2 Hashirama cells

Father Itsuki take Itsuki to the secret place where he had hide all his research and Rinnegan from other people.

Father saw Itsuki Rinnegan and said " this is Rinnegan most powerful dojutsu in the world .

when I was in root I don't know how but Danzo get the Rinnegan but because it can't transplant just like that he give me to research on it that I can find the solution "

Itsuki " so why is this here father ? "

Father " Yes it's because when I find the solution Danzo was already dead and when I become free from his spell I thought if it goes on wrong hand that will be not good for anyone so I take it and thought in future I will find the way to destroy it.

Itsuki hearing that both shocked and happy because being fan of Naruto verse he know the Rinnegan was extremely powerful dojutsu if you have one you can fight with even Otutsuki . Plus Rinnegan gives you one special abilitie if Rinnegan chooses you accept as your owner like Sasuke space time ninjutsu , Madara Limbo clone etc.

Itsuki " okay father I will follow you and accept rinnegan "

Father " after transplantating Rinnegan into your right eye I will put barries around basement of house it's a extremely powerful barrier created by Danzo it will not allow your chakra outside or any kind of voice outside .

If your chakra broke out no one gonna find out because of this Barrier you will have to learn suppress and control your chakra and no one find out that you are not normal ninja like them "

Itsuki " yes father I understand I will do as you say until I can't suppress my chakra I will never leave the barrier "

Father Itsuki put barries also teach that barrier technique to Itsuki that he can master the technique in future .

Father Itsuki first transplant Rinnegan on his right eye because it's the Rinnegan who will help Itsuki to suppress the genes that will implant in Itsuki.

Next day when everything was ready Father Itsuki Started the operation first the remove right eye of Itsuki and replace it with Rinnegan .

Because Rinnegan constantly consuming his chakra Itsuki feels like he becoming week and week.

Father Itsuki knows that this is the side effect of rinnegan if you don't have life force and Chakra Rinnegan can make user suffer that's why Nagato become like skeleton .

Rinnegan completely attached with Itsuki and he can see from Rinnegan every detail in the air and even barrier is now visible to him he can see small particles in the air but he was feeling that he was dying he don't have enough breath left.

Father Itsuki then started implanting Hashirama Senju cells . When they transplant Hashirama cells into Danzo it give side effects to him so Father Itsuki also find the best way to transplant Hashirama cells without any side effects .

Father Itsuki can't be careless this time because now it's not some Ginnie pig but his own son.

Hashirama cells can increase vatality and Chakra volume so first transplantating process was Hashirama cells . Hashirama cells will be transplant three times they can't be transplant once it will leave side effects of it.

Father give all the information about Hashirama cells and other instructions related operation He give injection to Itsuki of Hashirama cells and put him unconscious to study the effect of Hashirama cells.

Rinnegan constantly suppresing Hashirama cells and accepting as his own slowly slowly Itsuki Started breathing normaly.

Father Itsuki thought finnally it's time to get into phase 2.

Father Itsuki inject Uchiha clan cells which is belongs to Madara Uchiha that was taken by second Hokage long ago and passed down to Danzo. Danzo never really don't use it but when Father Itsuki was doing research on Rinnegan he found that Madara cells is more acceptable for Rinnegan .

Father Itsuki was right during forth shinobi war he learn that Rinnegan originally belongs to the madara who gave to pain and lastly he obtain himself.

6 months later Uchiha genes complately adapted by Rinnegan and Itsuki both .

But Hashirama cells still not completely adapted by Itsuki.

Long ago Father Itsuki had thought that problem will come because Hashirama cells extremely powerful to human that's why Hashirama called God of shinobi he was strong in every aspect.

Danzo has collected every Kekei Genkai blood so in the future he can obtain every Kekei Genkai .

Half of it he give to Orichimaru and half belongs to the Father Itsuki .

Father Itsuki has mixed all Kekei genkai and verious bloodline into one like Uzumaki , Yuki , Kaguya etc. into one a perfect solution to suppress Hashirama cells.

Father Itsuki said to Itsuki that Hashirama cells are so powerful that even madara have to get that power in forth shinobi war. so for his solution he need to transplant verious things into him.

Itsuki " father I have said before I will always follow you no matter what "
