The Kyoto Station was busy as expected, Rias and the others had spent a couple hours exploring all that they could. Half of their time was spent going through the mall. Of course, Rias covered everyone's expenses.

After leaving the station, the group of 5 made their way to the hotel owned by the House of Gremory, the Kyoto Sirzechs Hotel. The room was a top of the line suite that had 4 bedrooms and a private indoor onsen. Rias' room had a bed big enough to fit at least 10 people.

"You know Rias, have I ever told you how grateful I am that you created each of us our own personal inventory?" Kuroka brought up, she was going through some of the stuff she bought earlier.

"This is the 17th time and counting, I told you that you would never regret being by my side." Rias replied.

"You did, but still it's very convenient to have. Space-time magic is an extremely difficult branch of magic for a reason. Similar to the transmutation magic you made us learn." Kuroka said.

"I'm built different, you know this already." Rias shrugged.

"That's an understatement if I ever heard one." Shirone spoke up, she's eating a box of pocky. "What kind of pure-blooded Devil has their own source of Holy Power? Maybe the original Lucifer?"

"No." Gabriel shook her head. "My brother lost his ability to wield Holy Power when my father turned him into a Devil. Unlike when Baraqiel became a Fallen Angel, my father personally made sure Lucifer lost his ability to wield it. Also unlike Rias, my brother never had his own personal source of Holy Power. However, even without Holy Power, my brother Lucifer was still extremely powerful."

"Ara~ but I bet you can easily beat him and the other Seraphs at the same time with your current strength, huh Gabriel-chan?" Shuri teased.

"Well…." Gabriel felt like answering would be somewhat insulting her siblings in a way.

"Shuri, stop teasing her. Gabriel-chan is too kind to speak the truth since it would be putting down her sibling's strength and her father's hard work." Rias told her Queen.

"Ufufufu, fine Rias, I apologize for my words Gabriel-chan." Shuri apologized to the Seraph.

"Oh no! It's nothing to apologize over. It's my fault for not giving a proper answer." Gabriel waved off the apology.

They continued to chat amongst themselves for an hour before Kuroka asked Rias what she has planned for them next.

"I want to visit some shrines and temples first, then maybe tomorrow or the next day we can go explore Urakyoto where the members of the West Youkai Faction reside. I'm very curious about their side of Kyoto as well." Rias answered.

She also plans to get souvenirs for her family, her precious nephew asked her to get him one when he visited her the other day.

Satans, she will never get tired of spoiling Millicas. Rias adores that little guy, she has a special gift she plans on giving him for his birthday.

Soon, three days passed quickly since their arrival to Kyoto.

Presently Rias, Shuri, Gabriel, Shirone and Kuroka were all at one of the ramen shops located in Kyoto. According to the locals, KyoRamen is one of the top 2 best ramen shops in all of Kyoto.

"I think I'm going to visit this place for takeout even when we go back home." Shirone said, enjoying her tonkotsu ramen.

"The name is kinda corny but I can agree that the food is definitely worth the hype." Kuroka had already finished her serving.

"Hoh? I could've sworn a certain someone was saying that she didn't buy into the hype not even an hour ago." Rias teased.

"No idea what you're talking about." Kuroka deflected, ignoring her choice of words from earlier.

The Gremory heiress chuckled. "I'm sure you don't."

"I'm surprised we were served so quickly considering how busy it is here." Gabriel noted, seeing how packed the restaurant is.

"With the amount of times some of the male workers have been undressing us with their eyes. It wouldn't be surprising if they were making us a priority over the other customers." Shuri commented.

Gabriel frowned. "That's wrong, it's not fair to the other paying customers who were here before us."

"True, but you'd be surprised what men would do to get inside a woman's pants, Gabriel-chan. I can't speak for male Angels, but when desperate humans are quick to throw away their morality to satisfy their desires." Shuri explained.

Not just humans, even gods too. Look at Zeus for an example, that guy is known as a serial rapist without any desperation.

Later on that same day, Rias had been thinking of something while visiting a shrine.

'Multiple times today I sensed several Youkai spying on us from a distance. Obviously the others did as well, but we ignored them since they weren't doing anything except spying. Since I decided not to spoil anything for myself, I didn't bother spreading my senses throughout UraKyoto. Nor did I ask Ciel to check out the current situation going on over there. However since these Youkai now only seem focused on me…I can also sense their intending to ambush me….' Rias thought.

Her eyes widened slightly. "I see! It's possible that the Hero Faction are already on the m-"

Before she finished her sentence, 10 Youkai had surrounded her. Of course the Gremory heiress purposely allowed herself to be surrounded. Getting herself involved in a potential chaotic situation can only make her month-long stay here in Kyoto even more memorable.

Rias noticed it was only Kitsune Youkai present, Kunou was here as well.

What surprised and at the same time did not surprise her, is that Kunou is also an older version of herself in this alternate DxD world.

'Seriously! It's like almost every notable character is older than me! It's like a trend at this point.' The Crimson-haired Ruin Princess grumbled internally.

Even for someone of her caliber, great power always comes at a cost.
