Chapter 2: Did I just scam myself?

Ahhhhh, this is the life just floating around in eternal darkness. You know I was a little bit worried with the bright lights and all, here I was thinking that I'd be in some shining golden city or whatever what a terrifying thought.

I mean don't get me wrong it'll be cool and all but come on, a eternal shining glow all day and all night that can't be comfortable. Especially when all I want to do is relax and laze about, though I suppose my afterlife would be more tailored to me needs. It was described as eternal paradise after all and this environment that I'm given couldn't be anything less.

Well I got what I wanted an eternal rest, and there's nothing that anything or any one can do about it. It's just me, myself, and I, it was truly a shame that a being like me was taken from the world what a loss, a true tragedy.

I can certainly see why you weren't allowed into heaven. Holy Jesus who are you? you can't sneak up on someone like that your lucky I was relaxing or else you definitely would been hit with that one two combo, you know gonna hit you with that float like a butterfly sting like a bee, and what do you mean not heaven, who are you? Do I need a adult, where's my phone I think I need the police. Are you done my child? Child? Who you calling a child? I'll have you know that I'm almost old enough to be considered a young adult. I'm anything but a child.

By the way where are you, and who are you? I don't know if you've noticed or not but its kinda dark in here, if you know were the lights are go for if however if you try anything shady just know I have 911 on speed dial, lights? sure here you go and there's no need for the police so please put your phone away. AGHHHHHHH!!! MY EYES JESUS CHRIST THAT HURTS. ARE YOU INSANE? Well you did wish for lights and I don't have the liberty to make everything perfect here like in heaven, Cause you know we aren't in heaven and all.

My poor eyes, and what do you mean by... OH MY GOD RYAN REYNOLDS!!! Ha I new it people said that its Morgan Freeman, but no I knew it all along that you were God walking amongst men. HAHAHA I knew it, I truly am the best HAHAHA! Oh my me I knew that you were strong with the sin of pride but I never thought it would be this strong. Why shouldn't I be proud I mean come on just look at me God. No, wait God doesn't sound right anymore can I just call you Ryan?

Very well I'll allow it, great in that case just call me Ace seeing how we're tossing formality's out of the window. Sooooo how was your day? Really, small talk hey you can't blame me it's not every day you meet God and all. I suppose that's a valid point however Ace I'm afraid that I didn't come meet you for social gathering. Alright then hit me with it Ryan what do you need me to do?

Is there a inter dimensional war? Heaven is under attack, oh is it space Nazis? No Ace calm your self and your imagination I just need to do my job that's all. Your job what do you mean? I thought you just watch over heaven and earth and all that biblical stuff? While your not wrong that is part of my job as well, as I do also need to reincarnate the ones stuck in limbo. Limbo? What do you mean?

You see Ace there are two types of limbo the first one is where your still alive but your body's unresponsive due to a life threatening injury. So a coma? Yes a coma however the second type is where you currently reside, this is where the souls that aren't pure enough for heaven but haven't committed enough sin to go to Hell go.

I get it so I'm stuck somewhere in between Heaven and Hell and its part of your job to reincarnate me am I getting this all right? Precisely due to the after life being too white and black with very little grey many souls as of late have been arriving here in limbo, this process is unnatural and I have taken it as my responsibility to reincarnate the ones who end up here.

I see, so am I just zipped off to another world or do I get any wishes? Ah yes I was quite confused at first when some people wanted three wishes however thoughts fanfics are truly fascinating. Cool very cool does choosing a world count as a wish? If its a complex world or a chain of worlds then yes but if it's a simple world then no also, perfect I know what I want.

Wai, I want to be reborn in the book version of Percy Jackson no alternate universe, I want this to be as close to cannon as possible with me being put into the story. Can you also make me the same age as Percy. I should really let you know that, you can?

Perfect then for my first wish I wish to get my memory's back at the age of five. For my second wish I want to keep my incredibly good looks, and finally I wish to be born with the ability of clear sight. Oh can I also stay an orphan too many familial ties could hinder me and I've never truly wanted parental love.

Can you do all of that or do I need to change anything? While yes I can do are you sure that this is what you want? Yep I'm positive there's nothing that can change my mind about this. Well if you say so, I was trying to warn you that you'll keep you memories and appearance but if you so amendment about this, well be my guest it saves me the trouble. As for you staying an orphan well just see about that for now.

Wait in that case can I please change my first two wishes? I'm sorry Ace but you said it your self nothing can change your mind. Please Ryan, pretty please , pretty please with a cherry on top? Nope I'm sorry Ace, but you already chose however I am feeling nice so I'll give you a gift when you wake up anyways you see that very creepy swirling vortex over there?

Yeah? What about it? And what did you mean by gif-Im throwing you down there. Wait what? Well have a nice new life Ace cant wait to see wait you'll do. Wait Ryan stop! Wait no! What are you doing? What did you mean by gift? Wait no. No! NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
