YEAR 2054

CENTRAL CITY

Christmas Eve

The city was beeming with technological advance and the brightly lit lights in the dark night gave one a beautiful spectacle if one watches from above. it was the day before the christmas and many people were shopping with full vigor. all sorts of gift shops were full of people buying gifts for thier loved ones on this wonderful day. many people were buying toys for their kids.

One of the adults asked for a toy of a man in red suite and a few others were buying a toy of a female with an "S" on her chest and so on.

An old man watched all this from a distance with a smile on his face, and after enjoying festive fervour on the streets for a while, he returned to his home.

In a house with british style architecture, through a window of it we see an old man writing something seriously, he was not that old, just in his late 60's, one can say that he aged gracefully. the writing in the book was a bit familiar and unfamiliar at the same time.

He felt tired after a while and retired to his bedroom quietly for the fear of disturbing the other person, already asleep. He slept on his bed for a while, but it was difficult to sleep. After his unsuccessful attempt at sleeping, he again went to his study and took an old diary and started reading it. he always had the habit of writing a diary from an young age .

Reading for a bit he suddenly felt sleepy and closed the book and slept in the study room itself.

The book which was lying besides him suddenly opened because of the wind coming from the window, the first lines were visible in the faint light of the study room.

"Something impossible happened to me, and it all began on the christmas eve of 2010 in central city............."
