did you say Naru-tard?" Sasuke shouted in retaliation.

"You heard me Sas-lame! You wanna go?!"

The two bumped foreheads as the atmosphere around them grew turbulent.

Kibo laughed as he said, "Careful! You look like you're trying to kiss!"

Sasuke jumped back in disgust and got into a fighting position while Naruto reflected the Uchiha's actions.

The two started to fight when Kibo stood next to Itachi and said, "What did I tell you?! These two were born to be rivals."

Itachi nodded before he saw Kibo smiling at him.

"What do you say? Wanna learn how to walk on clouds?" Kibo asked spread his wings and failed to give Itachi a chance to refuse as he was lifted into the air.

Once they were above the clear white sea of mist, Kibo hovered above the thickest cloud he could find.

Itachi's feet were just barely touching it when Kibo stated, "I can't focus on maintaining my wings, and cloud walking. I also tried to release them but the falling makes it a lot harder to adjust, so I can never nail down how to move my Chakra."

Itachi looked over the village and smiled, "You know, I'm a little jealous of your ability to fly."

Kibo laughed in response and said, "Then you better learn how to walk on air! After you figure it out, you help me in return!"
