67 Dinner

Malia, Lexi, Malachai and Henrik were all on their way to Elena's house for the dinner she invited Henrik to.

Henrik: "why are you guys following me again, you know she is trying to get Bonnie and I closer, right?"

Lexi: "of course, we know, that's why we are joining you, you see Elena doesn't know a thing about you and from the looks of things, I don't think you would be telling her anytime, so let's us say a few good things about you"

Lexi said as she put her hands around Henrik's shoulders.

Malachai: "and besides I would like to meet this Bonnie girl, we might have something in common"

Malia: "like not liking Henrik?"

Malachai: "you said it, not me, I didn't say anything"

They just smiled and continued on their way to Elena's house.

A few minutes later

Henrik: "we are here, now everyone, remember to behave yourselves when you are inside, okay"

Malia: "yes, yes, you've told us like a million times already and can you stop treating us like a six years old child? we are way older than your girlfriend"

Henrik: "when you stop acting like one"

Henrik said as he went to the door and knocked.

It didn't take long for someone to come to answer the door.

Henrik: "hey, Margaret, we are friends of Elena, she is expecting us tonight, I don't know if you know that"

Margaret who was the one to answer the door just looked at Henrik from his head to his toes.

Margaret: "hmm, she sure have a hood taste in dating boys. Yes, she told me about you and your stupid dinner tonight but I thought you were the only one that was suppose to come, why did you bring this crowd with you?"

Margaret said as she looked at Malia and the others behind Henrik.

Margaret: "actually, I wouldn't mind if you introduce me to your friend here"

Margaret said when she saw Malachai.

Malachai: "if you are talking about me then, let me do the honor, I'm Malachai, Kai for short, and what do you go by, lovely"

Margaret: "Margaret, but you can call me Maggie, come in, Elena and Bonnie are waiting for you"

The group entered inside the house, and saw Elena and Bonnie arranging the meals on the table.

Elena: "well, I see you brought the full house"

Henrik: "believe me, this isn't even half of the full house"

Lexi: "we are here to help. So um, you must be Bonnie, I'm Lexi, nice hair by the way"

Bonnie: "thank you, I saw you in school today, didn't know you are a friend of Henrik"

Lexi: "yeah, his uncle is like a benefactor of mine, helped me through a pretty dark time, and since he was around my age, we got pretty close"

Lexi explained while making her way towards the dinning table.

Malia: "so Bonnie, what your witchy grandma up to, given you any hint on which number will make us hit the jackpot of the lottery"

Bonnie: "sigh, not you too"

Malachai: "so you are a witch, like a witch witch or something else? If you are a witch, I might be able to help with that"

Bonnie looked at the new guy and wondered who he was, she also saw him in school when tried out for the football team.

Bonnie: " and you are?"

Malachai: "sigh, this is becoming frequent today, I'm Malachai"

Bonnie: "so Malachai, do you know anything about witchy stuffs?"

Malachai: "umm, just read about them once in a while, you see, I am very intrigued by the occultic arts, so I delve into what I find about them, so I might know one or two about witches"

Margaret: "hmm, that sounds pretty great actually, one of the reason to get to know you better"

Margaret who was still standing at the door said.

Elena: "Margaret, upstairs, why can't you be like Jeremy, just for tonight please"

Margaret: "okay, I will do as you say tonight, but just tonight and you, we will meet in school tomorrow"

Margaret went upstairs not wanting giving Malachai a seductive smile.

Lexi: "well, you just got yourself a fan, Kai"

Bonnie: "make that two"

Bonnie said after she pondered on what she heard from Malachai about witchy stuffs.

With that, they had a very healthy conversation over dinner and Elena trying to bring her best friend and her boyfriend, she actually succeeded but not without the help of Lexi.

Henrik: "thanks for having us over and Bonnie, thanks for giving me a chance"

Bonnie: "well, I did it for my best friend but you are not actually bad yourself"

After that, Henrik and Elena left the group to have a more private conversation else were.

Malia: "I am going to take a walk around the neighborhood"

Malia also left Bonnie, Lexi and Kai together as she went to look for someone, a person who appeared only on one episode of the TV series but a mother of the main protagonist of another.

She walked around for while until she saw someone who was a very attractive woman in her late 20s with tanned white skin, warm brown eyes, and long, wavy-curly brown hair.

Malia looked at the woman and smile, she was happy to see a familiar face after such a long time.

The woman turned around to seeing Malia looking at her, so she decided to meet the young lady and ask what's wrong with her.

"Hey, what's wrong? Did someone hurt you or anything? Why are you even staring at me like that?"

Malia: "umm, sorry, it was just that you reminded me of someone, that's all, it's nothing serious, I'm Malia by the way"

The woman nodded her head after Malia explained herself.

"I'm Daphne, I live around here"

Malia: "yeah, I can see that, it was nice meeting you, I have to go, maybe if fate wills it, we would meet again someday"

Malia said as she immediately left the area and went back to Elena's home.

Hidden in the shadows, Viktor saw everything and sighed as he too was pondering what to do with this Daphe woman.

He remembered that she was only in one episode of the Series and she didn't even get enough screen time before she died by the hands of Logan Fell.

If it was only that, he would have just ignored it, but it is not, because the character who played Daphe also played another character in another series, the Teen Wolf series, the mother of Scott McCall, Melissa McCall and he knew Malia would not want her to die here, so he decided to turn her into werewolf.
