Sirzechs Lucifer chuckled nervously as he watched his adorable yet very chaotic younger sister show off a new ability she created. He still finds it absolutely absurd that Rias had been blessed with such abilities and power. Just thinking about it makes him think back to the time where Rias casually revealed her status as a reincarnated soul to him, their parents, his wife, their grandmother and his fellow Satans. That itself was quite a huge shock to them all, though Ajuka seemed slightly less shocked than the rest of them.

When asked why she did not keep her being a reincarnated soul a secret? Her answer was that it was pointless since the information cannot harm her if others know the truth. At the end of the day she's still the same Rias they've known since her birth. It's just that she was born with the memories of her past lives. Plus according to his sister, it would be stupid to keep her abilities a secret. It would only be a matter of time before someone notices something different about her. She wants to proudly show off her power as the heiress of Gremory, not hide it.

This meant that Rias is the first Devil of both Bael and Gremory blood to be related in any way to a Dragon, a True Dragon at that.

Sirzechs was just happy that he did not have to constantly worry about his little sister's safety because of his status as Satan Lucifer. Nearly the entire underworld knows how much of a sis-con he is.

The reason for his nervous chuckle is that the new ability Rias created is likely to be something outrageous.

He was proven correct as both he and his mother Venelana watched as Rias' blue eyes changed to red with one black tomoe, then one second later a second tomoe followed by a third and final black tomoe.

'Satans, what would I do without you Ciel? No wonder Rimuru relied so heavily on you.' Rias happily acknowledged her partner.

<<I'm only doing as you asked. Though I am pleased that are by me.>> Ciel replied.

"Ria-tan, what did you do to your eyes?" Sirzechs asked curiously.

"It's a new skill of mine called Sharingan, in both an anime and another world called Naruto it's a bloodline ability of two clans. The Otsutsuki and Uchiha clans." Rias answered with a smirk.

What cultured weeb wouldn't want a sharingan if they had the opportunity to attain it? Granted, Rias knew that the doujutsu was 100% insignificant compared to Rimuru's capabilities. The point still stands, sharingan eyes are badass to show off.

She's truly grateful that she was born with Rimuru's powers.

"I'm assuming you used your analysis skill?" Venelana also had a curious expression as she watched Rias' eyes change once more to a different shape that oddly resembled Rias' magic circle.

What Rias did is activate her Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.

"Yeah, I have so many abilities from different animes or comics I'm thinking of that I can potentially turn into a skill of mine." Rias grinned brightly in excitement.

"We know you do, dear." Venelana chuckled lightly.

Rias began showing her mother and older brother the abilities of her EMS. The three of them were in one of the training rooms within the Gremory mansion.

Even though it's been 10 and a half years since she's given birth to her beloved daughter. It's still hard for Venelana to believe that she gave birth to another extremely powerful child. It baffled her and her husband to no end since they weren't even that powerful. Sure, Venelana was at the level of a low to mid-tier Ultimate Class while Zeoticus was at peak High-Class Devil level. But that's not enough of a reason for them to have such overpowered children when it's extremely difficult for Devils to have even 1 child within several hundred years.

Just like her older brother, when Rias was born she floated in the air releasing the Power of Destruction. Venelana noted that Rias' Power of Destruction had been even more powerful than Sirzechs' when he was a newborn. Rias had destroyed not just surrounding furniture and decoration, but also the walls and ground. Though unlike with Sirzechs, that only lasted a week before it suddenly stopped. As if her daughter as a newborn learned how to control her demonic power all on her own.

Years later when she learned of her daughter being a reincarnated soul with her memories of her past lives. Venelana figured that one of Rias' skills must've activated on its own to control her power. For that entire week, Venelana and Sirzechs were the only ones who had been able to touch and hold Rias.

Both Zeoticus and Sirzechs together came up with the name 'Rias'.

"So mother, big bro, do either of you want me to grant you the sharingan skill?" Rias asked.

Sirzechs shook his head. "No, you've already helped me become more powerful than I believe is necessary."

And he thought he was powerful as a Super Devil before.

"Hmm, maybe another time Rias. You've already somehow evolved me and your father into Devil Lords by naming us."

The naming and evolving thing was certainly a huge shock to Sirzechs and Venelana. Thankfully they knew Rias was more than capable of taking care of herself if the information about her ability to evolve other species. Sirzechs can only imagine the political headaches he and the other Satans would have to deal with.

"By the way dear, when are you going to start working on gathering members for your peerage? From what I know, most of your young Devil peers already at least have one or two peerage members." Venelana asked.

Sirzechs was curious as well since whenever this topic is brought up, Rias usually just shrugs it off saying that she's in no rush. At the end of the day, Dragons attract and she'll no doubt attract potential peerage members in due time.

Little did they know, Rias already knew that she'll be gaining members for her peerage soon.

"I would say sometime within a year, I have to warn you though. When it happens, it'll involve me causing some chaos in the underworld." Rias answered.

Venelana and Sirzechs sighed. "Just please don't make too much trouble for your brother, dear. His position is already stressful enough." The Flaxen-haired Madame of Extinction said to her chaotic daughter.

"A heads up before you do so will also be appreciated, Ria-chan." Sirzechs added.

Rias smiled and nodded at her understanding mother and brother.

'Wait for me, Shirone, Kuroka, Akeno, I'll make sure to nurture you all properly under my care.' Rias thought to herself.

She would make sure to keep changing certain things that happened in the canon story of the DxD universe.
