4 Chapter 4. Plans

It had been a few months since Sora had told Minato and Kushina of his plans. Minato had started helping him train in his Chakra control while Kushina had been bugging him about living in the woods.

Kushina didn't like knowing that he was alone and had to take care of himself so she went out and took his belongings to their home. When Sora arrived back at his camp site to find everything missing she'd jumped out and surprised him.

"Tadaa!!! I took all your things to our house!"

Soras confused look almost had her laughing when he asked, "Why did you take my stuff to your house One-chan?"

"Because, I've decided your going to live with us now." Kushina placed her hands on her hips as she smiled at him.

"Is Lord Fourth okay with this?"

"Ha?! You think Minato calls the shots? I'll have you know if he said no then I'd kick him out of the house."

Sora couldn't hold his laughter after seeing Kushinas haughty look. "I guess I have no choice then."

The memory of how he'd come to live with Kushina and Minato once more put a smile on his face as he woke up in his room. After getting up and getting dressed he entered the kitchen where Minato had just finished cooking.

"Good morning Lord Fourth." Sora sat down and started eating.

"I told you Sora. You can call me dad if you want. Not only are you an Uzamaki, but we also officially adopted you."

"Yeah, but isnt that just so it won't look suspicious that I'm with you both when Kushina has Naruto?"

"Not really. I mean it helps with that a little bit, but Kushina was already telling me that she wanted to adopt you after you first met."

Sora was a little stunned at that comment. He knew that Kushina cared about him, but not to that extent. He was so lost in his thoughts that he didn't even hear Kushina walk into the room.

"Kushina-nee how are you doing today?" Minato pulled out her chair as she sat down carefully. She had been trying her best not to jostle her now large stomach.

"I'm fine. Little naruto just kept me up a little late with his kicking."

Sora took a break from his breakfast as he heard this. "Its most likely because tomorrow is the day he's due."

Kushina and Minato looked to him with wide eyes before looking serious again. Minato looked to Sora again with worry. "How many times can you use your kekkai genkai now?"

"3 times is my max for now."

"Good. Use it on Kushina, yourself, and Naruto after he's born."

Kushina and Minato started arguing over who wouldn't get the aid of his kekkai genkai while he finished his food. "Sorry, but that wasn't the deal Lord Fourth."

Kushina and Minato stopped arguing to look at Sora who had a rare serious look on his face. "We've talked about this. I'm the one who can see the future, so I have a much lower chance of dying. I'll use it on you three after Naruto is born and the nine tail is sealed."

Minato looked like he wanted to argue before Sora continued. "Does this mean your also going back on your word of quitting being the hokage?"

Minato looked conflicted as he wanted to keep safeguarding the village, but sora had already explained the hidden enemies that wished for his downfall. Hed also shared some of the hardships Naruto would face without them.

"Okay Sora. We'll trust this to you." Minato and Kushina seemed krestfallen that they may not be able to protect those close to them.

"Good. Did you tell Gramps about the plan yet Lord Fourth?"

"He's up to date. He also knows that after the attack Kushina and I will loose control of Chakra and become normal citizens."

"Then I think we're ready for tonight. I'm gonna do some light training before we leave." Sora went back to his room and sat in a meditative position.
