3 Ch 3. Begin The Exam!

"It wasn't this big in the anime, was it?"

I am in awe at the sheer size of this school building. Absolute unit.

...

It's 8:40 in the morning, and here I am, watching a certain hair-eating boy "talking" to a girl whose soul is DEFINITELY not bound by gravity. Not a single coherent word has come out of his mouth, and yet "I DID IT!" is written all over his face. I can SEE his nerves going wild. Ugh.

*sigh* I pat him on the back as I pass by.

"That was pathetic."

When a pretty boy calls your conversation skills "pathetic", then well... It changes a man. The hope visibly drains from his face and even the air around him starts to feels heavy.

I shake my head as he sulks off into the building.

...

"Everybody say "hey!""

"Silence!!"

Pfft. My sides are about to enter orbit.

Hoo.... Gotta calm down. This facade of mine must unbreakable!

I'll just zone out, then. Put on that resting bishounen face and Empty. Your. Mind.

"..."

Perfect. Now, back to zoning out.

"Are you ready?" Kind of a stupid question, but...

"Yeah!" Oh great, now he's answering his own ques-

"Silence!!" ...

You made me breath through my nose. Damn you, Present Mic!

...

God, how much land does UA own?

They've got a whole city in their backyard, for crying out loud! And there's more than one of them! You could solve homelessness with this!

Anyways, looking at the crowd, I don't see any one from canon here... Not Class 1-A or 1-B.

Heh.

Then I don't have to be scared of replacing someone, don't I?

"THE EXAM STARTS NOW!"

Good.

...

(3rd Person POV)

In a dark room, a group of teachers sit back as they watch the monitors. They watch over the battle centers, making note of potential students.

As the monitor switches to another view, one teacher raises an eyebrow.

One examinee is looking directly at the camera.

"Hey, aren't the cameras supposed to be hidden?" the teacher asks.

"Yes, is there a problem?" another answers.

On the monitor, no less than 6 machines burst through the buildings, surrounding the green-eyed boy. One of them raises an arm to strike at him. All of a sudden, the examinee's eyes start to glow, and a green circle flashes into view, stopping the attack dead in its tracks.

He winks at the camera.

Streaks of neon green flash across the screen, passing through the machines. A second later, all 6 machines fall into neat and tidy pieces, sliced and diced like hot knives through butter.

The monitor switches back to another examinee.

"My, this year's group is quite promising..."

...

Oh look, the big robot has appeared.

Ah.

That's a BIG robot.
