1 Rebirth and customization

I was sitting there like any other day re-watching part one of naruto when suddenly it got interrupted by an ems alert from the government?!

"citizens of Japan, there is a nuclear missile heading our way. Get somewhere safe and stay there until we tell you otherwise." 'what? Is there really a nuclear missile heading towards us? From who am I going to die; I don't have anywhere to hide from it.'.

That is what I thought, but apparently, the government was wrong as well we didn't get any time to hide the missile that fell onto the streets and destroyed a part of Japan, killing most, including me, immediately.

And now I'm here with God or something.

3rd person POV

"Hello, I'm what you humans would call god, and I'm here to reincarnate you into a world of you're choosing even fictional worlds with one wish."

'did god just talk to me; am I going crazy.' Haruto asked himself, knowing that; God was indeed talking to him

"yes, I did, now which world do you want to go to, and what is your wish," God asked Haruto, smiling while he was in disbelief.

"well then I guess I want to reincarnate into naruto, and as for my, wish I guess to be able to customize myself with like a system, you know like in an RPG game where you get to choose your clan, and you have a system to upgrade and tell you your stats and stuff." Haruto said pretty confidently in his choice.

"Well then, I shall grant you this wish and give you a space to create your character/body. Have a great life, and don't come to see me anytime soon." God said as he disappeared.

"well, that was different from what I had expected," Haruto said as a screen popped up in front of him.

[Senju clan: High chakra reserves, higher durability, and vitality, 1% chance of being asuras reincarnation, greater talent, born with water and earth release, water, and earth release jutsu/techniques are easier to learn, sage mode is 10% more powerful, and 10% of being able to use wood release]

[Hyuga clan: High level of chakra control, cage bird seal, byakugan and 5% chance to get high purity (otsutsuki strength) byakugan]

[Hatake clan: Once in a generation talent, easier to learn kenjutsu, born with lightning release and a 40% chance to be born with lightning and earth, easier to learn fire, water, wind, lightning, and earth jutsu/techniques, mud wall is 25% stronger than normal and can perform hand signs 15% faster than normal]

"they are all good in their own right, well other than namikaze, Hatake seems too good to pass up all of the other clans have a lot up to chance and, if I'm born into naruto's era like the Uchiha clan is insinuating, then I can't afford to leave anything up to chance" Haruto says as he selects Hatake.
