Chapter 6 A Sensei's Reasoning

Takeda Pov:

My name is Takeda I'm a shinobi for the Hidden Leaf.

Today I finally became a sensei.

When I was younger I decided to be a ninja using only what I was taught when I was a child Tessenjutsu.

Little did I know that Tessenjutsu was the least used fighting style.

Everybody wanted to use a sword or spam jutsu I was the only one that chose a "simple fan"

But since I was so stubborn I chose to keep going with the tessen.

I devoted myself to the Tessen with no relationships or friends.

But at last, the fruits of my labors Bloomed.

I became a strong ninja and eventually became a Special Jounin with over 200 missions completed.

That's when I decided to settle down and find a disciple to pass down my style

At first, people were coming in like crazy kids, teenagers, even adults but as soon as I said that before I can teach any special jutsu or use chakra they had to spend years learning the basics of the tessen they left people only wanted to get strong fast.

But as time passed and more and more people were left unsatisfied with my demands, rumors were spread about me being "an unreasonable old man" and "senile"

And as even more time passed the people coming in started to drop and eventually people stopped coming

I became a lonely old man whose only purpose in life was to do missions

In an act of desperation, I even boldened my name in the official shinobi databook and put my address there hoping someone would come.

I thought it was a lost cause.

Until today a young boy named Hata came to me for training, I had to get him under me

So when I asked him about why he came he told me he saw me in the official ninja databook I had to seem strong and wise.

"I've completed at least five more than that"

he had to think I was cool.

Right?

I then told him the conditions of my training and then saw the expression I have seen so many times.

He thought I was fucking crazy.

he started questioning me when I said a Tessen can match a sword

I needed him I need a disciple

"Let me show you something"

We go out to the backyard, and I Put wind chakra in the tessen and cut down one of the biggest trees in my sight in less than a second.

Before he can say anything I give him a training manual and tell him his training starts next week at 5 am I then kick him out of the house before he can reply.
